I used to get my nails done here regularly in high school and college, but the quality of this place has severely gone down with the new management. All the nail techs who were great have left for other opportunities and most of the ones left are no good. I do not trust this place to give me a manicure as they always make me bleed by either over-filing or literally cutting my skin. They shape my nails oddly and some techs dont know how to apply gel polish correctly leaving streaks and light spots on the nail bed. Some techs are very unprofessional as they will talk badly about some customers while theyre working on them without realizing some of us can actually understand them. I will say that I do trust them with my pedicures, especially when Tammy is the one working on me. The whole massage and exfoliating session is great and Tammy is super nice.

I wanted a shellac and had old polish on. So she soaked off the old shellac and instead of scraping off the old polish and then filing down a little bit, she decided to use the electric file the whole time and thinned out my naturally strong nails and now theyre all breaking and all super flimsy on the sides and she didnt even get off all of the old polish. She also cut them way shorter than I wanted..not sure if she was understanding or not but I made it clear that I didnt want them cut short. I wont be back.

I always do my nails with Lisa, she is the most professional. Lisa does a great job on nail arts, just have your design ready and shell work her magic.

The pedicure chairs are in good shape and the message system is wonderful! I’ve been to other salons with torn up d worn out seats with message chair that doesn’t work. The gals are very sweet and do a great job every time I visit. I’ve been coming here for years and prefer this salon over many others in the area. I have dipped nails done which lady at least 3 weeks and they always look beautiful. I get a lot of compliments on my nails from friends and strangers. That says a lot! They have lots of colors to choose from as well! I will continue coming here. Indefinitely. They do a great job of protecting each other from COVID as well with plastic walls in steer. Stations and they take your temperature at each visit !!

Worst manicure ever. Nails were not smooth, uneven and with polish on my skin. Would never recommend.

The nail manicure was not worth the $55 dollar charge they charged and I doubt the nail lady understood she didn’t do my nails as I requested or even understood cause of it, never coming back there. Giving 2 stars cause the pedicure was worth it but not the pink & white, rip off for the quality of the work and to ignore how the customer actually wants the nail done is wrong. Kept it polite while in there but to ignore a customers wants or needs when their a paying customer or a New customer for that matter is bad customer service 👎🏼👎🏼

Hon and Rose and the rest of the staff always take good care of me. I have thin, brittle nails, and they care for the beauty and condition of them every time. Highly recommend!!

I have been coming here for over a year and love it! I’ve only had to wait once because it was after the snow storm and they were understaffed. Great service and my nails always last me at least a month, I get acrylic. Great price, highly recommend!

Great gel manicure! I went as a walk-in midday on a weekday and didnt have to wait to be helped. More importantly, my nail technician was super kind, friendly, and meticulous. Id definitely come back.

My nails always turn out pretty but I have to be very verbal to get what I want and there is a big language barrier, which makes no sense as you have to speak English in order to be licensed. I always have to get someone to translate what I say to whoevers doing the pedicures. They charge at least double what other salons charge, which I gladly pay because theyre consistently good, but Im usually annoyed while Im there because of the above. I like when they do the fill and the pedicure at the same time, because the lady doing my nails can translate & Im out of there faster.

This is my regular place. They are pretty inexpensive and do a great job. I love the massage and hand treatments they do!

Price is reasonable and the technicians here d great work! Came in with 45 minutes to close hoping they had time for a shellac manicure and they took care of me right away. Highly recommended!

I have been coming here for over 2 years now. Incredibly friendly ladies who know what theyre doing. I am constantly getting compliments on both my pedicure and manicure.

Second time here and not as impressed as I was the first time. Things were rushed (we went in just after they had opened so it wasnt busy) and the lady who did my pedicure was rude and just not as warm and welcoming as my first experience there. Super disappointed asnibhad highly recommended this spa to friends.

My fourth time there and it will certainly be my last. My first few experience was lovely as both ladies who did my manicure and pedicure were pleasant ladies therefore, I felt relaxed. However, I believe last time I was there my pedicure was done by the owner and my manicure by other(I’m going by the pictures on google. Both ladies were not pleasant, rushed my pedi even customers that was there before me were still been worked on when she finished mine.

First time getting acrylics was very successful here, they were just really pricey. I got the basic acrylic shape but with color changing nail polish, so it cost me $49 total. Overall good experience, the workers are also pretty nice.

