I did end up getting charged $50 when the website says $40 but if theres an upcharge me being sensitive to heat (the water and hot stones) and ticklish, and not having worn shoes for practically 3 months, then Ill take it! Because the lady was super duper nice, kind, PATIENT and gentle, and did an outstanding job! Worth every penny!

Took my Wife here for mothers day. Staff if amazing. Friendly and extremely good at their job. Would recommend to anyone looking to have nails done. Full set of acrylics, the technician even recommended a better color based on talking with my wife while she was doing her nails.

I recently started regularly going to Top Nails and I love them so much. The quality of nails are fantastic and the mimosas are a wonderful perk. I highly recommend l!

The new manager is very nice. I came 15 minutes late and that would make me late for my doctors appointment too, but Jo made it happen. I have an amazing new set of acrylic with less than 45 minutes. HAPPY. HAPPY. HAPPY.Girls, this place is worth it. Im so glad that Jo is back here.

Best acrylic nails of my life! I was a little concerned with how long my nail stylist was carving on my nails, but she was thinning the acrylic so they weren’t so bulky like most acrylic nails. After 24 hours of experiencing thin acrylic nails, I’m so excited with these. I can scratch!! I have been running my nails on my skin since I left the shop. Thank you! This is my new nail place!!

This place is great to go alone to get pampered or for a girls day out to get pedicure and manicure. The nail salon uses hot rocks on legs, hot wax feels good on hands/feet... nice massage chair to sit and get pedicure. Free Mimosa. Very nice staff. I would definitely recommend.

My toe nails were in bad shape and hard to cut. The lady did a great job.

Those people deserve way better than theyve done. They took care of my ingrown nails perfectly and my heels have never been smooth like this at other places. And, $45 for gel spa pedicure with free mimosas!???... You guys should take $65. Love my toes.

Lovely people! A very big facility with lots of employees to help you out with what your vision is. They serve drinks, use hot stones in their normal pedis, and are very clean, knowledgeable, and professional!

Best place to get nails done you need to go there. they have wonderful people, nice prices, they give you drinks and great service. they don’t rush you unlike some other places.i got my nails done and asked for a flame on one finger and i didn’t think they would do that but they did and it looks amazing i’m shocked i love it. that is the only place that does that good of hand painted art and even have tons of cool little nail designs

The worst french manicures I have ever had. My daughter wanted to treat me for mothers day. She made a reservation (we were not a walk-in). The lady I got, was the main lady that answered the phone every time it rang, greeted and got the walk-ins situated etc. It was busy, because it was the day before mothers day with alot of walk-ins. So she must have stopped and started my nails at least 10 times. But when you have an apt. it was very rude, and the job she did on my nails reflected her lack of attention. She was in a hurry to get my daughter and I out as soon as they could so they could take more customers that were walking in. Bad customer service for the people that actually planned their Mani-pedi! Wont go back again.

Yes I’ve been here plenty of times and every time I regret it. I’ve given them many chances before this honest review. . I’ve gotten cut, filed to deep on my nail, No massage, also while he’s applying gel he’s also chopping off the spillage and pulling my nail!? Like uh??? But Not only did they try to blame it on me when he clearly hurt me but they charge $45 for a $15 quality! - acrylic nails are crooked! I used to root for this place. Not anymore don’t waste your money here..

Everyone there is always nice! Its always clean! I live that theyre open later. I get Shellac & it lasts about 4-5 weeks without chipping or peeling. Its impressive. Definitely my go to nail place.

I have been looking for a good nail place. For awhile now. My nails are thin and sensitive. I let the lady doing my nails know this and she was very careful. It is a busy place and I had no appointment but I didnt have to wait long. I read others posting before I decided to write this. The staff are not rude, their English is just not strong. I will be going back. My nails are awesome!

