Love this place, Christine the owner is a lovely person, the girls Paula, Veronica, Ellie and Thelma are the best in removing the cuticles and calluses, my regular girl is Paula, always happy and satisfied on the way she clean my hands and toes, I highly recommend this place 🥰

Poor quality cheap products. They do not ensure their work.. Uv nails cracked 2 days after visit . I go back for a repair that should be free and a lady charged me Terrible not recommended

Highly recommend this place. You make an appointment and never have to wait. Owner Chris and her staff are very warm and friendly and no matter what design I want, Chris gets it done. I always leave happy and of course with my nails on point! 💅🏻

I went to get a acrylic tips done.. they were done the wrong way the person that did the must have had no experience with the powder. They were very wavy they werent shaped correctly and they look like a four-year-old did them.. I also got the gel nail polish on top of them and it was streaky. I went the next day to a Salon in New Milford. had them fix it and now they look amazing

This is my favorite nail salon in the area. I went to literally every other one around (15 block radius) in order to find which one is best and Nova was it! They are perfectionists! If its not to their standards theyll redo it... but that hasnt happened since theyre attention to detail is quite impressive. The one time my nail wrap chipped after a few days I went back expecting to pay since it was my mistake and they did it free... I was also doing my pedicure that day and the gentleman did a quick yet great job. Literally 2 beautiful thumbs up!

This is a nice and quiet nail salon. The owner runs it with her brother and they are both quite cordial, quick, receptive to your needs, and funny! You really cant go wrong when going here. I literally come from two towns over just to visit as the atmosphere is simple with no frills and it feels like home when visiting. Like most nail salons these days, they offer an array of services but all Ive ever gotten done is a manicure, pedicure, and once in a blue Ill get a gel manicure. All employees here are kind and sweet and they dont miss a beat! Id definitely recommend this place to anyone! Be mindful that theyre located on a busy street and so parking on the main road is non existent but theres an open parking lot behind the row of stores with a walkway that allows you to cut thru!

I would give them zero stars if I could. I went there 6/25 to get my nails done for my birthday 6/26 and there were so many issues. First, I think the manager is rude because she kept looking at me and a lady near me speaking Chinese and laughing, which I believe to be offensive. Both the lady and I speak Spanish and we weren’t doing that to them....She said when I first walked in that it was going to be a 30 minute wait but then she like smirked because she didn’t want me to wait, and it was like 530 so it’s not like I came in right before they close which is at 7. Anyway like 35 minutes later she finally tells me she’s doing my nails; she starts filing them— then she tells me to get up and go and sit for the guy to do a pedicure as he’s on the pedicure, she brought her materials over to do my nails and my pedicure at the same time. There is nothing wrong with that but she was on the phone she was like painting my finger and not even my nails so she had to keep going back over herself. The gentleman I told him not to use pomegranate when he was on my pedicure for the soap when they are cleaning your feet and he used it anyway and I’m allergic so my feet swelled. And then she rushed me over after the pedicure to finish because I got chrome nails while just one chrome on each finger. And here we are it’s June 27 all of my nails look stained my chrome nails are chipped and I look beautiful for I birthday yesterday but my nails look like trash and I will never go back there again I gave her $60 and it was even worth $20 in my opinion.
