I cancelled my service but Pro Turf continued charging my card. When I realized and contacted them again, they said they have been treating my yard and have no confirmation of me canceling my services. But wait a minute, my yard has weeds. So, what is it they have been treating? Additionally, when they provide service, they normally leave a small yard sign planted in your yard. I have never seen this sign in my yard for a very long time. When I insisted for them to cancel my service for the second time, they said I have to pay the remaining amount for the season. When I signed up I was told this would be on a month to month basis; another lie! Do not trust these people at all

I used a Groupon, great value! Friendly service from setting up appointment, e-mail letting me know when they would be out, and telephone call letting me know they were on their way. Their representative was friendly and courteous. I will be calling them in June for Flea + Tick treatment.

I’ve been with this company pro turf lawn service for about 8 to 9 years. And I’m very disappointed in there service this year.when I signed up with this company the sales manager said that if I sign up with them that I will pay only 125.00 a year for them to do my seeding every year for as long as I’m with them.and the lady on the phone was not very nice either.they have been doing that price until this year 2021 they raise the price on me and said that they can’t do that price anymore.so I didn’t say much but canceled my service with them. I will no longer used this company for my lawn care anymore. And I will tell those who are thinking of using this company don’t.

While the product is excellent, the technician totally failed in his customer service duties. He is supposed to ring the door bell to make us aware of his presence. In our case we have 3 dogs that need to be brought into the house as to not get into the fertilizer and spray. Today the technician failed to do that. As he entered our backyard to treat, our 110 lb Newfoundland saw him and jumped thru a screen door to greet the technician. Had we been aware of his presence, this door would not have been opened. We are expecting Pro Turf to cover the cost of replacing the door. The technicians failure reflects on his lack of training and management.

When we moved to our home the yard looked sad. They also just replaced the front steps but the concrete company didnt do a good job of placing the seeds and so it was a mud pit. So I called pro turf to come and start treating the yard to help it grow and get rid of the weeds and our yard looks amazing. Me and my husband cant stop staring at it.

Pro Turf Lawn Service has serviced our yard for about 7 years. They are the best. Our yard has areas of sun and lush shade and these people help to keep it green and beautiful. They have the answers to all our questions. Im sure they can answer yours too. Money spent wisely.Our yard is an extension of our home and adds value to our property.

Pro turf is a very dishonest company and I plan to never support this business again. I signed up via DIMBY deal on a plan that would not auto renew. I stuck with them for a couple years despite consistent issues. Notable issues include:1.) Were always behind on treating my yard. Had to call to get in queue several times despite being on a treatment plan.2.) Did not treat the correct trees when extended for additional service.3.) Constantly tried to upsell.4.) Did not service the yard for weed control when it was included for free. They showed up and felt it did not need to be treated.5.) Broke the original agreement and auto renewed me despite not reaching me. This was a direct breach of the original agreement. A support personnel even confirmed this was the case. Regardless, they serviced my lawn without talking with me and would not even meet half way on price.Avoid at all costs.

Other home services confirm with you before a service, but Pro Turf visits are nothing but a bill posted on your door with prices for recommended services. After paying $250 for 4 visits from Pro Turf, I got offered a special price guarantee for a $950 aeration upsell. If you think the monthly price is all you need for a good yard, think again - that is simply their foot in the door before they hit you with the real costs. After talking with customer service, they refuse to offer refunds for unhappy customers, and I am left with a worse lawn and a Pro Turf sign, serving as a memento of a terrible mistake my family has made. Buyer beware.

I cant say enough good things about ProTurf. This is the second year Ive used them and my lawn looks AMAZING! Our technician is Justin Ervin and he is always very professional and has even stopped by between service appointments when I had a few random weeds pop up. Im very particular about my lawn so I have high expectations and ProTurf has exceeded them.

