The workers were really nice. The guy and the girl that just sit in front office are terrible and greeting people. I help my client today take her to les schwab to get her tire fixed, the guy just look at her like she doesnt know anything about cars. Two seconds later a guy walk in and he was all nice and started chatting with him, showing him where to go seat and wait while theyre fixing his tire. It almost felt like he pick and choose who to be nice to. Hes very unprofessional. Went there today for the second time, and still the same he just sit there, no smile, nothing.I dont like this one Bel Red rd in Bellevue. Even the girl look at me like she wants to fight me. She doesnt look like she likes her job. Just very unprofessional

I came to this location specifically to ensure I have a good costumer service experience, but all I got a higher price tag and longer wait time. I was told 2 hours, but it took 2 hours and 38 minutes and that’s only after I informed them that my car was parked and looked ready. Alignment still needed and when I asked for an ETA and they told me “he’s gonna work on it now”, but that didn’t answer my question. No eye contact when I came up to pay more than $700 for new tires. When I asked to verify the warranty mileage she said “I never wrote down 85,000” without the effort of looking for the earlier printout just to confirm as if she had photographic memory but yet couldn’t remember my last name from 3 hours before. I noticed that white, affluent costumers got slightly better service than me. Maybe I didn’t look rich enough.

Every time I visit everyone is very helpful and pleasant. Quick service and very fair prices. I recommend highly.

Les Schwab Bellevue lives up to its reputation for customer service satisfaction. I have been a loyal customer for over twenty years ( I know...) but only because they continue to deliver on that one promise. The only thing that has changed is turnaround time. Seems that help wanted sign outside is more than justified.

Today could have been a really horrible day for me and someone renting one of my vehicles…if it wasn’t for GRANT! Grant went out of his way to make sure he got a new battery installed and got our Mini back on the road as good as new. They were busy today, but Grant was able to multi-task his a** off and I was out of there within the hour. 5 stars all go to Grant!!

Yall just wanna charge more money for alignment because my car has a aftermarket parts, if I have a machine to do it I never bring it to you guy, all of people in there look busy and professional but it not at all. $300 for wheels alignment ? Swear to god I never bring any of my car to here.

4 hours spent waiting with 2 kids since I have no other transportation at the moment. This location is USUALLY better with time. They didnt have all the parts on hand for my brake job and had to go get them twice as one of the parts they did get was improperly made and sold. All in all...looooong day. And yes, I had an appointment for the safety check then maintenance afterwards.

Trailer had a wheel bearings blow out. They paid for the tow and fixed it with a new spindle and bearings kit. Nice to buy from legitimate dealer. They always take care of warranty no question asked.

My husband is very happy with the service he got at this location. He went to three previous places, and nobody could fix his tire sensors. The light was still on the dashboard. Alfredo identified the fault very quickly, and he fixed it. Alfredo also verified that the light was off before returning the car to him. My husband was so happy with Alfredos service. It was fast and efficient. My husband totally recommends this location.

There was a nail on my car tire. I went to Midas Factorial at first. I was told that it was not fixable since the nail was on the side, and they suggested me to replace the whole tire. So I walked into Les Schwab for a better luck. I just waited there for about 15 mins. A young technician checked it and kindly told me that the nail didnt punctuate the tire at all. He just pulled it out and charged me nothing. It saved me from buying a new tire, so ridiculous. This is the third time I visited Les Schwab. I would definitely recommend the place to everyone.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I came in today because I had hit a curb at 45 miles an hour and started to hear grinding noises from my car. when I first came in the atmosphere was friendly and I was quickly greeted by there front desk staff. From here I was warned of a long wait time allowing for me to ensure that my service would not interfere with the rest of my day. My job requires that I have sensitive information in the vehicle and because of that I requested that no employees are to have access to the area in my vehicle without my presence. My job is especially important to me and they respected this unique request of mine perfectly. I waited for my vehicle to get started and I originally worked with Seth, his knowledge with cars was impressive and he quickly took apart my car to inspect it. I swear it was like magic as I watched the tires be removed so quickly. He explained to me why I may be hearing some grinding and explained to me that I may need an alignment due to the impact. He showed me why he believed this and why certain indication on my car showed that my alignment may be off. He also explained the benefits of why an alignment would be beneficial and told me the price asking if it was an option I would like today. I agreed and quickly he ran to the front to ensure my vehicle was taken care of as fast as possible. Finally, a short time past and my car was taken back by Dan. Dan was amazing, his knowledge on my car and how to do its alignment seemed like he had been a professional not only in mechanics but specifically my car. He was very respectful of my car and my privacy I requested earlier, and quickly got my car on their system and started to work. I do not think there was a single question I could ask that would through this guy off. Its like he was ready to answer my questions before I asked, this company is incredibly lucky to have him. Finally, I got to talk to the managers while I was waiting. Thomas and Andy and Cameron. They seemed to work together better then most parts in my car, I would ask questions like how much longer and it took only a few seconds for them to respond with a correct time frame, its like they had a connection strait to their crew knowing where they where in the process and how long it would take. They made sure I was comfortable and that all my needs where met. They definitely run a great crew. You can tell as they talked to there coworkers that they seemed more like a family then a team and the caring they had for each other can defiantly be described as a family.Speaking of family, I know that there is no other place I would trust with my family and their car. Les Schwab, I have gone to you a few times now and I can say that you have earned a lifelong customer. No repair place deserves my business more then you. Thank you for your help getting me and my family on the road safely and confidently.I can for sure say my only complaint was the popcorn machine was not out and going, but that’s thanks to other things not them.

