Convenient oil change service. You stay in the car, they change and fill up your oil while you sit. Everyone that works here has always been very nice but dont usually see the same employees - always different which makes me think there is some churn. They will also change out air filters and cabin filters but Ive found that to be quite expensive and easy to do yourself.

These guys were so great that I tipped them. After years of going to the dealer for oil changes, I decided to find someone local. They exceeded my expectations. They communicate well. Kept me informed about the constant progress of the work. They knew what they were doing. Im coming back.

UPDATE: I was contacted by Oil Changers because of my poor experience and I was reimbursed for the service I received that day and they also offered to pay for the coolant I had to purchase after my visit. Great customer service when things do go wrong which is a very telling sign of how good a company actually is. Mistakes happen and this company obviously cares about the quality of work they do. Im only leaving my initial review because it did still happen, but the way it was handled was some of the better customer service I have received in a long time.INITIAL REVIEW: Ive gone to this location a total of three times. The first two times were fine. This third time I noticed excessive amounts of fluid coming from the car when I parked and steam was coming from under the hood. When I checked under the hood I found that the coolant cap was not put on correctly and all the coolant in my reservoir tank was gone. When I drove to the car parts store to get more coolant my car was getting warmer than usual because of the lack of coolant. I am somewhat knowledgeable in cars so I knew what was going on. I know there are many people who do not know anything about cars and maybe they were getting their oil changed and coolant topped off before a long trip or something and Oil Changers would have left them on the side of the road with a hot engine.

The manager, Devonte Adams, and Harry were over the top wonderful! Im coming back here from now on. They were so nice, thorough, and polite! Id give them a 10+ if I could!

Large oil spill in my driveway after sending my wifes car over. Not happy at all. Id give them zero stars, but they seem to do a decent job on the trucks where I work.

Love these guys! I brought my previous car here all the time. I have an electric car now, but they still helped me out with my tire pressure. Always friendly and quick service.

They charged me 90 bucks to drain and replace my transmission fluid. Next day I noticed my car was leaking transmission fluid. I took it back in and they said it was not leaking. They washed the bottom of my car off with washer fluid and said it was only old transmission fluid from when they drained it And it collected on the plastic under my car. Next day sure enough its leaking more. I took it to another place down the road Big O Tires. They fixed Oil changers mistake free of charge. Go to big O tires. oil changers suck.

Alton did a great job explaining his recommendations and quickly and expertly did the job. He was assisted by his colleague, Geo who did a great job, too.. My car, Lola, is happier than ever. I was even able to get new wipers put on for a good price. I feel I got great value for my money and time. Ill definitely be back for my next oil change. Just make sure to have a ride this guys are always busy snd expects about an hour for anything even for a oil change 2 hours so be prepare for Uber or a ride

Great service, it was quick an efficient. They can do some harder repairs and maintenance. However, they are known for oil changes but they will also tell you what error codes you have so you can go to a special shop to get what you need for your automobile.

I went for the oil change thinking it is about time. They entered my data into their systems and the guy said Sir, you have 1000 miles yet to go for the oil change. We will top it up and you will be good to go without changing oil until next 1000 miles and then you can come by for the oil change!. Super fast, very courteous and efficient. I was in a rush and forgot to ask the name of the guy who helped me. But Kudos to the team!

The service was excellent the young man that worked on my car was very very thorough. He checked my oil, show me the dipstick indicating the approximate amount of oil needed. He also check my fluid levels in my car, walked around the car and add air to each tire. Did not register correct odometer reading into my Oil Changers account or on receipt, did not receive a oil changers sticker with correct mileage of last oil change, left big black smears on interior of my engine (I noticed because I had checked my engine the morning before stopping by to take a part number for ordering an air filter, and put it in the day after- do these people never wipe their hands?) and didnt push my dipstick all the way in. Not impressed as a first time customer at this location. I tipped too!

Fantastic service. Rolled up and was immediately greeted with an estimate and wait time. You stay in your car for the entire service. 3 workers all assisted and showed me levels and talked through the service the whole way. The primary serviceman was very friendly and knowledgable and even offered my kids stickers when he saw them in the back. Will most definitely return.

Yep, nothing but good service the handful of times ive been there. Last time I went I mistakenly went at 3000 miles and they were like dude, you dont need to change your oil for another 2000 miles, get outta here!!
