My son recently wanted a very specific cut after not getting a haircut for over a year. We originally tried a shop closer to us who was not able to achieve the look. My husband remembered the great experience he had at Cache Latino and took him there. The gentleman did a fantastic job on the cut, especially considering my son is only 8. The cost was very reasonable and he was taken care of immediately. We look forward to returning in the future!

PROS: This place has the best barbers Ive ever been too. I always ask for either Julian or Juan because theyre the only ones that can cut my hair without it looking like a lightbulb. The atmosphere is colorful, the people are upbeat, all the barbers have a bond with many of their regulars, and they even have a PS4 if you choose to play it while you wait.CONS: Unfortunately you have to park either down the street or in a parking lot a block away. Its also a long wait during most times and hardly enough room on the couches for you to wait on (make appointment, dont just walk in) They also just have a one person bathroom which Im not sure if a customer can use.OVERALL: The service is amazing and the prices are good for the quality you get. Definitely a place where they treat everyone with respect and all the natives go too

Not punctual what so ever. Every time I e made a appointment here, they have never homered it. It’s not goth and it’s very disingenuous. I make timeOf my job and my day to make sure to be on time, and not once have they honored that. It’s as if they have favorites they rather take care of first. Don’t ever come here, unless you want to wait 2 hours for a “maybe” of sitting on the chair .

I been coming here for 1 year never fail the best barber shop ever very professional and puntual. I work for the United state navy and they take care of all of us armed forces my barber Ricardo the owner is the best he will make you look like a million dollar guaranteed.

I have been getting my weekly haircutts with Ricardo here since 2015 and I never been happier with my haircutts and beard trimming. When I make an appointment with him and arrive he may have someone he is finishing on the chair at most.What I love is that this barbershop is managed as a true business. The music isn’t unbearably loud, the barbers aren’t arguing about every topic super loud and stopping what their doing for nonsense, nor is their drinking going on. Those are the reasons I have left other barbershops over the years. Most barbershops forget to operate as a professional business apart from great haircutts.

I enjoy getting myHair cut once every 2 weeks. I’ came here for the first time about a month ago. So my appointment is set for 6:30 pm. I get here on time, and my barber decides to cut someone else and says he apologizes for being behind. No problem, I end up sitting. At 730. I come back 2 weeks later, and the same thing happens. My barber, Jorge, takes 2 clients in front of me when I had a confirmed appointment. This is really unprofessional and quite frustrating. If I make time to be on time, I expect the barber to do the same. I’m very disappointed in organization. I will not be coming back here ever. Stay away! And choose a spot where they actually RESPECT you.

Anna is great. She takes her time and never makes you feel rushed. Since the pandemic, I have been looking for back up barber that Ive been going to in Brooklyn. I tried a few in the area since moving out here. It was expensive for an ok haircut. Hands down, Anna has won me over. My biggest issue, If continue going to her, what do I tell my barber of many years.

Their Barbers are all professionals and wore masks. I only had one problem I came in for a childs haircut, another customer came in No mask and talked excessively. I was uncomfortable and didnt feel safe. I know businesses are hurting and they need every dime. But safety should have come first! 😷 All in all I was very satisfied with their work.

Honestly. Horrible. I call at 4:30 and to speak to Ricardo. He says to come in at seven. I come in at 6:50 and he’s doing his client hair. The client finishes at 7:30. So I’m already a little mad. I can handle it tho. After I’m supposed to be up. Instead the guy behind me which came in after me is up. Ricardo then sits him down. Then Ricardo sits in another barbers chair and says in Spanish how tired he is. He said he’s gonna take a break. So now I’m really mad. You can’t just take breaks on the job. Horrible service and overall just a messy place. I got up and walked out the door. They also don’t even work. They talk and stop cutting. One employee stopped cutting to dance. One girl stopped to dance with her co worker. Just horrible management on their part. Cache Latino sucks.

Agreed that the place is crowd, the reason because are excellent, so customers always want to find the right place the right barber, they need to make that place bigger, there is not place to seat, everyone always welcome to its clientele, music make that place attractive, instead to go to a place that only people can hear silence while waiting, missing having water, or coffee, or tea, while waiting for long time. An advise for you guys, according to online schedule your business opens at 10:am, unfortunately today is one of those days close to 11 am, nobody pick it up the phone.

Angela is unprofessional, untrained, aggressive, and temperamental. She ruined my sons hair. Ive had to tell her not to jerk my seven year olds head around. He came home crying. Its hard enough getting him to walk into a barber shop.My husband brought my son to Millie last week and now my son does not stop talking about her. He says Millie got to know him on a personal level: his likes, dislikes, etc. She gave him a Ring Pop and a Hot Wheels car. She even let him watch a movie on her phone. Next time, Im bringing my son. I need to meet the woman that made my son feel so special that he asks to get his haircut.

I guess my family and I are used to a real NYC haircut and have specific expectations but when we walk in, my husband, son, and (both of which were getting a haircut), they asked that we pick a cut from a photo chart for our son. We explained what we wanted but the guy kept insisting that we choose from the chart. Right then, we knew what was up. His haircut, although identical to the photo chart, was uneven along the back and didnt include a shape up. My husband, who was getting a cut by someone else at the same time, ended up with a uneven cut up top which we didnt notice right away but there was an entire section that was longer on top. The question after the cut was do you want a shape-up? These are things that are typically unasked, expected, and included in a normal NYC cut. We will not be going back there.
