I love this place. Jenny is really nice and always patient with me. I’ve been goin here for over two years. Today I wanted to try something different - neon acrylic powder (she has a bunch of different acrylic powders to pick from which is nice.) she was very patient with me making a decision on color and even stayed late to help me finish them. Truly appreciate her and always leave a nice tip since her prices are so reasonable.

Ive been here a handful of times and have always had good experiences. Ive bought a couple of groupings and gotten a shellac mani before.

This place deserves a 4 star but I gave them 5Because of their good prices.I went there with a Groupon & loved the simple mani-pedi combo.One person did hands,& other my feet.They put a tub liner . Nice & clean feeling.Massage chair was lovely to sit on while I was getting my paint dried.The place looked neat & clean overall.Only thing is that I was really thirsty, & they didnt offer me any water or coffee to drink even after I asked they said- no we dont have (i could see it right infront of me).The regular nail paint chipped off in 2 days, but the feet nail polish is still good after 9 days .I will go there again(with my own water ofcourse😜).

I had 45 min for a shellac mani/pedi after quarantine, as the very kind salon owner dropped everything to take care of me! Wonderful service & so thankful to have pretty nails again!! I didn’t have time for the included massage, so she gave me a coupon for next time! Great prices! I was expecting to pay a lot more!!

The first time I went to Tips and Stone, I had a Groupon. Service was excellent and Teresa was wonderful. Though it was just for a regular manicure, she spent enough time making sure my nails were done well! Price range is $$. Since then I have always been going to them, and would recommend them!

Not a fan. We stopped in on a whim because In Spa was booked for the entire labor day weekend. The massage and hot stones were amazing, but the actual pedicure itself left a lot of room for improvement. Two of my toes were polished with one stroke down the center, making them look a titch....creepy. Six toes had polish left around on the skin. Ive given myself better pedis (actually most times) than I received there. Two toes are already peeling after 4 days. A bummer, but again, the stones and massage were great.

Ive always really liked my nails after I leave these ladies. Theyre so sweet and do a really great job! I come here every two or three weeks and my nails look beautiful.

2nd time visiting, they did a wonderful job! I will be back again. They are often busy so patience is important but they will take their time with you as they do others.

The service was really bad. I bought Groupon coupon manicure and pedicure. They did not shape my nails well and it looked very unprofessional. They did not even clean my nails, I had to remind them. The pedicure was alright to some extent. But no proper scrub and massage. I would never come back again.

Used a Groupon for a pedicure for my mom and myself. We had an appointment, first apts on a Saturday morning. Shop didn’t open on time, we could still go inside and had to wait a little. Then, last minute, my little one wanted to join us to do a pedicure (her first ever), they were nice to her and accommodated us right away which I appreciated.The nail job on her was horrible. Half of it was gone by the time she came home. Mine and my moms were ok.Disgusting, dirty restroomsPoor customer experience as the lady negotiated her own tip with me 😳She also said not to use Groupon next time 🤨

Horrible customer service! Never experienced such bad manicure service before. They didn’t even wish once I entered the store and started shouting color, color!! Another customer told me she wants me to choose nail color kept on the wall which was very weird!! Jenny attended me and while cuticles cutting, I got little bleeding too. Scared of infection! She had no interest and just gave massage for namesake at the end. Never coming back to such place.

Very rube customer service. Did not use the service but very bad customer service. I had to cancel my appointment.

Wow! These people are very rude. I walked in and didnt have a appointment. My bad for that, Im used to walking in on Groupon salons. Anyway a small lady with reddish hair I think, came out the back abruptly and grabbed my arm and pulled me towards the nail station. Yelling pick a color!! I snatched away from her and said dont touch me. She then told me she had 2 other appointments and come back another time. Out of my 20 years of nail appointments this one was the most horrible. I wont press charges, but be careful of this crazy lady.

HORRIBLE I asked for square and Jenny I believe her name was gave me oval square I told them its not what I wanted she said she can fix them for $30 so if I would have gotten them fixed there it would have been $70 way to much . Never going back.
