Patrick was wonderful when I inquired about life insurance. I had other quotes that were way out of my price range but he worked with me to find a great policy that was well within my budget. The peace of mind of having life insurance is such a blessing. Now he’s been giving me wonderful financial advice about my retirement funds. Allstate has some great options that will protect your retirement accounts during these uncertain times. All in all my experience was great.

I was surprised that the owner was changed and a new office was taken without a notice. However, I will brag about my insurance to anyone who will listen. My house burned down and within 3-4 hours, I had a check for $1000 to buy some clothes and necessities. A room at a local hotel was rented the first day, so I didnt have to stay with anyone. A three bedroom brick home was then rented for me to stay in while I waited for my house to be rebuilt. I had said I could just get a little apartment for myself and my sister who was living with me I was told that my house was a three bedroom brick house, so that is what I should have. A few years later I was hit in the back at a red light. I had not yet gotten my new Insurance card. I called the police, then called Allstate. A woman left the office, came to me, and brought my card so I could show it to the police. I am continually amazed at what you do for your people. Thank you, Mona

They were awesomeI used to be with state farm and qfter going over in depth the difference between the policy at state farm and the new policy at allstate i found out that if something happened to my house/vehicles...i actually wouldnt be covered all the way, and that i would be left paying on a house that was destroyed by *fill in blank here*. Thank you all so much! We almost had our house destroyed last night by a fire...(thankfully it was put out before much damage occured) and we would have been SOL if we were with the other company still. Definitely a peace of mind being with allstate. I appreciate them SOOOOO much at this office!

Patrick Prater is incredibly knowledgeable about the many risks that a family faces from accidents to life’s major uncertainties such as death. He also has staff like Samantha who really knows her stuff! Great people!
