ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I brought my truck that I tow with for a living. The truck was in the worst driving condition of any vehicle Ive ever been in. I took it to Conrads they told me nothing was wrong with it. I basically argued with Dave that works there and told him that was wrong there is definitely something wrong. He said there was nothing he could do he would love to sell me something but nothing was wrong. So I took my truck it started instantly knocking, grinding, rubbing my wheel almost fell off and was sideways. I had it towed by another shop to get this job done correctly. Also the employees were making fun of someone who called the shop inquiring about the manager. Like the person was was crazy for calling. Just a little add of unprofessional attitude here. Lost money and time in my busiest time of year.

I needed trailer tires and they were able to help me out right away. I will keep coming back here.

Brought my company truck here because we could hear a really bad grinding .i was told there was nothing wrong and that they took it on a road test up to 30 mph . truck was picked up and drove less then a mile and had to be towed to another shop . . they are lucky no one was hurt

So today i noticed a screw in my tire at 4pm, mind you they close at 5, i called up there and they were able to get me in right away and repaired my tire before closing time! I stopped here to get an estimate on four new tires and I left with being scheduled that same day to get them! Conrad’s has the best prices around and that extra warranty helps ease the mind! Dave B helped me decide on the best tires for my vehicle and the current offers on all brands. Dave was nice and insightful with trying to decide on which tires I was going to purchase because I had a lot of questions.

This Conrads is always my go to! The people that work there are super nice! Ive had all of my tires done here and the pricing is always affordable and they honor fixing any tire issues for free if possible. The zipped stripped my entire brake lines front to back. And didnt have the common courtesy to clip the extra strap off. I had to do it myself so it didnt look like garbage. They clipped the old brake line just above my front axle and left it dangling, so when I turned it raked across the axle, making god-awful noise. My speedometer was tripped only leading to suspicion. The entire process took 4 days. I was offered a loaner car in the meantime. On the positive, service manager Eric was very helpful and kept me informed the entire time.

Called them about getting a transmission flush Guy on phone asked why I want it done doy because I get it done every twenty thousand miles he said you know having it done can cause problems doy again I wont go back

That is one busy shop on the weekends, if a mistake is made they make up for it.

Oil change and rotation was done in a timely manner. Residual oil from the filter was left on the under carriage and later dripped on my garage floor. I was required to not only check first for leaks, then clean the area under my truck, but now I am dealing with the oil stains.

Finally, a shop that didnt try to pressure me into a bunch of things I did not need!!! I came in for an oil change because they have one of the best prices. I knew I had other things wrong with my car but waited to see what the mechanic would tell me he saw. While you wait for your car they make a video of the inspection theyre doing on your car to show you what theyre looking at. I love this! He pointed out exactly what I already knew was wrong with my car when I walked in. When he came out to talk to me he had some quotes for me for the work I knew I needed. He did not make me feel pressured or try to sell me all kinds of other things like places have done to me in the past. Which, as a woman, is a little insulting. ( we can know about cars too, fellas!). Their quotes were reasonable so I agreed to the major repairs and chose to wait on the other. He answered all my questions and even told me I did not need some of the things I was thinking I did. Again, I never felt pressured or lied to which I appreciate SO much.The waiting area is very clean and they offer complimentary coffee, water, soda and popcorn (which my son appreciated). The staff was super nice and efficient. I am very pleased with my experience today and will definitely be back in the future.PS. I also earned a free car wash! 👍

Two visits this week (11/17 and 11/20) to change to my winter tires and to get an oil change. As always, Eric and his team (Dave and new Dave) were on top of things and got me back on the road as quickly as possible.Another great experience (09/2019) with Dave and Eric. Dealership “recommended” some vital services for my Odyssey, only to have Dave confirm that it wasn’t at all as critical as the dealership reported. Great feeling to know that these guys are looking out for you and your $.Dave and Justin always look after my vehicles professionally and quickly. They are knowledgeable and up front...I feel comfortable with their assessments.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I had a nail in my tire that caused a leak and they were able to get me in same day. The best part was that I bought a full set of tires here a couple years back and the repair today was covered under their warranty...I didn’t have to pay a dime! Very pleasant staff, too.

Very poor service. Long wait, and they werent that busy. Ended up going somewhere else because they told me I had to pay in cash for a set of tires! Absolutely ridiculous. I will will never give this place my business, I do not recommend.

Ive only been there twice and the same guy behind the counter has to always have the last word and belittles me when Im asking about a quote or question. Even when Im about to pay for what I came in for, he constantly still has to make a point that this is what I need to do when I said in the beginning Ill think about it or I have someone else to do it because I cant afford it. It makes me uncomfortable and embarrassing because hes making it seem I cannot afford these parts. l will never come here again. Sorry. Worst customer service ever.

Ive been in this Conrads a few times now.. Kayla is AWESOME... she is such a great site to see in a male-dominated field--she is knowledgeable, assertive, friendly and explains things well. Ordered in a few tires for winter and found out I needed a new tpms sensor that had to be ordered from BMW. The shop was very accommodating and offered to put a standard rubber valve in until they received the new one. I opted to leave the car for the night and pick it up the next day. I got a phone call in the morning telling me it was ready. I felt it was handled very well the staff was accommodating and friendly.

Didnt realize that a drop off appointment was a minimum of 4 hours, made a drop off appointment for an alignment and was told upon drop off that it was a 4 hour minimum, they got the alignment done within the hour between drop off and closing time. Huge thanks to both Daves. Excellent service

$1330 to replace an alternator on a Ford Escape? Had it done at another garage for $400! Place might be good for tires or oil changes; but major repairs go elsewhere.

