Lisa is helpful. I live in east Redmond and have a pending house in Sammamish. Somehow they insisted first that I need to go to west Seattle office at first (2 hours+ drive). If I use their Bellevue office, they will charge me like 90 dollars. Lisa in Bellevue office helped me to waive the charge finally.

Very hard to deal with. Did my refinance and they couldn’t get anything right. Racked up a bunch of extra fees because they couldn’t close it. We’re supposed to send a wire as part of my re finance and the other company says they haven’t received it! No receipt given and Brandy the manager won’t call back or give confirmation proof of the funds being sent. Very shady company!!!

Ticor Title does it all for me. They send me everything I ask from them, when I need, are always friendly and prompt. Not only for Title but also for Escrow closings and they do a great job of meeting all the deadlines and following all the Sales instructions. They are true professionals, I never use anyone else for my sales and closings.

I have never in my life left a negative review but this time its different. I purchased an house with a lot of items to be cleared out and decided to use a holdback money clause in which Ticor Title would release the holdback money after I confirmed everything was cleared out.After closing I was disapointed to hear that my escrow officer had accidently released the whole holdback money - she did not even contact me or give me an apology... I became aware of this situation via my realtor.I contacted my escrow officer and she said she is working on getting my holdback money back. I waited a month and no update and nothing- so I tried sending an email but no response at all.I was fed up and sent an email that I would have to file a claim if there was no response and then she almost immediately responded that she is working on it.Another month passes by and I still have no response. I have waited enough and I am going to file a claim with them.I have never seen such an unprofessional, unresponsive title company...Pls beware and do not go through what I had to go through!

Ticor Title & Escrow did a marvelous job for my clients recent condo purchase. It all went smoothly, the staff was responsive, they accommodated the Seller & Buyer needs appropriately. Well played.....

In one word, Sloppy. Avoid the company.- We had to make repeated calls to figure out if the lending documents had been received- They didnt send our HOA a notice about our purchase, which caused our HOA president to stop by and investigate during our move-in- They sent a check for over payment, with no explanation whatsoever- Our names and address were incorrect in the preliminary title. This sort of sloppiness is unacceptable- Their closing agents are never available to pick up the callI will certainly not sell my home with Ticor.

I have 4 transactions with them in 2015 the escrow team always on top of things. My e-mails were always reply in less than 15 minutes.