Lisa did my manicure and was a darling-she gave good service but the older grumpy lady who did my pedicure was not pleasant at all, she was rough, rude and apparently annoyed of having to work. 1st she failed to offer me the complementary drink, when I asked for it she pretended not to speak english and when I told her to ask her supervisor, she magically understood. Then, she kept banging my foot on the seat, she burnt my foot with the UV light machine and to add insult to injury, before I even got home the Gel Polish on my toe started lifting off....I tipped Lisa cash in hopes that the pedicure lady doesnt get an extra cent.Very disappointed with the pedicure! I dont recommend.

They were able to take me as a walk in which was nice since I decided to get my nails done after a meal nearby. However they rushed me in and out so quickly and the nails reflected it. It looked like my children had painted my nails. I asked if they had gold foil stripes, they painted gold stripes on. She asked if I liked it but then when I said not really the lady was upset I didnt like it. My nails looked horrible and have had better gel manicures and pedicures at many other locations. The chairs, flooring and equipment are old and ripped. They throw towels over the chairs to cover up the torn leather. Overall not a good experience.

Great ladies and Kevin is wonderful. My husband and I loved the pedicures we got. SO relaxing.

My favorite place for a mani/pedi! All of the ladies are great and LISTEN to what you want. It is always clean and they try very hard to get you in even if you do not have an appointment.

This place is great! The only issue i have is that they dont have enough parking :( But its worth the walk. They all do a great job and are all very sweet.

This is a terrible place to get your nails done. I didnt feel like driving to my regular nail shop so I went in for the first time to get a pedicure and the experiencewas rushed and she skipped a few steps. Dont waste your money go somewhere else like Medina nails in bellevue.

I dont like to leave bad reviews, but I called the salon multiple times about this and didnt get a resolution.Worst manicure and wax experience ever.Got a dip powder manicure that started chipping that night. By the end of the third day every nail on my right hand was ruined. The left hand went next. I had to get an entirely new manicure somewhere else four days later.She used the LED light after each layer. I asked her if she was supposed to be using the light andnshe said yes. The light is what made it all chip off.Also, I asked for a bikini wax and to leave the front and before I could say anything there was wax all over the front. So I ended up with a brazillion which I absolutely didnt want.I called and texted and spoke with someone who promised me a tiny fraction of a refund and its now been almost a month and I still havent been refunded.I know its hard to run a small business and thats why I usually only leave reviews when I have something positive to say. But I tried reaching out directly and they havent refunded me.

They deserve a negative million star. They were THE ABSOLUTE Worst. Their experience was GOD AWFUL. Yeah, I get that you dont speak English. However, it was my moms wedding, and we needed our nails done. It could have been a more pleasurable experience. However, they just ruined it by speaking rude in their language and making no conversation. They should have been more kind. They were kind to the girls across from us. I would not recommend this place to anyone if youre looking for somewhere to enjoy with your girlfriends. Customer service was the worst. Isnt a nail salon supposed to be relaxing? Dont ever go here guys. Theyre just plain mean. I also hated the rude looks they gave right when we walked in. Im just so displeased at the moment. Their nasty glares really just deserved to be slapped right off of their faces.

Ive been going to this place for a long time. I do not have gel or shellac manicures...just basic, but theyre good and reasonable on their prices.

I wish I could leave negative 5 stars. I went tothe envy nail shop for gel pedicure and menicure today. The gel pedicure was done by a woman name by TRISHA, worn glasses and bobbed hair. She painted gel color on my toe nails, she told me to tip my toes down after placing my toes in the curing machine which made my big toe and the toe next to it touch together. my toes and toenails were smuged of gel menicure because she didnt isolate my toes properly. That was totally fine but the thing was she threw tantrum toward me. She complained that I didnt tip down my toes enough with raised voice and frawn face. I have gel pedicures And menicures several times and this was first time to see this happening. I told her I tipped my toes down in the curing machine and that caused gel smudges because she didnt isolate toes properly. However, she turned her face to the other side and ignored me. Also the pedicure was horrible too. these dont look clean at all !! However I gave 20+% of tips because menicure was done by cathy and amy helped for doing pedicure. if you are expecting good service of great job it is NOT the place. Also there was a women who said she got infection after she got her pedicure done last week. She said she had to see the doctor for infection.

Ive been there twice now and thinking about going again soon to get a pedi/mani. Ive gotten the shallack nailes and they look wonderful. The place is super clean, and they use prepackaged tools, which means they have been sterilized.

Unfriendly to customers and overall service is not as good as it used to be. I’m not going back anymore.
