Good customer service

I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience here was terrible. been here a few times and it’s never been great, but this was by far the worst. got a full acrylic set done and two of my nails broke off the next day, i came in the day after asking for them to be redone and was accused of not telling the truth about my nails breaking? said very aggressively it was my fault and not theirs. and i can’t just break my nails and expect them to be fixed for free. i offered to pay but he then started to move his traveling lecture on to morals and money. he was extremely rude. his whole attitude was extremely rude, aggressive, and condescending.i’m now about a week into these nails & thank god they are lousy enough that they are about to come off so i can go and get them done somewhere else. not coming back.

This was a a ridiculously terrible experience for me. I asked for Shellac French Tips on my real nails. The owner wasnt listening and chopped off my real nails. I said something but it was too late so I let it slide. The day after I had them done multiple nails turned a nasty, moldy yellow. I went back to the same gentleman and as soon as he realized I had a complaint was extremely rude to me. I calmy showed him my nails and he wouldnt even acknowledge that there was anything wrong with them, but then said that yellow nails are normal. He was very belligerent, rude, started raising his voice, and refused to even just remove the Polish. I had to ask him to calm down because he was getting very worked up. It was a huge waste of time and money. Very disappointed in the lack of care about customer satisfaction and even more so with the unprofessional attitude. I highly discourage anyone from going here.

Been going there a while. Every time I take in a picture I found on pinterest and every time they get it right.

Went in with a friend, she recommended this place. Pedicure was good, I had to ask for the water to be warmer. No options for different types of pedicures ( hot towel, stones, massages) one generic price list on the wall. The picture on google is not accurate. They do not have much for choice of polish. Now the kicker, I went in for a fill and pedicure. When it came time for the fill, she files and soaks like a manicure, mind you I over hear her tell a previous customer that she has 14 years experience. She tells me go wash, by now I’m like huh? You should have taken the old nails off by now? I go wash...come back, she acts as if she about to go ahead with polish...that’s when the lid came off! Nope hold up! I asked for a fill not a manicure? I asked if she couldn’t tell the thin layer of artificial nail wasn’t my own?! Nope...seemingly clueless. I asked for color gel. Not dip. Not shellac, color gel! All in all, I will not return and if you like it, more power to you, but...I will not be back.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. Didn’t even get the colors that I asked for and was super rushed. No communication at all and she kept smacking my hand when it was time to switch my hands from the dryer. Also while we were in here she kept yelling at other customers that walked in that they were too busy and they had to come back another day. Don’t recommend this place to anybody.

Waited 35 minutes from appointment time for a 15 minute pedicure. Toes look good, but would never go back. Place is a dive... It is not a spa.

DONT COME HERE! Owners are super rude, they get extremely upset when you recommend or request as they are working. The owners kept smacking our hands as they worked with us! They charge extra for even the tiniest adjustments, the messed up my partners nails really bad! Don’t even waist your money!

A friend & I went here since our regular spot was under construction, and I will NEVER go back! It took them an hour to start on my nails after having an appointment. The lady offered a free design for my wait which she didnt give me because she forgot.

Horrible experience overall. The nail tech filed my nails so hard, he started to get my skin and when I yanked my hand away because what he was doing hurt he ignored it. He also specifically told me to let my nails run through the uv light for my gel color. Towards the end, I guess he got impatient and as I was letting the second round finish (he had finish painting the other hand) he copped an attitude with me because I said I was waiting for the other hand to finish. I also showed told him that I didnt want the polish that had glitter in it. Guess what he does? Uses the polish with glitter. This polish doesnt have much, which is why I didnt notice at first but when I got in better lighting I noticed it. Not to mention, my fingers are sore from his filing. My nails look really thick and unnatural because he liked top coat after top coat into my nails at the end. I work in customer service and have for 10 years, this is not the way to treat your customers. Not to mention, I ALWAYS tip. Today, I paid what was due and that was it. I was very disappointed.

Best place and price in the area for a pedicure! The couple times Ive gone somewhere else I always wished I would have just went to spa nails!

I walked in once, and didnt like their attitude. They were rude, loud and some what very snotty. I turned around and told the guy that I will NEVER come back! I can get my nails done some where else, where my business will be greatly appreciated!

Prices are great and they do a awesome job! I dont go anywhere else!

I did not like the way my nails came out a lady did them and she was very rough and rude about almost everything and when I told her that she had made one of my nails crooked she just ignored me I would not recommend coming here and letting any lady do your nails but the guy was really nice

I have been going to this place for a few years. my last experience was horrible, the lady that did my pedicure was in a hurry so she could eat her lunch. she was rude and would not listen or talk to me, when I explained I have a in grown toe nail and it was never fixed. I will never go back there again.
