This was my first time. I got referral from a friend and I must say I am not disappointed at all. I opted for mini car detail and the service is flawless. My car looks brand new. Every corner of dashboard steering and nearby areas are so clean. The exterior is cleaned so well as well. I rates are reasonable. The staff is very friendly. I would continue going to this place now and recommend to everyone.

If you never detail your car then you really need to take it here, you will be impressed. But if you have always done it yourself and think its time to let someone else do it, youll be disappointed. No one ever does it as well as we can ourselves, thats a given. But it was like they didnt walk around and look it over. There were quite a few spots they didnt finish but worst was the most important part of the car - the hood. Mine had a black mark about six inches long across the top, that I was able to remove with some work, fortunately. But it just didnt shine like a hood should. Overall, from a distance it looked great and would please most especially those who never had it done before... Ill keep doing my cars myself until I literally cant.

Car interior was in desperate need of detail work. I am very impressed with what was accomplished and at a reasonable price. Would recommend and use again.

Fantastic work. I brought in a company service van that hadnt been cleaned in who knows how long. I told them I didnt need it beautiful, I just needed it to not be gross anymore. I had no idea the interior could look as good as it does now! Exterior wasnt as bad as the interior, but it looks better than I thought possible too. Great service at the front desk even. Ill be bringing more company vehicles and my personal vehicle here.

I found Karmichael Auto Salon on Google and I love it! Theres a $10 off check in offer that I used on my very first car wash. I got my MINI cleaned inside and out for $30! Even if there wasnt the check in offer I would have still chosen this place. Friendly people, efficient, and beautiful work on the cars. My car has never been cleaner! I decided to try this place out from a Groupon, and was almost impressed by the level of care put into cleaning my cars. To be fair, one of my cars probably hadnt been cleaned except car washes since its purchase in 1999. Still, at the normal price, Id expect all the edges and corners to be inspected. Id still probably go there again if there is another Groupon.

These guys were amazeballs in making my car look brand new. As a home owner with homeowner equipment, I could spend four hours and not even come close to their standards. My door jams have never gleamed so good.