Came in for a rear brake change, was told it would take 60-90 minutes... After sitting there for over 3 hours I had to ask what was going on.. They said it was just being finished, another 30 min later they finally completed it. Be prepared to spend your day there regardless of the time quote. My brakes feel worst now than when I brought it in.. ughhh

Monday morning flat tire. Les Schwab Bellevue let me drop my tire off and pick it up after work. Fast efficient and great service. This team is awesome.

As always rumored, Les Schwab always with their exceptional extra mile service. Their team goes above and beyond to service your vehicle and get you back on the road!

I went here to get a pre-trip safety check. This place told me I needed 2700 worth of repairs to my control arms and struts. I got a second opinion from a more reputable mechanic, and he said that none of that work was necessary, and also that they missed the water pump and sway bars. I ended up paying $600 to fix the leaking water pump and sway bars. Les Schwab should have found the leaking water pump, as there was pink fluid right next to the control arms that were supposedly bad. If my mechanic had not caught the leaking water pump, in about 3 weeks I would have had to replace the head gasket, a $3000 dollar repair. Les Schwab told me the wrong things to fix, and didnt catch the critical things that could have caused problems.

Needed air and they filled it up as soon as I pulled up ! Awesome checked all tires since I did buy them from Les! Thanks for prompt service, I got where I needed on time and didnt wait like some places..

I dont remember when my tire got a nail. I went in without an appointment, they got my car in immediately. I was out within a hour or so and didnt pay anything to them, it was FREE. Great customer service and I highly recommend this location.

(back country AT are the worst least stable tire Ive ever owned) cant find anywhere to review them online so I wanted to put this disclaimer here.Les Schwab has a poor business model in my opinion. Its near impossible to find what brand of tires they stock. Yes its possible to order any brand of tires from them but they will absolutely bend you over on the price. I was quoted $365 a tire for 245/75/17 Michelin ltxs. Every other retailer sells them for about $250.My company has a fleet account with Les Schwab so unfortunately I was stuck shopping here. The guy at the counter hard sold me on the in house brand back country at tires. I explained I was looking for a smooth ride that would handle well in rain.These are the most awful tires Ive ever had right off the bat. I have a land cruiser at home on mud terrains that rides smoother than these ATs. Also I left my vehicle there over night and told them to do any service it needed. They replaced my rotors which is fine. But when I picked my van up they told me I needed an alignment done. This is a small annoyance, I just dont get why they didnt do it when the vehicle was already there after I OKd all the work. Additionally my tires werent inflated enough to clear my tpms light.

Walked in and they did a tire and brake inspection right away and fixed the nail in a tire. Courteous service and clean facility with plenty of space to wait.

