Its never fun having your car towed especially when it costs money out of your pocket. I visited from out of town for a work trip and they took good care of my rental car that was towed (watch where you park, theres obviously hidden driveways everywhere). No complaints and the owner and staff were friendly and empathetic to my situation.

This place does a great tow and is professional. Getting your car towed is usually not the most joyful experience. However, this place made it all good and I appreciate that they made it all seamless for me.

You specialize in city-sponsored leeching and extortion of students. I have less than $400 to my name, and make less than that each month. And I dont rich parents that take care of me, my mom is paralyzed from the waist down and my dad has multiple sclerosis. I take care of them. Yet you have no problem taking $215 from me to tow a motorcycle parked in motorcycle parking, with a no parking sign 50 up the road.What you guys are doing with the city should be illegal, and you should be ashamed of yourselves for the suffering you are inflicting on those that can already barely afford food. Youre an evil company, and do no good for anyone but yourselves and the city. You dont help people, you make them suffer and wish they were dead.

Can I give no stars? Terrible service. A tow is $180 and $75 a day storage fee.
