M & A towing is reckless, negligible, and when they damage your car they try to bribe you by tying up parts they damaged. My car was towed by M & A Towing during game day on Saturday and when I drove my car the next day, the impact bar had been damaged. While I was driving my car on the freeway the plastic was rubbing against my tires and road and I almost got into an accident. I lost two days of work because I could not use my car. The fact that their truck drivers did not point to damage that could have endangered my life and the life of others on the road just speaks volumes t their priorities. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau and the City of Berkeley. They had no photos proving the damage was not theirs. They refused to have a mechanic look at it. They simply wanted to tie it up so that I could drive it. This tow companys motto should be a profit by any means necessary, so do not trust them with your cars or your safety!!!!!!!!

Husteads Towing has been acquired by M & A Towing recently. Seems like the same drivers and same trucks are still being used but the impound lot has moved to San Pablo Ave. We mostly use them for private property tows when cars illegally park or are abandoned. They usually have a good response time and have varying types of trucks for every tow situation.M & A does also does 24/7 roadside assistance and lockouts.Getting a tow is never fun but all the M & A drivers are courteous and professional. Whether your vehicle is being towed because it was involved in an accident, broke down, or was illegally parked M & A will properly secure the vehicle and transport it safely.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY THEY ARE CONTRACTED WITH BPD@HIGHWAY PATROL I got into an accident BPD suggested I get my vehicle towed because it was non drivable as well it was on a main road interfering with traffic(altho I had my own roadside assistance) not even 3 hours go by and they racked a fee of 400 plus dollars if you dont have an emergency 500 somewhere you can forget about your vehicle ....This business is shady and should be deemed frauds .....If you are in a accident and need to be towed make sure you let the CHP or PD know you have a tow truck thats en route if not youll be sorry you didnt.....

They towed my car because the Berkeley police called them. I left my car parked for more than 72 hours in the same place.M&A had him for 10 days in his yard.3 months ago I had the same experience that another Berry brothers company towed my car and they had it for 4 days and I paid the same as I paid here today with M&A.The price between one company and another is about 50% less.Thanks M&A the prices there are reasonable.I still have money for the weekend.
