I went in there with dipped nails, and she took like 45 minutes maybe an hour trying to get off the nail polish that was already on my fingernails. I honestly did not think she was going to be able to get it off. I had to do the most simple of tasks because she was not professional or good at all at what she does. I was going to get a pedicure but definitely did not want to do that after I saw how she did my nails, and I was going to get my eyebrows waxed to but did not do that because I could see how unprofessional they were. I walked in and this guy was on the couch with his belly showing eating food, it was very unprofessional and disgusting. I never would recommend this place to anybody and I don’t know how anybody would ever like this place. On the pictures they all are the same color because all the colors there were really ugly and not very many to choose from. And the story do not go here.

I had an amazing experience at Stop 4 Nails! It was my first time with them. I gave them a call & they saw me right away. I got a mani/pedi ($45) & they did an fantastic job. At no point did I feel rushed or hurried along for them to take care of other guests. The entire team was friendly & made me feel welcome. Will return again!

I was loyal to them for around a year and it came back to bite me when they gave me a FUNGAL INFECTION under every single finger nail that I still have not been able to clear over a year later after multiple attempts. I am now under continued doctors care trying to clear this persistent infection that has ruined my previously perfectly healthy nails. I saw them use unsterilized tools between customers and did not know at the time just how detrimental this would be.

Full disclosure Ive only had two pedicures in my life however from the amazing grades and star ratings this place has on Google maps it appears its the best in town. All of the employees and managers here are extremely friendly and have truly mastered their profession. The quality of the service is first class and from what I gather those who use colors for nail polish believe the product is exceptional as well. I highly recommend with the prices they offer here that you tip excessively well as it is definitely below market rates compared to others in Bellevue.

I tried this place for the first time with my hubby because of the great reviews on google.We both went there for a pedicure, and I was not disappointed. The place was nice and clean and the people were friendly. The lady that did my pedicure took her time and didn’t do a rush job, and Jimmy was wonderful and friendly. He made you feel comfortable and at home. As for the quality of my French tip pedicure?!? I love it and will definitely be back. I finally found a go-to salon close to home that does a great pedicure!!!

Very nice people, and they didnt accidentally cut me. Got plenty of massaging in addition to my nails done, loved that. Gave 4 stars because in effort to keep the polish off my cuticles they ended up leaving a lot of unpainted nail open...and inevitably, I will need to get them filled sooner.

I told them to make the length the same as my last set but they cut them way shorter and didnt add tips which was okay but the length is the issue. They also charged me and my friend the same exact price...$35 each even tho she got really long acrylics with tips and I got mine waaayyy short and no tips... confusing..good customer service tho

Spectacular service! We are not locals. We had just flown in to visit family and were coming from the airport. We got right in. And the outcome was outstanding. This is a photo of my fiancée’s old nails. They took off the old, gave a pseudo manicure, and gave her a fresh coat for a ridiculously low price. Plus, I went next door and ate at the teriyaki place two doors down.

Rarely do I rate 5 stars . . . 1st know i went 22mi. out of my way to come here based on reviews of all other similar places in the surrounding areas that were open at 9:30am. I live in Marysville but have a job in Bellevue later. 2nd, note Im 100% honest, sometimes its not good.2 wonderful ladies assisted me, 1 in prepping for the pedicure & then giving me the best foot/leg massage Ive ever had(I swear), and the other in prepping for the manicure. Both were so gentle and kind. I stopped getting this done cuz most places r rough & rush through it, regardless of friendliness, I have very sensitive skin.Then, a gentleman stepped in & did the pedicure & manicure himself, who introduced himself as Jimmy. As many reviewers have mentioned, is great! Super friendly, also very gentle & kind. Even as Jimmy did my toes, the ladies rubbed my arms a lil. They werent busy at the time though. They did disappear when customers came in. LolI would absolutely recommend this place to others.I had shellac done on toes & feet in French tip fashion as seen in pic with light glitter coat over whole nail as recommended by the professional, as Jimmy put it, since I left it up to him to do what looked best. Lol. It was spendy, as expected, $75. exactly. But the treatment & service was totally worth it!Hope this review helps (although lengthy, sorry bout that)

