Got screwed over by a shop which made me not be able to drive my car, so I went up to the office to talk to them about it. They quickly helped me get to the right person to file a claim and get my car fixed ASAP. There was no delay in the process besides receiving the check in the mail. Heidi was a fantastic help through all of it! If I had any questions all I had to do was email and I would hear a response immediately. I would definitely recommend them!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Sonya, who works the front is GREAT. Mr. Trichell was awful! I had an accident that was credited as my fault. I STRONGLY disagree and always will. Every time that I had to talk to Mr. Trichell, all he appeared to be interested in was attempting to make me admit fault for an accident that was not my fault. I asked him many times to please stop rehashing the accident, let me move forward and take care of the claim. I felt that he badgered me over and over in attempt to make me admit fault for an accident that I was not responsible for. He was rude and never appeared to have my best interest in mind. Therefore, I do not have to continue to have my coverage with him! I got coverage from Farm Bureau after having the accident credited to me as at fault for LESS than what I was paying with Trichell/State Farm without the accident credited! GOOD BYE TRICHELL!

Dewayne has been my car insurance agent for decades. State Farm is the best.

I have been with Dewaynes office for 12 years. Every time I call or come in with a question they always give me an answer. They are so polite and give the best costumer service.

Tbh Ive never had car insurance long because they like to jack u around on pricing and coverage but i have been with dwayne trichell statefarm since 2016 or 17 and i love this office. They are always so nice and dont treat you like your stupid bc you dont understand something. Also they have the best prices and are always lookin for a way for me to save money. We have our house amd vehicles with this Company and we highly recommend!
