Alliance Escrow does what is convenient for themselves and does not follow through with service that they promise the Buyer. They have not given wire instructions to us yet and we are half way through the transaction. They told me today that they would answer our questions after they end their work day and now they are telling us they will answer our questions another day. Our purchase transaction is clearly is NOT important to them. How can we trust Alliance Escrow to close our home purchase?

We were referred to Alliance Escrow by our real estate agent to handle the closing on a new home. We were clear to the agent that we wanted the deed in joint tenancy, but at the closing, when I questioned the way it was written, the agent said, We dont do that in Washington. Thats just California. It was the last day to lock in our mortgage rate, so we went ahead. Now we have to incur expensive lawyers fees to correct the negligence of this organization.
