On a holiday when I thought all was lost and I was going to be stranded, the staff at ETs were absolutely awesome. I called to see if there was availability to get my car service. They said they had a full schedule, but to bring it anyway. I thought from what Id seen was going to be a real expensive repair, but the guys looked at the damage, then gave me the repair estimate. With a sigh of relief and how quickly the mechanics started working on my car, the worrying of getting home was instantly gone. I cant thank you guys enough for the outstanding job you did for me and my car. I thank you again, and if my car could talk, it would definitely thank you as well. I was having the most trouble with my car and usually only trust my mechanic back home especially being a college student and a woman but obviously since I’m in school I wasn’t able to go there. these people were absolutely top tier!! I wasn’t able to actually go to the shop bc classes and stuff but they communicated with me over the phone with every step they did to diagnose the problem with my car. they explained everything super simply and were even able to do the job for cheaper than what it was expected to be. 10/10 cannot recommend enough.

Ive lived in berea most of my life and i can say with out a doubt that ETs is the best place around. Would never take my truck anywhere else. If its a job they dont do ( like transmission rebuild) they will point you in the best derection possible. If you want to learn about why a part failed eddie will walk you through how it works! If you want to know if a car is worth buying they will give you a honest assessment of what they think the most probable issues might be in the future! I have never once felt taken advantage of and my family goes to them exclusively! Great work. Honest. Fair prices. Big smiles when I get my keys back every time!

Paid for work to be done to my mothers car, they didnt do anything, the vehicle is still having the same problems. Took it to another mechanic, and was told that nothing had even been touched. $400 out the window. Makes me sad. :(

Recently went there to fix up my first car, the owner was nice and value was incredible compared to other places I went before making a choice. It felt like I was being helped by family, if I ever have any mechanical issues I will be sure to head here first to fix it. Would highly recommenced them to anyone. This is an AWESOME service center. My truck broke down on the road in Kentucky on a Sunday. All service centers were closed. But by a stroke of luck Eddie at ETs Auto Serviced answered my call and allowed me to have my trucked towed to their shop. When I arrive he was still there and pulled my vehicle into the shop. Because it was Sunday we had to wait to get/find parts etc.Eddie called me 1st thing in the morning informed me that my rear drive shaft needed to be replaced. He had already start looking for the part the previous evening. Because my truck is Range Rover getting parts were very difficult to get. But he prevailed he found the part. But it was located in Louisville a 2 hour ride each way. He had to also find someone to go get the part. They fixed my truck and had me back on the road within 24 hours..Both Eddie and his son were WONDERFUL. I recommend this shop everyone near and far.The customer service was AWESOME.Knowledge - Very KnowledgeablePricing - Reasonable/AffordableThe service provided was above 5 star.. I cannot say enough about these kind friendly people that went out of their way to help us when we were standed in Kentucky trying to get home to Michigan! Hands down the absolute best auto repair ever! Staff is extremely knowledgeable, meticulous, and polite! This is a shop that you can recommend to women, young people, neighbors, grandparents, or anyone who does not work on their own vehicles! They are usually better than fair prices and will go above and beyond for thier customers. Rides back to work or home and standard of you need a lift, and vehicle drop off is just as convenient. Updates about concerns, parts pricing, or further investigation are handled intermittently so that turn around times stay quick. This is by far the most honest shop I have ever heard of!

I had car trouble while traveling to Florida from Louisville, KY. I had taken my car to two auto repair shops before I left home and neither one could find the problem. My engine was misfiring and it can be quite scary to feel this while driving down the highway. It happened 3 times and I decided I needed to either find a shop during my travels or go back to Louisville. I did a little bit of googling and ETs came up on my phone with great reviews so I gave them a call and gave it a try. As soon as I arrived at ET’s, they jumped right into action and within a few minutes, they found the problem! I was back on the road by 5pm! These guys really paid attention to my description of the symptoms and fit me into a busy schedule. I highly recommend!

We were on our way to Florida from Indiana when our brake light came on. I called ETs and Eddie told us to come right over. When we got there, he immediately took our van and looked it over, diagnosed the problem, quoted the repair and then went right to work. We were in and out in under and hour and the actual cost was less than the quote. Eddie was very kind, courteous, honest and respectful of our time. Thank you Eddie!

We found ETs by searching for a mechanic when my friends car started having problems on a road trip. We called, and they were able to squeeze us in, despite being short staffed. They immediately went to work to discover the problem. I cannot overstate how kind, patient, and accommodating they were. The service was impeccable, affordable, and transparent through the whole process. Its a shame we live out of state, because I cant recommend ETs enough.

ET s Auto Service is a great place to get your auto fixed. Our sons alternator went out and they took the time to get the part and fix it for him. We all enjoyed the time we spent there, about two hours or so. The service was great and so were the people. They always ask before making any expensive repairs, and they will talk to you extensively about what is wrong with your car and what they will be doing to fix it. If theres anything ET can teach you about how to diagnose your car while youre there to pick it up, he will tell you. Theyre all very nice people. I dont take my car anywhere else, except they dont do tires.

Thanks to ET who saved the day. I was traveling on a Saturday when my water pump started leaking. I was at a gas station and called around and the only place that was opened (by luck, ET was working on a Saturday). He told me to bring my van by and he would check it out. After finding the issue (water pump), he stopped everything he was doing to help me out. After three hours, I was back on the road and thankful for the wonderful people that live in Kentucky.

ET is a very kind, honest, and trust worthy mechanic. When we lived in Berea he helped us with our older car repairs. He always showed me the problem, explained how it would impact the performance of the car, and worked very hard to make sure that the repair was affordable. On longer repairs (once I essentially pushed my car to his workshop) he took me and my friend home, picked me up when the repair was done, and didnt even charge me extra for it. He reminds me a lot of my Grandpa, and I would recommend him to anyone living in the Berea area!
