Best self service car wash in town. The bays are kept clean. Theres actually hot water & soap to clean your vehicle with & its powerful. The bay timers are go by fast so get prepared to make the most of your money. The touchless car wash is a good powerful one if you dont want to use the bays. Been coming here for over 16 yrs now.

I usually go here to wash my car and its always good. I have uses my card plenty. But this time I used it to presoap it and stopped the card to wash it, then started it again to rinse it. Both times couldnt have been more than 4 minutes, it is a small car. But I got charged $10 both times. What gives? Usually I get charged the starting amount which is like $3 or something like that.

They have a great touchless system that I can take my Tacoma through with my rooftop tent on my bed rack. If its on the roof you have to hand wash.

Started with 10 minutes, walked around after presoak, and was down to 2 minutes. Confused as to where my time went? No way it takes me 8 mins to walk around my yukon.

The pattern of scratches matches the brush strokes.I contacted the business in hopes of finding resolution. “We’ll look into it and get back to you” they said. Still waiting. Very disappointed with this business.

Liked the side steps but they were too far apart

I always liked this location because I could swipe my debit card and not have to worry about feeding the machine money along with only using the time I need. But on my last visit to clean off one of my old cars I used my debit card like normal and once completed went and hit the red button to stop charging my card, it said $4.50. This is about how much I use when washing my vehicles here. Although today when looking at my bank statement I see a charge for $10.00 from this car wash. I feel ripped off and deceived by this company and I WILL NEVER RETURN here and I recommend you go else where your self as well to avoid being screwed over, especially in a time when we are in a pandemic and money is tight for us all. I tried calling but no one answers. These guys are crooks. STAY AWAY.

I wouldnt call it ritzy or fancy, but to be honest the sprayer and brush always work and the coin dispenser may look shady but it ALSO always works (at least whenever im there). And when youre looking to wash your car, ritzy can take a back seat to functional. I personally only use the bays but I like this place. Its also usually slow enough that I can take the time to towel dry my rig.

I had a very difficult time turning the dial from rinse to foamy wash. Wasted a lot of time. It was the 2nd stall. It took me $11 to wash the car and I went fast.

While washing the car appeared to get clean but when I returned home I noticed that the build-up did not come off. I love the fact that its open 24 hours.

They have the best vacuums they work out of all the other places that are 24 hours. The prices range from $6-10 for car washes and even the $6 wash includes the blow dryer. You can even get pre-loaded cards which make great gift card presents for your neat freak friends.

This is my go to self service car wash (they also have an automated wash available).Their convenient card readers make it easy to just pull up, swipe and wash. No need for that wad of dollar bills and change in your pocket, feeding the machine when it starts beeping (they have this option too, if thats your thing).I have been a returning customer for the past 5 years and have yet to have a major complaint.

I like the car wash but if something happens like taking your $10 bill and not letting you wash they wont call you back or try to fix it. I called the phone number they had and I ddnt even ask for a refund I just wanted a gift card or something because I use to wash my car there all the time. wont be going the anymore. I recommend bend car wash on 3rd st. way better customer service. if the machines dont work correctly and you call the. they offer you your money back for that wash

Truck wash is fine but we paid with a credit card and the total amount shown was $6 used. No receipt provided. Now I just discovered that we were charged $10. The phone number from Yelp is a fax number. DO NOT pay with credit card! Its a rip-off.UPDATE: While the initial credit card charge showed $10, the final charge was $6 so all is correct. (9/1/17)

We paid $10 for the car wash and it hardly washed and the vacuum ate our quarters... 😭

Half the time coin machine is not working and you waste your time. other than that its a good place just bring your own quarters.

$2.50 to start hand wash machine then $1 a minute after that..... The machines are money hungry. Dont waste your time or money and go to one of the other car washes in Bend.

Ive been using this car wash for about 8 years since I moved here. I like that you can fill a card for ease of payment. On more than one occasion, the tire cleaner or soap either was empty or clogged but I was unable to get the quality of wash i needed for my cars

Best carwash in town, well kept, well maintained and their wash tunnel always does a great job.

Pay attention to the red button if you opt to pay with a card. Otherwise, a decent DIY carwash.

I tried contacting the owner/manager about a recent malfunction of their automatic washer but he wouldnt call back.Im out $10.30 because it didnt work this last time. Theyve just lost a 3-year customer.

Good little joint. Even has rised platforms for tall rvs and campers. Time is a little short and nozzels sprat wherever sometimes.

The Auto wash ate my money call the lady she told me she was going to send me my refund in never did so I never went back and theres Orange cones with the car wash clothes so obviously its always broken

Used the car wash a couple times until the touch less wash failed and put a 6 scratch across the bumper of my brand new car.
