Called them because my dryer broke a belt because it got overloaded. They were quick to come out so they could get their $60 diagnostic fee, then quoted me almost $300 for the repair. Less than $20 in parts and what I researched should be 60-75min worth of work. Spoke to their manager Jesus and he couldnt really clarify why the cost was so high. They dont charge by the hour but they charge by the job, and all he kept saying was that they would take care of the underlying issue so it wouldnt happen again. But when I asked him and his technician, I couldnt get a straight answer of what that even was.
Absolutely horrible. Id leave zero stars if I could. I spoke to a gentleman from the 816 number, he was happy to get me scheduled for the following day, okay great. I get a call back not even an hour later from an 877 number saying that they cant help me until next Tuesday (its currently Wednesday) because the tech has decided to go out of town and wont come back until that day. They have taken money out of my account and the customer service rep says they did not take any money, despite the money missing from my bank.

They came and fix the electric dryer and saw something wrong with the agitator in the washer too. He fixed everything. Very nice man who does an outstanding job. I will recommend.

Great price, not great customer service. We made an appointment to have someone come work on our washer and they canceled an hour before the appointment window because the tech “didn’t know how to work on top load washing machines”. This was super frustrating because I took off work so I could be home to get this done. I don’t know why they scheduled the appointment if they didn’t have someone available. The price to have someone come out was very reasonable but I was frustrated at the way they handled the situation.
The first question I asked when I called to make the appt was if they serviced my area. He checked my zip code and said yes, then made the appt for the following Monday between 9-11. At 10:50 on Monday I get a call saying they do not service my area and have to cancel the appt. Very frustrating experience.
Screwed my boyfriend out of 60 bucks for a service call. They came out and broke the dryer more Offered to come back out to fix the thing they broke for 225. Garbage service.
