They seem cool not really the place for me to say the least

They take forever to get back to you on basic questions. Doesnt happen all the time, but if you dont hear a response right away, then you need to keep contacting them until they do. Otherwise, you might never get a response.

These Recruiters called me, told me one rate, then after I passed the interviews with the client and got the job, tried to force me to accept a lower rate. The end client then told me the rate has not changed, and is still the higher rate I was originally told. When I wouldnt agree to the lower rate, citing our states laws on recruiter agents and misrepresentation (bait and switch), Insight Global refused to allow me to take the job despite the hiring manager wanting to hire me, adding issues were none previously existed and making the on-boarding process so terrible that ultimately the end client that wanted to hire me had to not do so because I was told they were sick of these recruiters bs.

I signed up with the Bellevue with a rep named Hannah Johnson and I swear she doesnt know how to answer a full question! I would ask two questions and she would only respond to one of them. Cant speak on any other reps but if possible, I would try to avoid going through this agency. I reported to her that I made a mistake on a time card and gave her the week/dates... somehow she got the dates mixed up and rejected the wrong week and I had to resubmit it! Then after correcting her the right dates, she basically doesnt get back to me whether it was fixed or not... i had to reach out because idk whats going on! All I know is that I better get my full paycheck this Friday!

The initial position these guys contacted me about wound up not working out, but they went out of their way to get me in front of the right people in the company and found me a great position! They helped every step of the way, all the way through the interview process, and I got a great offer. These guys are communicative, efficient, and great people do deal with. They even met with me at the interview before I went in!

They are quick to respond when you apply through them, but when it comes to actually finding a job for you, they lead you on with false hope & empty promises. I have been contacted about 7 potential job opportunities that would be a great fit for me in the past 3 months but when it actually comes down to meeting my potential employer, it never happens.Im very disappointed with how things are handled & not going to waste my time anymore. Time is valuable & cant be reacquired.

Great company to work through. Ive been working through Insight Global with Bennett Bontemps for about a year at a local major Software company. Bennett and his team have been very on top of the whole process and have been easy to work with. While I was in the market they were prompt with bringing me roles to interview for that matched my skills and were great about helping me position myself appropriately with the interviewers.

This company is joke. what kind of company keeps the bonus to an employee to themselves?

I was hired by Insight Global in Seattle to help with a project back in March. My recruiter was always available to answer any questions I may have had and we have stayed in contact through the duration of the project. Both of my project managers are awesome! Ive learned plenty from both of them and they are always there to help!

Molly Ness made my experience at Insight Global Bellevue beyond exceptional, and she was a delight to work with! She was very communicative throughout my whole job search process and provided me with a handful of roles to choose from. She got me interviews with two large enterprise tech companies, and was able to hear day-of feedback! This company.. is something else. I was supposed to get two pay checks for last week and the week before on Friday yesterday, and I only got one. Let alone my rent is due. Also the fact that my recruiter didn’t set up my account right so I can see my pay stubs. I’m very clear on what I need and the recruiter doesn’t follow through on her end. She also told my friend that he was hired as well, went through all the same things I had to do and at the end of it there was no job for him. But he applied to the company directly that we are temping for and he got hired.

Horrible company.Offered me a position in a different state, promised to pay for the amenities. A few weeks later, the contract was cancelled.They offered me another job, and only had me on a week and told me that I was not the right fit, even though we were training that week.Have yet to pay me for the second job. Horrible company. Stay away from Amy and Zoe!!!!

Insight Global has done a superb job of fitting my skillset in a superbly planned method even I dont understand, Ive now had two separate openings that worked perfectly for myself and the companies I worked for. Ive worked for this company on a Microsoft contract in the past - several members of my team were also from Insight Global. They are a normal Microsoft Recruiter. I found them professional. I always got paid on time. They have a nice office in Bellevue that I have been to and their staff was always professional. Im making this review because I see by the other reviews that you would not know from them that Insight Global is a standard recruiter for Microsoft and has placed many people there - including me in the past. Other recruiters that are good - Volt(Ive had a few contracts through them), Inspur - I just had a 2 and a half year managed service contract through them and always got paid on time, China Soft(I havent worked or them but know people who have and I know they are a standard Microsoft contractor since Ive been on the campus as a contractor for 5 years now and work with their contractors.) Always make sure you go W2. If the firm isnt on W2, run. Never give info out unless you are filling out the hiring paper work. Nobody should ask for your social security number or personal info before you are in person, in the office filling out the hiring paper work. That said, I can vouch for Insight Global as being real and standard at Microosoft.

I was given an email by William Gonzales stating there are job openings at Microsoft for Audio Designers. He asked me to send an updated resume, phone number, etc. I did exactly what was requested, no response, so I sent a followup email. Still no response, so I called the office and was told Oh, he is in a meeting, and will call in 5 minutes (Yeah okay haha!) No phone call, so I call back 2 hours later and a female answered the phone, and she stated Oh, he stepped out of his office (Yeah, okay haha!) I am 44 years old, and wasnt born yesterday. Still, no phone call. This is a blatant sign of bias for some reason, and a cowardly way to avoid someone when he initiated the whole thing. Stop playing games with peoples lives, many of us need jobs really bad.

I was contacted by a representative of Insight Globals Bellevue office via LinkedIn. Her name was Kimberly Brooke and she was nothing but professional, polite, and timely through the entire process of offering me a job with the company Tideworks in West Seattle.Not only did I almost immediately get an interview, but the hiring manager scheduled a special call just to tell me about the job. In scheduling even that, Kimberly was fast, communicative, open and transparent through the entire process. She connected me with one of the Insight Global account managers, Hailee Lund, who built even more of a case for their kindness, commitment, and dedication to making sure I was apprised of everything that was going on during the hiring process.As it turned out, I was told over and over by Tideworks that I was overqualified for the position and given quite a few reasons as to why the job would possibly bore me. I was coming from a premier tech company, working in Incident Management engineering, and they seemed frightened that they wouldnt be able to match the environment I was used to.Regardless, I went forward with the final interview and there was Hailee, 30 minutes early and buying me a cup of coffee on-site just to be sure I could find the right building. She was not only going out of her way to do so, she was as easy to get along with as an old friend. We didnt chat about business, we just had a fine relaxing morning talking about hiking and what our lives were like, before she walked me over and delivered me right to the door. Even the Tideworks manager was surprised.I cant speak for Insight Global universally, but the Bellevue office is a brilliant team of wonderful people who are good at what they do, and who seem committed to doing it. It was one of the most transparent and time-efficient processes Ive gone through. I would heavily recommend them if youre looking for a career shift, and Kimberly and Hailee especially.

Knowledgeable and very accommodating. My Representative and Account manager worked very hard with the client to place me at a position that I am very happy at.

Aggressive sales reps call on personal lines and claim to be working with your company already. Easy to catch onto the scam, but annoying to have my time wasted by shady sales tactics... I received an apology later via LinkedIn, but InMail would have been to more proper way to contact me in the first place.

Recently, I was contacted by a recruiter for a Microsoft client. I went through all of the formalities to fill the application to work as a contractor then I was no longer considered because the recruiter was too meticulous about bullet points not listed on my resume. I will not advise getting your hopes up if someone from there contacts you about an opportunity.

My husband recently got a job through them and it has been a horrible experience. The recruiter Alexandra is unqualified and needs more training. I want to speak with her manager.