The man who answered the phone was very polite in the beginning of the initial phone call. I had quite a few questions about new tires and also about whether or not I would need either tire rotation or an alignment since I am not familiar with how Vehicles drive and work myself. The man seemed to be impatient with me and during the course of our conversation hia tone fell very flat as if I were inconveniencing him. I got the impression that he wanted to hurry up and get me off the phone. I decided not to make an appointment here and to find somewhere else to go soon. If a place gives me rude service over the phone I worry about how theyre going to treat me when I arrive for in-person service. Not everyone is familiar with tires and alignment and brakes and anything else that has to do with vehicle and we shouldnt have to be expected to know these things. If I call and I have a question about service it would be nice to have someone to talk to you over the phone who is happy to answer my question before I bring my vehicle there in person

2.5 to 3 hours just to look at my trailer. What happened to Les Schwab? Used to be good now not at all. Thanks for nothing

Backed my exhaust up over the curbDented and scratched it;never bothered to look if it was okay. My girlfriend was standing next to the car when it happened and the guy still said nothing. Not mention they let three different people in my car when theres Covid going around and getting worst. Horrible place. Should pay for a new $1000 exhaust. Horrible alignments horrible service. Dont recommend. Go else where.

Id give a negative star review if I could.I usually have great experiences at the other Les Schwabs I have been to, but this place was the worst and most life threatening service I have ever experience. I nearly lost a wheel after leaving there location. Long story short heres the run down: I brought my car in because it was making a popping noise, and I could feel it in the steering wheel. I told them I thought it might be my CV joint, but as a 20 year old college student, I wasnt entirely sure what it was and asked them to take a look at everything. Dropped it off at 9:00 AM and was told it would take 2 hours. I called multiple times and did not get a call back until 4:00 PM. They told me my tires looked great and nothing was wrong, my transmission mount was loose and causing the popping noise. They recommended I see a mechanic and sent me on my way, stating it was safe to drive sparingly. I left Les Schwab and headed straight to my mechanic - scared to death as I should add, because my entire car was shaking while driving on the freeway. When I got to my mechanic he called me 2 hours later saying he took it for a test drive and my wheel nearly came off while he was driving - almost caused an accident. He was shocked that Les Schwab let me leave their location with my tire in this condition. 3 lug nuts were no longer on the wheel. I called Les Schwab and told them the story, even asked if they ever even took a look at my tires or removed them to see if there was a problem. They told me they only looked at the CV Joints and they did NOT check my tires. When I asked them why they did this and told them the story about my mechanic they said, well, we werent asked to do that. And were not liable. I am livid with their service. AND on top of this, my mechanic let me know there was absolutely nothing wrong with my transmission mount and Les Schwab pretty much lied to me and tried to put the blame on something else, since they couldnt find this issue. My brand new rim, hub cap, and lug nuts have to be replaced because the damage was so terrible.

Good service. 3rd visit to this location on Bel-Red Rd. Tires have been good quality. Today switched over to studded tires.I plan to return in the spring to change tires again.

They quoted me $600 including alignment which was done a week ago and couldnt fix a simple job done by another shop for $70. Kids work there have no clue what they are doing.

I would normally give them a 4 or 5 stars. I took my truck in for a brake job, ended up getting new brake drum, brake pads and rest of required hardware. I had to go back twice to finally get the brakes adjusted properly. This last time took almost two hours for an adjustment. It was covered under warranty. But the adjustment should have been completed on the second appointment, after driving for a day or so.

To the lady working around Saturday lunchtime. You made it very obvious that you hate your job and you hate picking up the phone. Fix your online system first then you can start pushing customers away.

Part of their slogan includes doing the right thing and I believe that happens here at Les Schwab Tire Center. For starters, Les Schwab will help you with anything that is related to tires and brakes. That includes alignment, tread wear, free brakes inspection, etc. They offer a few free, no hassle, inspection services so feel free to contact them about it. I also felt they placed a high priority on the customer. They were happy to answer any request and never complained. They were always running around to get things done not because everyone else was going wrong it that they were short handed but rather it was because they wanted to get things done. This center has an open interior with plenty of seating and included a TV, popcorn, water and coffee, and restrooms. Ample parking all around.

The folks at this Les Schwab showed great professionalism from the service writers to the technicians. I very much appreciated this and highly recommend tire services done here.

Had a great experience at this Les Schwab. I went to my car after a night shift and found the tire flat. Managed to fill it twice and make it here. One of the staff members saw me outside trying to fill the tire again and got me in before they opened. I was in and out in what seemed like record time. If I could give them a trophy I would have.

Called in before they even opened, they were happy to invite me to their store. Although they didnt have the tire i needed, they were kind enough to look up my owners manual online and see if i could replace it with another brand. Unfortunately that wasnt good for the car, so they ordered the same tire and got it on the same day. Special thanks to Jesse. He was kind and was very positive to help me.