Been going to this salon for 5+ years Pre-COVID-19.Finally returned July1st since Salons reopened and was completely unaware of a new change in management and pricing. Service as usual was spot on, but when I asked for my usual mani/Pedi, I was expecting to pay my usual price. I walked out owing $75($80 including tip) verses my usual $45.I don’t go to a salon for the free mimosas (which I was not offered, nor would I take since we are all masked up). Mani and pedi were fine, but rushed and not being informed prior of price changes or having the new prices posted is just plain bad business and shady in my opinion.I would not have gone if I had known, as $75 was not in my budget and had no idea until I went to pay. I didn’t even find out of a new manager or why the prices changed u til I got to my car and looked them up online, trying to solve this mystery.Good customer service would be letting clients know with signage of new management and new prices posted..To keep precious regular clients, maybe just offer the previous basic pedi you had prior with and option for the higher priced ‘spa treatment’ pedi.Just my personal opinion as a previous loyal customer.Due to the lack of spa feel for the price, sadly, I will be finding a new location for services, as mimosas and a 45 second hot stone rub is not worth the extra dollars.On a positive note.....They are friendly, shop is clean and the work is done well.

The moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Both nail techs were careful and thourough. They even had the Seahawks game on while beautifying my nails. Wonderful place! Highly recommend!

Lisa did my nails and they are so BEAUTIFUL!! She was very sweet and checked my nails multiple times to make sure she didn’t miss anything. I appreciated the love and care she put into my wedding nails. The price is great, it was pretty quick but not to quick, and everyone had great customer service. I’ll defin be back.

Best nail salon in all of Bham. This place is CLEAN, the staff are incredibly friendly, their work is above par and theyre quick! My nails always look amazing when I leave and last for a long time. Their acrylic is good quality and doesnt yellow, and they file it down perfectly so your nails look totally natural. I will never go anywhere else and recommend this place to EVERYONE, especially since Im constantly getting compliments!!

On my husbands account but visited there last Friday and received A nasty infection on my big toe! Been there a couple times before and service was good you definitely get what you pay for. This time around it was the worst I’ve experienced will never go back again.

I’ve gone here about 3 different times, and each time they have done a horrible job.. there’s always bumps in my nails, one hand is different length than the other, they are super nice each time I’ve gone in, but being nice has nothing to do with doing my nails. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone!!

I have been going here for a while they know me and make sure I get in and out quickly. If you are in a hurry make an appointment even they say its not necessary. Great color selection.

I was a first time customer, picked out a polish, and they sat me in a pedicure chair to wait for someone to come help me. I was hoping for at least a foot soak while waiting, but sadly the didnt fill the water while I waited. No big deal, 10 minutes goes by, and another customer is clearly upset. They apparently overcharged her for something. Instead of caring about this customer, they laughed and mocked her. She left very upset and while they continued to laugh, I decided to leave too. Went over to Martins Nails 5 minutes away. They were very friendly and helped me right away.

I get the best pedicures here. Prices are very reasonable, service is very good.

A great place to go if youre not in a hurry. Took 2 and a half hours for a mani pedi (polish and gel) but great staff! Just a little slow and sometimes difficult to understand. They do excellent work however!

I always love going here for pedi. Love the all inclusive back massage chairs, footsoak tubs, lower leg massage and the biggest selection of nail polish... pure bliss. Not rushed, just relaxed and pampered. Super affordable

I asked for a full set with silver sparkley tips.The tips the had were too small for my fingers so Bin suggested they use white tips,, paint the tips with silver sparkley polish, and then put ACRYLIC over that.They turned yellow so i had to get them polished with color to cover, and they charged me full price for Gel polish..never going back there.

Walked in to get a new set of acrylics, they sat me down right away and started working on my nails before i could even pick a color, felt very rushed. didn’t even push my cuticles back before applying the acrylic nail. also didn’t ask what shape i wanted, i had to interrupt her and tell her before she started painting that i wanted almond nails. have also heard that they will talk bad about their customers to each other right in front of u. very unprofessional but they do have very cheap prices, so i guess you get what you pay for.

Dont bother looking anywhere else. This is the place. Yeah i read reviews. Yeah i like to know where is the best place to spend my hard EARNED cash. Im leaving this review as i am currently getting a massage by them. It has lasted almost 20 minutes now. And i have another foot still. And she took the cheese grater to my heels. Oh did i mention the massage chair. If you can manage seeing through all the plastic wrap on the controller. choose your option. All the other reviews were absolutely correct. This place is beyond relaxing. Still not sold? When was the last time you just had to write a review while getting the treatment. Huh? HuH????Btw the negative reviews i dont understand. Clearly you would have had to have been rude or deserved whatever it was that would have had these ladies be rude. That or you need to seek other methods of releasing stress. Lay off the asian ladies. They rock.