Started service with them on 7.11 of this year and the results speak for themselves. The lack thereof. The crabgrass on my lawn has expanded its reach, and the seeding they put down has sprouted clover. Yes, I assure you its clover.Reps are nice and they are performing visits but its the products they use for the service that clearly are ineffective. The sooner the installment plan ends, the better. If you must use them do not use the installment plan. Order a visit or two, then judge the results.

I have been using Pro Turf since 2006. We have been very happy with the service they provide. We always get a pre-call to let us know when they are coming so we can ensure our pets are inside. They are great to talk with and will come out to treat any stubborn weeds that might crop up at no extra charge. I have used ProTurf for probably 20 years. Used them at our old house and the new house. Whenever I call and need something, they are quick to respond and come right out to handle my issues.I definitely recommend them to other people. My favorite procedure is the grub control because it is a liquid. I dont have to worry about watering and not getting water on all of the grass to get the granule type products that other companies use to activate.

I have a security camera on my house. The technician came and did the front and side of my house and left. I called to complain and asked if they’re supposed to do the entire yard, they said yes. I told them they did not do the backyard. They tried to argue with me and even tried to get the tech to explain what my backyard looks like, he described what anyone could see from the side of the yard and failed to mention I have a huge whirlpool in the backyard patio LOL. What a joke. I am working from home and can hear the blower and could tell you exactly where he went. Peggy tried to gaslight me on the phone telling me that this guy Scott wouldn’t benefit from not spraying my yard and that he was one of their best etc etc. Acted like maybe she was his wife or sister by the amount of defensiveness. Extremely unprofessional customer service coming from someone who has taken a certification in it. I have security camera footage and you’re trying to tell me what I saw? I told them it was antitrust. If I can’t trust that they will provide the service I paid for, I am not paying for it.Really, really shady. Take your business elsewhere.

I use both Pro Turf Lawn and Pro Pest for all of my home needs....lawns are in much better shape and I never have to worry about doing anything except mowing...and this year they also saved me the time taking my mower in for routine maintenance/sharpening. Awesome!! Pro Pest also takes care of all our potential problems with fleas, ticks, chiggers and mosquitoes. A great help!! They come as scheduled by them and I have to do nothing.

Ive used ProTurf for 4 years, and it has been a good investment. The lawn has improved each successive year. The cost is competitive. Each application is made at the correct time, unlike some of the competition.

With a previous national company, it was difficult to communicate my preferences as to timing of applications, especially to coordinate with seeding. Pro Turf does my seeding now, but Ive found the company to be accessible and responsive on other issues. The yard looks great.

I am now getting hassled for a bill for over $100. They said that their rate was pro-rated for services and application. This was NEVER explained to me ahead of time. I have signed NO contract and now they are bullying me in to extra fees!

Phillip (my technician) who did my work last year was extremely personal and informational. I never felt bad about asking stupid questions. I watched a technician pull-up to my home, sit in his truck for 20 mins. Then he put a door hanger on my front door stating all the services he performed that day, which was false and drive off. I tried to contact the owner or a manager but was informed they would not take my call. I cancelled service. I wonder how many previous services I payed for and never received? This company is shady. I was thrilled when I began using ProTurf. Went through the season getting the applications. For the most part, things were good. Fall came around and I let them know I would like to have my yard aerated and seeded. The service was done. I called after to let them know I was upset with how it looked uneven as far as where the seed was seen. I watered everyday for the next 2 weeks as recommended. Was extremely upset with Half my back yard growing grass. I called in and told them, the guy I spoke told me that they had been receiving several calls like this. He apologized and Said someone would come out and take care of it. That never happened. I did not pay them for the seed.My account has always been paid on time and up to date but $225 for half a job was not going to happen. Over winter they called me every week to collect the money but never to discuss a solution. As spring arrived, I called to speak to the Manager about my account so they would hold their end and I would hold up my end. The Manager had left for the day and so I was sent to her voicemail. I left a detailed message and asked her to call me when she was back in so we could take care of the account.She still hasnt called but guess who has, a debt collector! Today!Terrible customer service. Would not recommend if you want to be treated respectfully or taken care of.
