This apartment complex is very comfortable to live, the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The location is very convenient to the school, to the dinning, and also good for walk. And many thanks to the staffs in the leasing office, both of them made my experience here very pleasant, they went through every step with me from application to move-in, they made my move-in process less stressful.

Do NOT live here. With the new construction this building is basically boxed in between two other buildings which means 90% of units have no natural light and lots of construction noise. The second and perhaps most bothersome thing is the fact that this is a turn key service building and they charge you a ton for that. Each month you have ridiculous utilities expenses that are managed by the building ($60 trash fee, $60 sewage fee, $50 water, $50 water heating) on top of paying your own electric. This is not standard for most Berkeley apartments. Whatever you pay for rent you should add another $250-300 just for utilities. After moving out you also dont get back your deposit as they make egregious charges for cleaning and paint. Overall, you can find much better places to live in Berkeley for this price where you dont feel like you are being ripped off.

Horrible place to live at and the management does not care about any issues that the residents may have.1. No assistance in lockouts2. Wifi goes out at least 2x per month3. Incredibly loud construction4. Very dusty from construction so you cant open windows.5. The once nice view is now blocked by constructionId highly recommend you find a different place

Really helpful staff! The manager, Jon, is super helpful, really friendly and gets back to questions very quickly. Made the moving in process smooth. Nice location as well.

This place is a garbage hole. Overpriced for super low quality. They show you the roof first because thats the only thing thats nice. Never any staff or manager on site. Maintenance requests can take weeks. Emergency maintenance line was useless. Went to voicemail twice. If you can live anywhere else, its probably better.

The leasing team at Bachenheimer was great in servicing our corporate needs and moving quickly through the process.

Been living here for the past year and so far no complaints. Have had all my maintenance requests addressed pretty quick. Got my bike stolen from the basement but theyve hyped up security since then. Only complaint is that the elevator is hella slow.