I had a great experience with Les Schwab as I needed to buy some snow chains for my tires. The people were very friendly and helpful. They researched exactly what size chains I needed, including digging through the owners manual in my car to get it just right. They found me a set that was well less expensive than the other shops I checked and were even price competitive to Amazon. Great experience, all around!

Love this place - not just the chain, but also this location in particular. They dont force anything on you, they explain things patiently, and they do good work. Plus, so many free things to keep your tires and car in good shape - free tire rotations, trip inspections, free flat repairs (even if you didnt buy the tires there!), etc.

My wife brought my car in because I had a flat tire. They where so helpful! They where a little busy so they gave me a quote of how long it would take and they ended up finishing sooner. We where both so happy to get back out on the road. Being a state licensed driving examiner, I can’t even begin to explain how great it is to have people that care so much about safety. Needed a single tire mounted and balanced, they told me to wait in the lobby and that it was going to be 90 minutes. I get a call after 90minutes saying that they are backed up for another couple hours. Dishonest.

Had a flat tire that was too damaged to repair but they had a used tire that was the exact same model and tread depth so they replaced with that under warranty! Les Schwab is simply the best! Always go here for tires, brakes, batteries, etc. you wont be sorry.

Usually I get great service from Schwab but this is my first time to the Bel Red location and I gotta say Im pretty disappointed. After they gave me a detailed quote for 2 tires and a front brake job I left my Honda with them and told them to do both the tires and the front brakes. They called me to let me know it was done and when I came to pick it up they hadnt done the brakes. I didnt have a ride so I had to wait a couple hours for them to finish the job I dropped it off for. I think Im a pretty reasonable man but I am a very busy man as well. Pretty frustrating. Not happy with this particular Les Schwab location.

I recently discovered a tire on my truck with low pressure, so I stopped by the nearest Les Schwab. The friendly counter person directed me where to drive and said someone would meet me there.As I started backing into the spot I noticed someone directing me as I finished backing up. He introduced himself as Patrick, and as he looked at my tire he quickly discovered a nail and identified the cause of the low pressure. He inflated the tire to the correct pressure as he gave me the option of waiting to have it fixed that day, which was a 2 hour wait, or scheduling the work for the next day, which I did.I dropped the truck off at 745, they were already open despite the hours saying 8-5, and called me in less than 1 hour saying they had finished.I really appreciated Patricks great attitude as well as this excellent team. I went in to the store for an alignment because Id just gotten one new tire and my ASC service needed light was on. I knew something was off with my car after likely hitting a pothole or curb with my front passenger tire, and they said theyd check everything out for me. Daniel found that my wheels were super skewed, and explained what was wrong and how he could fix it before doing anything. He was patient and explanatory and answered all my questions, even though I could tell they were busy. I cant sing Daniels praises enough, hes good at his job. The front desk lady (so sorry I forgot her name!) was super friendly and helpful as well. I plan to come back here for tire needs in the future for sure.

Dropped my work vehicle off to get a new tire (had a blowout on the freeway). They took my phone number and said it should be done in 90 minutes. A few hours later I was getting ready to go home for the day and had my ride take me back. They hadnt done anything to vehicle. They said they needed authorization from my main office and called but were forwarded to my bosses voicemail (they needed his authorization for over $700 worth of new tires? I went in for one tire, they maybe could have replaced a second tire but thats it. BTW Many years ago I worked at one of there locations and I know if my tires need to be replaced and I dont need $700 worth of tires). They didnt even leave him a voicemail or call me to let me know there was an issue.Then they said I could wait two hours more if I wanted it done still. I said no and left. Even funnier is my main office called them after I left to see what happened and they tried telling them he is driving on a spare tire and you should send him back now to get it fixed. Ummm ya I have a full size, regular tire as a spare...

Walked in, asked Dustin for the lowest priced set of tires. Tells me they will be over $220 a piece. I was just quoted half that at 3 other places. I drill down questioning this and he finally admits this is just for the ones in stock. I ask if I can bring in tires and they mount them. He quotes me $244 for this. Usually $20 a piece?? Then says its just in case we ruin your tires putting them on. WHAT? I say this is a warranty and he says no. Says I still pay if they damage my tires. WOW. This place is preying on customers. DO NOT Trust them, Please!I will update with a good place to use when I find them :)

Waste of time and money. After hitting a curb came to this place to get new rims and tires. Accepted and paid for all suggested extra services like balancing and alignment. But car had terrible vibration @ highway speeds. There was some warranty - so I came back and been told that during my 1st visit alignment wasnt done properly and they will redo it for free. Sounds not that bad so far, right? Alignment was done again. Vibration wasnt resolved. Annoyed to waste my time with these guys I went to the official dealer and guess what... diagnostic showed that wheels required alignment!