I am so happy I decided to drop in this morning and met Jimmy! He did an amazing job on my nails, understood immediately how I preferred mine to look; I like them very short but pretty, and I left feeling confident with my look. I love my nails, the pale pink color I prefer, and it was the first time since I started getting my nails done IT DIDNT HURT!! Ive never had my nails done before where I either get my fingertip bruised, get friction burns on my natural nail beds or a finger tip nipped by clippers. They consistently OVERCHARGE for their services - even according to their pricing board and verbal confirmation of how much the service(s) you request will cost you. They basically charge you for the service AND their choice of a service-tip, and then they allow you to unknowingly tip them on top of that! AMAZINGLY DISHONEST, AND BAD BUSINESS! My family is strongly questioning our customer loyalty because of this; and I suggest you do the same, or at least be very wary of what they charge you before paying!!!My sister and I were looking for a good place to get our toes done in Factoria, and decided to give this place a shot. We were wowed on our first visit! The nail technicians are detailed in their work, and do NOT rush through your pedicure just to get to the next customer like some other places do. Very relaxing and friendly experience, with beautiful shellac toes to top it off! We brought our mom here for her birthday, and she loves it now too. Time is valuable - I understand a business never wants to turn a client away. However if a client calls in to see if there is time for a particular service, and voices when they will arrive for the service, and there is a mutual understanding of this... WHY have someone come in and then make them sit for an hour for the service they called for in advance to receive???Time is valuable - just be transparent, and let it be known it will be an hour or so to be seen... SIMPLE.

Came here for the first time today because my acrylics got completely messed up by another place in Kirkland a couple days ago. They fit me right in, reshaped and did new shellac. Tony took his time and did a great job. I personally loved the music and Jimmy was very inviting. I will be back!

I went here 3 weeks ago for shellac and it was an amazing manicure.Went today with an appointment, for a pedicure and shellac manicure. It was terrible, 40 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start we get help, in which the water was cold for a pedicure. I didn’t get a massage the manicure which would have been fine I guess if my pedicure was good. But it wasn’t, they dropped a cord on my toe after it was painted and they didn’t notice so I told them. The fix they did was put some water and repaint but now it looks funny. I don’t know why they didn’t just remove the polish on that toe to fix it.My friend asked for an ombré gold glitter and her nail technician got frustrated and told her someone else would do it. Then they charged her extra.After we pay they didn’t say thank you and were talking about us. I don’t recommend because the rudeness and not willing to fix their mistakes. They didn’t even say sorry for dropping a cord on my foot.

This place is a must if youre looking for nails or waxing in Factoria. I always walk out of there happy with whatever Ive had done. My nails always look fabulous, and they last forever.I dont get here much, but every time I do Jimmy instantly recognizes me and makes me feel at home when Im there. While waiting for the nails to dry they gave a brief shoulder massage. Once everything was done I was given a nice hand massage. Mani for $30 gave a $5 tip for good service.

Best pedicure ever! I have extremely ticklish feet and this was the first place Ive ever been in 10 years of getting pedicures that was able to do a full pedicure! They are all super friendly! Definitely making this my #1 go to spot!

Was in for a cheap and quick pedicure. Although the technician did a good job, I got my first ever toe infection from here!! I should have known as the towels used were tattered and dirty. The fumes are very strong so the front door was actually propped open during business hours. I dont think the bowl was cleaned in between service so of course = staff infection!!

Don’t go to this place, I don’t recommend. We had an appointment and came on time and waited for 25 minutes and still didn’t our turn. Looking at the people in front of us we would have had to wait for 30 more minutes.

I love Michelle!She does great work.I like it when a nail technician can pick up on body language.I talk all day at work and I really enjoy going to get my nails done and just zoning out and relaxing.She lets me just sit and relax.I like to get a fill with no color. Stop 4 Nails is hidden of the main road and I would have never found it if I didnt Google salons in the Factoria area. The owners are so kind and had a great personal touch. They knew almost all of the ladies that came for appointments. My daughter and I came in for a pedicure and they talked us into a manicure, too! This isnt the fanciest of salons, but they service & happiness that I experienced there will definitely make me a repeat customer.

Had my nails done over the weekend.a fill and polishthe guy that did them was so busy talking about his life experiences, what type of drugs hes done, how much he partied in Portland & his life style that he COMPLETELY screwed up my nails. Just a basic fill & polish and I could have done a better job my damn self!!!Do not go there if you want a good, quality job!!

I came from Nashville, and Im starting to believe we had it good out there, because after a year of trying every salon I can find, I just cant find a good one. This one had so much promise with the reviews, but its just as empty, dirty, and distracted as all the others. The towel at my station had blue nail clippings stuck to it, every container on the counter was covered in dust, and I have no way of knowing that the implements were sterile.The lady spoke too quiet to be heard, she asked me 3 times what color I wanted when I hadnt even been given a chance to choose, she didnt bother filing my nails, and she pulled the paint so far from my cuticles I already look like I need a fill. The owner sat soaking his feet and gossiping the whole time, which I guess is fine, but it didnt add much to the atmosphere. Im getting tired of the search for a good nail salon.. if you know what a good Nashville (or LA) nail salon is like, and youve found one anywhere between Seattle and Redmond or surrounding, wont you please share?
