They ruined my backyard. Cut the grass in a cris cross pattern. Didn’t get up big clumps of grass. Very unprofessional and then show up demanding money. STAT AWAY FROM THEM!!!

They were a house down the street from our house doing her lawn, while my husband and i were not home my 15 year old daughter went outside in a pair of shorts and a plain t-shirt. Two of the men a younger one and older one kept looking at my daughter wrongfully. She claimed she felt uncomfortable and decided to go home to change the two men started walking behind her and stopped once they saw her step onto our property. She then changed into some jean pants and walked on the opposite side of the street as she turned around she saw them staring at her and smiling. I think that behavior is very inappropriate and next time this company is doing a lawn on our street i will send my husband to take care of those two men.

They ruined my yard. They were supposed to maintain my lawn and instead spread weeds and killed parts of my grass. These people are incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. I wish I knew this prior to allowing them to do anything in my yard. In two months they caused my yard to be overtaken by weeds which I am now having to work to eradicate at a much higher price. I even brought to their attention the increase in weeds which they promised to take care. I didnt notice my yard turned into weeds haven until they skipped mowing my yard. They only accept cash for their crappy work. Do not let them ruin your yard too.

DO NOT CALL THEM OR TRUST THEM WITH A SERIOUS YARD JOB. They are only decent at mowing and trimming. Ricardo will never call you back, and they are unprofessional. Do not trust them with any serious work. A high school kid with a push mower might do a better job for $40. They are very unresponsive and unreliable.

They were quick and should not have been. The job required careful drainage and leveling. The first rain storm showed high spots and pooling around the house. They did not use any device to measure elevation or decline in elevation. Feathering in areas was poor; I lost the ability to use my riding lawn mower and had to use a weed eater in areas. Do not use them for drainage; I think they made it worse. I have been digging the last several days to remove the high spots.

Always go above and beyond and do a great job!

If you want a company that wont listen to you, you found your match. Ive been in the lawncare industry for 5yrs now & I know how its done. My neighbor hired these guys. Ive had to tell the mowing guys on MANY occasions that they need to follow property lines, instead, they laughed & chose the easy way over and over & mowed on my property. These guys need to be supervised to do the job right, so I stood outside and watched until they were done. See pictures. If your looking for a good job & customer service, this IS NOT the company to deal with.. Read other reviews as well, Im not the first to give 1 star.

Reyes and Reyes Landscaping has NO clue what they are doing! NEVER EVER hire this company for anything!! They installed a flagstone patio and flagstone sidewalk which started to crack in several places. I called Ricardo (the owner) at least 25 times begging him to please come repair these cracks and he NEVER EVER called back!! I figured he got his money and thats all he wanted!! This company does NOT know what theyre doing at all. IF I could give them LESS than 1 star....I would!! Dont fall VICTIMS to these SCAM ARTIST like my family did!! BUYER BEWARE

Reyes & Reyes installed the irrigation system at the duplex I am renting. I moved into my place a month ago and after 3 weeks of not being able to get my system to work I called Mr. Reyes since his contact info was left on the user manual for assistance. He was willing to come out the same day to look at the problem. After being at my house for 5 mins, he fixed the problem by simply turning on the water from the valve in my front yard. I thanked him and he says Im going to have to charge you $65 for this. No one hardly does anything for free anymore so I never thought he was coming to look at my system without a price but for him to think $65 was a fair price just for him being at my house less than 10 mins, turning on my water and redirecting 2 sprinkler heads is ridiculous. I did not have cash on me so he followed me to my ATM. I give him the money, and he says Im sorry, I drove from Temple, I dont see why the price is a problem. If him driving from Temple was so inconvenient for him then he couldve mentioned over the phone that I should check to make sure my water was on prior to him making the trip to Harker Heights and over charging me. Mr. Reyes is not a fair and upfront business man. I rather stand in my yard with a water hose watering my grass before I call his company for assistance again.

Used them a couple of times. I called to schedule for them to cut my grass and they stood me up twice! I had to call them to let them know they had not come or called. No apologies, or anything. And when I offered them $10 less to complete the job in lue of the bad service he got upset like they didnt forget my grass for a whole week for the second time in a row.