I am clueless when it comes to car repairs, tires ect, I only know how to drive. It all began, I need 4 tires for my car, so I called. The gentleman on the line was so helpful even with the little information I was able to provide. I made the appointment . I came into the facility, my paperwork was ready, very friendly and professional, the gentleman helped me get the best deal possible on the tires I wanted. Overall an great experience they have a customer for as long as I have a car.

Dropped off car in morning & by noon my car was ready. They gave me the alignment reading & followed up on other other parts on front end I thought that was a great thing

I have locking lug nuts, they forgot to put the locking key back in my vehicle. Thank goodness I wasn’t broke down on the side of the road. I was in my driveway trying to replace my brake lines.I looked through my vehicle for an hour.I took it back up (another hour wasted).They still proceeded to look through my vehicle to try looking for it, which they couldn’t find it, and then by the way the technician had 2....So they wasted 2+ hrs. If there was someone else with a reverse tire mount I’d go somewhere else.Update: 1star...When it was up there to get the tires done. I asked them to take a look at the brakes because it was pulling to the right. They told me they couldn’t find anything, it might be a pinched brake line. Look at the pictures and you tell me if there’s anything obvious...

I had a brake emergency and they repaired it in 2 hours. Theyre computers were down but they all kept their composure.

I have now been here twice. The first time was just for an alignment a few months ago, which was uneventful. They had it done on time, no added BS, and the guys working were friendly and knowledgeable. This time i went because i slid into a curb and my front right tire started leaking fast. I pulled in to use their FREE air (awesome) to put some air back in to see how bad it was. I could hear the leak. I pulled in at 5pm. They had other customers and vehicles in front of me, and i was still on the road by 5:50pm. And all that had happened was my tire got bumped off the rim. They repaired it, and didnt even charge me. I have become a big fan of this company.

Individually everybody was very professional. Unfortunately nobody discussed anything amongst each other. So each person wasn’t aware of what was going on and I had to explain the process each time. Half the work I needed got done. More work was found it was legitimate, completed timely and for a reasonable price. Prices were reasonable throughout experience and place was clean and open for convenient hours. Excelled in some areas. Not in others. My experience was good. Not great. I own a 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500. Newer American standard truck. They market to have over 1100 tires in stock, but mine had to be ordered. I found that peculiar. Might just be a one off.All in all experience was fine. No one is excited to get work performed on their vehicle or to pay for it, so I’m aware that they helped me out when I was in a jamb. I thanked them for that.

The guys at Conrad are very professional and courteous when I needed two tires replaced due to a pothole. Tire prices were competitive and the fact they do free alignment and suspension checks are great. Shop and waiting area was clean. When there was a misunderstanding with what tires needed replaced, they corrected the issue quickly without question. Would come back here anytime!

Conrads was there again for us!!! My husbands tire blew out yesterday morning on his way too work.By the end of the day on his way home(driving on a spare Donut tire) they were kind enough to fit him in their busy schedule and replace his tire with a warranted one.Thanks to all of Conrads employees for being who they are and doing what you do! I am a bit disappointed as I have had to take my car back for the same issue for the third time in 5 days.I am attempting to be patient but this frustrates me greatly. I was confident that the techs at Conrad’s had discovered the problem and had made the necessary repairs but after the second round of repairs I am still having issues.At this point it feels like they are guessing.

Fuel line replacement and suspension work. In by 2:30 out by 5:30. Impressive!

I arrived with a flat tire without an appointment. Eric the store leader got my car in the shop shortly and discovered that there was too much damage to the tire due to being run on flat. They didnt have a matching tire at the store but were able to order one that arrived later that afternoon. When I returned at 5:00 I didnt have to wait very long before Conrads got my car back in the shop, my tire mounted on the car and the spare tire secured in the trunk. The cost was very reasonable and the service was excellent.

I’ve bought tires at Conrad’s for 30 years. Not all my tires but most of them. I’ve always had good service here.I recently had a problem with Michelin tires that wore out well before the warranty period. Conrad’s took care of the situation and made it right. I am now back to Goodyear tires again.I appreciate the customer service that Justin and others have provided.

Dave at the Berea Conrad’’s was very thorough and even stayed a few minutes late so I could pick up my car. The text service that reviews the repairs needed is very helpful.

Good quick service as long as they are not too busy. If they are backed up then it can take a while. They changed my oil this morning in about 45 min with two cars ahead of me. If they have any recommendations they take into the shop and show them to you. Their prices are very reasonable as well.So far I have had nothing but a positive experience. Also, free pop in the waiting room!

I brought My car in for a complete tire change. I told them up front about having lug nut issues. Josh was able to get the tires off but broke one lug nut. The service manager came an told me that they would replace the one they broke. They also noticed that I had one broke off on the other side. They gave me a quote but at this time I could not afford to fix the lug nut. The service manager told me he could not in good conscience let me go with a broken lug. He replaced it free of charge.Berea Conrads have gained a new customers with my family.

One of the worst Conrads I have ever been to. The have told me things were wrong with vehicle one day, and then get item checked again and they say its fine. Have done same thing with nephew. I recommend Conrads at Great Northern or Brook Park, honest and trustworthy. To many bad experiences at Berea location. Worth the drive to others.

Buyer beware droped off my car for oil change and new tire, bad service, no follow up,I had a flat tire to be replaced. dropped off in the morning, did not get a call back only a bad video 7 hours after they looked at the tire.when I called to check on the car. they said they did not get the tire in they have nothing in stock in store or other 30+locations or in there warehouse for my car. when i called in i was told its not a problem we will have it in by Saturday at 10:00am. Monday still waiting no tire and still no other options for other tires . i also asked for an oil change, was charged for it but does not look like it was done (Same filter on the car) .

Scheduled an appointment online for an oil change. My automobile was put in without any waiting. Conrads service technician finished the oil change quickly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. With complimentary beverages. I will be returning in the future.
