Ive been in lending and real estate for over 25 years and have bought and sold many properties over the years through several different escrow companies, I can sincerely say that my personal experience with In-House Escrow 2 weeks ago was on a whole new level.The average Purchase transaction has 15-20 people working on different parts of the transaction and Escrow has to work with MOST of them. In-house escrow is a great firm to go to for getting escrow services. We are first time buyers and without any agents on both seller and buyer side. However, with these folks being in the process, it became way smoother for us. These guys were prompt with replies and made sure that all our questions were answered. Theyre super reachable and available at almost all hours (even weekends).They made sure that they followed up with our lenders to get the right closing amount, ensuring transparency and coordination at its best.We would recommend In-house escrow if you want to get a hassle free escrow. As the seller of the property it was peace of mind, when our agent explained that he used In-House Escrow and their warranty. It has been so long since I sold a house that it I didnt realize you could warranty a home while it was being sold and it continued after the sale. This was included in his standard commission and I didnt have to pay extra. The signing process was fast and efficient.

This Escrow team did a great job and really came through for me. My clients and I had a great experience with In House Escrow on our recent closing Of course they loved the benefit of the free home warranty but they also felt like the communication with the closing team was seamless. One of the sellers had already relocated to Texas and In House was able to coordinate a free long distance signing so we could close on time. The icing on the cake was the document binder/flash drive that was given to both buyer and seller at the culmination of the closing. Can’t see any reason not to use In House as often as possible.

Always very nice on the phone, but they were hard to get a hold of sometimes. They were not accurate on the mortgage payoff and overpaid the company and were not quick with communicating with water company after closing.

They have no clue what they doing. Takes 20 calls for them to answer the phone and when they do it’s a receptionist that has no clue what’s going on. Today is closing day I still don’t have wire instructions or exact amount I need to transfer. Asked them for this info few times over past couple days but still waiting.
