Molly, Stacy, Steven, Mike and Chris were absolutely AMAZING!!! Our road trip across country took a rough turn when our vehicle overheated, broke down and we were towed to Yecks. They took the BEST care of us. They knew we were in a dire situation, prioritized us, diagnosed, got parts, and fixed Miss Jennay (said in a Forrest Gump accent) and got us back on the road by the afternoon. This is a pretty amazing place. Super nice staff. I had my vehicle towed there and they were able to squeeze me in, drive me to and from work, and finished the job by the end of the day. My vehicle has been running smooth since then. They even applied a discount without me asking for one. I would definitely bring my SUV back for any future needs!

This auto shop is incredible. Their customer service is above and beyond any vehicle shop I’ve ever been to (I have terrible luck with vehicles so I’ve been to my fair share). Yecks Tire & Auto was extremely overpriced & not very efficient. I had a coolant leak & ended up paying $1298.00 to have it fixed. They charged me for a water pump, thermastat, belt, coolant & hoses. Labor was over $500. I had car towed there Thursday morning & work was not completed till Monday night.AAA towed me there, so towing was not part of the charges. They were polite, however.

First time using Yecks and I am very pleased. I had engine warranty work done and they kept me in the loop the whole way. Called me just to ensure I knew they didn’t forget about me. Have only had the vehicle back a few days, but am extremely happy with their service and guarantee.

Had a blown plug cylinder that had previously been ‘fixed’ by a different shop with a Helicoil and so was unsure if it could be refixed or if I had to get a new head. Yuecks was able to gain an extra half inch of threading for a new Helicoil sleeve and then used a plug with extra threads to secure. Happy with Yuecks, not happy with Ford.

I compared a lot of reviews before deciding to use Yecks to solve my mysterious car problem. I asked them to go over my old SUV since it was shuddering at certain speeds, yet the engine light never came on. Turns out it was a tire issue, my fault honestly. But, they found a power steering leak while they were in there. They did this vehicle exam free, and probably saved me hundreds. I drive across the country regularly and had my steering gone out on a trip it would have been very costly. They scheduled me on a date that worked for me, gave me a free courtesy car to use, finished it same day, and their prices were more than fair. My car is back in working order and I will be a customer as long as we live here.They make you feel like family for sure, and their involvement with veterans and the Offutt community is a wonderful bonus. Steve said I want you to be our customer for 20 years, not 20 minutes. and I feel he truly meant it. You cant go wrong at Yecks.

I came in with a weird sound coming from the front. 1st place Ive ever been that wanted to test drive before diagnosing. Sure enough, my car didnt want to make the sound during that drive! The amount of work they did (joint replacements, driving shaft, gasket repair and power steering leak) was great for the price. Im used to going to places where the price hurts quite a bit in labor but not much work. Every conversation I had for updates was always cordial, always reminded they offer loaner cars (didnt need at the time). Best customer service, will go back again.

Walked in to ask if they could look at my old Suburban due a case of severe death wobble. The helpful young lady at the front desk informed me they normally dont work on any vehicles older than 1996. She was able to point me in the direction of several places that could help me. When my Maxima needs work, I know where I will be coming.

Thorough, accurate, and customer focused!I brought my sons car in for a severe coolant leak. Mark listened to me as described history of not only the coolant system, but others areas areas of concern. He set my expectations about when the mechanics would be able to diagnose the leak and inspect the vehicle.Megan called with the results of the inspection and an estimate...both the good and bad. With 186K miles on the Buick, the front end suspension needs some work...they also categorized each of the problems as safety related or just damaged. I can replace tie rods and bushings myself ... Megan didnt pressure me to have them do that work, but did encourage me to bring it back for the alignment after I was done, which I will.Coolant leak was fixed and delivered a day earlier than promised. They even stayed own a couple of minutes to allow my son to pick up the car that day.So happy to find this professional business. Thank you!

Had to replace the automatic door motor on my Honda Odyssey. The dealership was going to charge me $1400 for parts and labor. I purchased the part online myself and took it to Yecks to have them install it and ended up saving a few hundred dollars! Great service, very friendly and obviously very reasonable cost. Mark and his team just put new tires on my Tahoe. He gave me unbiased suggestions and ended up going with a tire that was just as good, if not better than, one of the top of the line Michelin’s that were more expensive. Tires look great and the ride is so smooth. Great work guys!

I have always had a fantastic experience with Yecks, but they really went above and beyond this time. They worked with me after hours on a Saturday to have my car taken to the dealership for the work to be done since I found out after the fact it was covered still under my warranty. Definitely went out of their way to help me and make sure I was taken care of--even though it was for another shop to do the work. Once my warranty is up I will definitely be back for all my servicing to be done at Yecks. Thank you so much!

Had work done here and the staff was very friendly, had a good way of explaining issues, and they set realistic timelines. When they said they could look at it by this day, they looked at it on that day, when they said it would be done on this day ... was done on that day. They might not be the fastest out there, but I think that has a lot to do with people willing to wait a little bit for a good and honest mechanic, making that wait worth it.

Have taken our family vehicles to Yecks for a couple years now. Always found them to do good work. Not your cheapest shop, BUT they do quality work and they are honest. Since I travel a lot I am glad to know my family has well maintained vehicles to drive while I am gone.

Yecks repaired wires on my engine and A/C compressor after small animals chewed through them. Their repair was solid and permanent. I didnt have to go back a second time. When my car left me stranded in 13 degree below zero weather in January, Yecks diagnosed the problem to a worn out water pump and a radiator plugged with corrosion, not frozen anti-freeze. Yecks warned me about this impending wear and possible failure almost a year before it happened. I should have acted on their accurate diagnosis sooner. The entire Yecks team is very thorough, attentive, and you will feel a sense of relief after you trust them with your vehicle. Ive been a very happy customer of theirs for several years.

I took our still-under-warranty van in with a few different symptoms. I was convinced I could have fixed the van myself if I just had a little more time, but I would have replaced at least 2 bearings before I found the right one and I also would have needlessly replaced 2 CV joints. When the warranty company got cheap on us, Yecks dropped the cost a bit to impact my wallet less. Yecks saved me at least $250. Customer service and craftsmanship were the best Ive seen.

Above and Beyond Service!Brought my 2016 Explorer to Yecks. They determined that the wheel bearing was broken; it was going to cost approximately $1,000 to fix. The owner Matt thought the repair might be covered by Fords power train warranty and he decided to call a couple of dealerships to explain the problem and determine if the repair would be covered. It was. Matt saved me from a $1,000 repair. He also offered to assist me with the dealership in the event they tried to nickel & dime me on the warranty repair. The Yecks team is first class!
