Just went here. i love love my nails! only thing is the my natural thumbnail is curved a little underneath and some of it wasn’t glued to the nail since its curved so im afraid it will lift before the others. but other than that i love my nails so much i will definitely be coming back soon :)

My mom went to this salon to get her nails done. When she went to get her nails done the tools were very unclean. About a week later my mother started feeling pain in her natural nail. When she took the acrylic off she saw she had NAIL FUNGUS!!! The nail techs often like to walk away from the customers and take care of someone else. They also cut my mother and my fingers about 2 times. The nails techs rush and they don’t take their time at all.

WORST SALON EVER!!I understand that every nail salon requires a wait time if there is no appointment made but this salon is very unprofessional. They tell you to wait and take people walking in before you. I was waiting around 2 + hours just to my nails done. There were 3 women that walked in and got taken care of before I did. I asked if they had an appointment and they didnt. Once they finally brought me to my seat to start on nails, the technician got up and started helping another 2 women that had just walked in. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes and that is when I got up and left. I advise everyone to go to a different nail salon unless you want to wait 2 hours just to be disrespected. ALSO they do not put clean towels...all their towels are just used by the people over and over. Not a clean place!!! There are plenty of nail salons around the area that id rather give my money to.

I got my nails done two days ago and as soon as I got home one broke off when I was itching my back then I went to get it fixed the next day...then the same day another broke off when I was opening a water bottle and then next day at work one broke off when I was wiping something. And when I went get it fixed they charged me 5 dollars. Like how is it my fault. First off they did it too thin and then probably using some cheap stuff because I never been to a nail salon where my nail break off like this.

I went to do my nalils and was bad experience because i see one lady folding used towels and placed to be reused uff! I dont like wath i see.

Great service! First let me say- I am very particular about my manicures and pedicures. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure with French tips and crystals. The pedicure was thorough- I just got one last week and I couldn’t believe how much dead skin came off my feet. The color came out even (I got white) and the shape was perfect. I got my manicure from another lady. She listened to how I wanted only to cut the cuticles on the side and push back in the middle. The French came out perfect and straight. I also got crystals on each nail- and they are perfectly in the center (which is so rare whenever I get them done at other salons). They came out so cute- I took pics and can’t stop looking at them! Going to be my new spot!

The customer service is poor and the workers are rude and insulting to their customers. Also, I was cut with the cuticle clippers a few times and wasn’t satisfied with the time spent on my manicure and pedicure by the worker.

Finally found a place with mood change gel manicure. 🙂🥳 application of gel manicure was done well and the location is a standard nail salon (not luxurious) the lady who did my nails was polite and everything was sanitized.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Most disgusting nail salon Ive ever been to. I wish I took a closer look before I sat down. Its such a dirty place, disgusting. I just wanted to shower after I left the place. The manicure/pedicure service itself was the roughest I ever had. I had to tell the lady multiple times that shes hurting me. Never going back there. Hope I wont get any infections.

The staff is nice and they are patient with you. I went there to get my nails done and it looked so good! My friends told me that they loved it. The place it clean with turtles and with music. Ive been there a lot and i love the place! Def recommend

I love this place. They are very thorough with their Pedicures. Hot towel, long leg massages, hot stone. Just absolutely amazing. They are so nice, the music is very modern and they always accommodate me usually even without an appointment. Oh, they also just renovated the whole salon, it is fabulous, they thread eyebrows too very well and that is how I found them. :)

Rachel burned my side lip with her wax. Now I am walking around with a burn on my face. I never have waxed here but I was in a rush that day and decided to do so. Biggest mistake ever!!!!!! I have a horrific burn stay away from waxing in this place!!!!!!

First time customer that was recommended by a friend. We made an appointment for 6 pm a week ago, but did not get taken till 6:30. The pedicure lasted 5 minutes. She did not even bother to clip my nails or make sure they were aligned. I asked her to stop since she clearly looked like she did not care. She argued with me for 10 minutes to pay the full amount, which she did not deserve.

I got charged 50 for acrylic nails with gel, but talking to my friend who is a regular gets charged 35 for the same thing. The only time she has ever got charged 50 was because she got multiple colors and designs. Called and asked why i was charged more, they told me it was the gel and the shape that I got and that next time i need to ask the price before they charge me. Kinda annoying that i get the same thing that my friend usually gets and get charged 15 dollars extra. Not coming back.

Im a brooklyn girl ive always done my nails in brooklyn but when i went to this place for the first time 2-6-20 i was very impressed. The lady took her time very good price and clean place. She even did my daughters nails and she only 3 yrs old she even told her thank you with a smile

This is one of the best places I’ve been to. The lady who did my nails was very detail oriented and my nails came out awesome!

Went there twice and honestly the place looks disgusting. Mold on the walls, scratched old chairs, nasty smell and poor little turtles in unclean aquarium. First time my nails looked good but second time was terrible. The lady that was in charge was rushing and she was constantly burning my skin while she was taking off my gel. I told her many times that its painful but apparently she was too busy talking on her headphones to care. After that she cut my skin so it was bleeding a little and again she didnt even bother to clean it. Fill up with gel is normally 35$, they charge you extra if you have pointy shape so you pay $37 and then God knows why she charged me 18$ extra for ombre nails. I understand to pay extra when you get a new shape or complicated design but paying extra for every little thing is too much. Dont recommend.

The place is really nice. When they do ur nails, they are patient with u and the nails last long, looks really good, and ull get a lot of compliments. The staff is really nice to u. I would def recommand to ppl

Awful. Worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. Still have streaks in my nails from the polish. Facility could use a good cleaning too.

I always feel as if they dont care about me when they are doing my nails and they do it just to get it over with. They always rush and never get it right. Worst nail salon Ive ever been too. I dont recommend it to anyone. And they also need to hire more people because I wait way to long to get a simple thing

I will NEVER EVER go to this place again. I walked in for a pedicure and was told 20 mins and waited for 40 mins. A couple walked in after me and they took them next. When I asked why they took them first she said oh I thought you left even though I was sitting in front of her the whole time. I cant help but to think its because I was the only black person there. I left, they will never get my business.

Place needs a good cleaning...staff is nice

Waited an hour for a pedicure, workers acted like they didnt even know I was there. The tehnician I got was so unexperienced, I really felt like she didnt know what she was doing. She didnt cut my nails properly, and my nail polish was messy instead of neat. At one point she even spilled some of the nail polish on herself. She had to redo the same nail a couple times because she kept messing up.. I dont recommend this place to anyone.