Always the best place to get your tires fixed. The only reason I give 4 stars is because I always have to go in with my shield up against being upsold. Such is retail these days. Thanks for the great customer service tho!

I took my damaged tire in for repair around 1pm (I believe) on a Tuesday, was told that my tire would most likely be repaired later in the day and that I could pick it up around closing time that day. I did not recieve a call that day. I patiently waited until the next day, around 5pm or so I gave them a call, the man on the phone gave me some attitude and told me that my tire had not been worked on yet, and the conversation ended very abruptly with him hanging up after answering a question. Skip forward to Saturday, I gave them another call and got word that my tire had not been touched and was irreparable. So I came and picked up my tire after a four day wait. I was treated poorly by all besides the woman who initially took in my tire. This is very frustrating and absolutely horrible service. This one experience is enough to never give my business or recommendation to Les Schuab ever again.

Very dishonest place. I was sold things that my car didn’t need. Instead of spending $89 for alignment they convinced me that all my tires are going to blow up and I will crash into someone so I need new tires. Next thing you know they realized I also need rear breaks. Wow my bill was almost $1500. I could have spent half of that at my local shop but I was on a trip and these scumbags took their opportunity to screw me over. The craziest part is that they are convinced they provide best service and so they can overcharge customers when in fact their service is very subpar. Would never visit this place again.

Just had a scary experience when i realized something is wrong with my tire pressure. I came to Les Schwab in Bellevue and almost immediately, one representative came to assist me. He was extremely helpful, gave me all options and he even put some air to have enough to get to work and back in my lunch time for him to do an inspection. When i came pickup my car, the repair service was complementary (Yes, FREE) but the best part was the professionalism and the customer service i received! I was impressed!

Excellent customer service! Thomas was extremely helpful & brought to my attention that a brake pad had been installed incorrectly. Ive had my car serviced a few times at the dealership and they never mentioned this. The location is very clean with lots of landing spaces to work that have outlets & USB plug ins.

Went in to get an alignment told me I needed a rack and pinion because it was leaking and there was some play in it.Les schwab would not do an alignment for me unless I replacedthe rack and pinion for $1400. I took it to a high end alignment shop and they found nothing wrong with my front end. Told them what les Schwab said to me the tech put my car back on the hoist and showed me that there no issues with my rack and pinion

After having some battery issues with my old batter, I had a new one installed at this store. The next day, it turned out that the battery Les Schwab installed was actually also defective. They hadnt checked its health after initial installation, hence the 4/5 rating. Mostly though, my experience with this store has been great. Staff was very nice. Prices reasonable.

Life savers! Dec 9, 2016 we had to pass through the mountains to get to eastern Washington from Seattle. Friends advised we get tire chains. Not only did Holly sell us tire chains, she also taught us and a few other people who took interest to put them on. Very awesome and friendly person! That night we hit major snow storm up the mountain and our newly acquired skill came handy.

Probably one of the easiest and best experiences of my life with my car. I needed my brakes replaced and my break of fixed, not only was it relatively cheap ( considering the work that needed to be done), but it was done faster then what I thought it would be. Their customer service was through the roof, as they took me to my house and back to the store from my house when it was done. The staff was extremely courteous and all around wonderful. Love Les Schwab.

Drove from Spokane to Bellevue and picked a screw at some point. Air leaked out slowly enough to get into Bellevue safely. Google said nearest tire shop was Discount Tire so I navigated there, luckily I saw the Les Schwab on the way to Discount and swung in. I waited an hour but that is more than fair since many tire shops run a skeleton crew on Saturdays and most cars there have appointments. I just drove in announced. They fixed my tire for free and asked me to keep them in mind for future auto needs without any add on services. I will definitely do that. Fantastic service and super nice people. Ive had bad experiences at Les Schwab in Spokane but that goes to show you, its not the brand that matters but the people that wear the uniforms. Many praises for this store.

I had a flat tire and I stopped by because it was on my way to the office. Excellent and quick service. The best think? It was free of charge!!! Thanks Les Schwab for fixing my tire
