In the 3 1/2 years I was a client nobody contacted me. Noone answers the phone and I dont think they care at all except when they first try to sign you up. worst insurance experience ever

Great insurance but customer service was not so great,went in to make a payment, was told to wait... waited over 40 minutes and nothing, left.
