I used these guys for two years on all my cars and i am always happy with the results. I usually drop my car off in the morning and pick it up after work. Recently I also noticed a car on their lot and decided to give it a test drive. Fell in love with the car and decided to buy it. After a week I came back to get it washed and they detailed it at no extra cost cost. I have referred many friends to them and everyone is always happy. Andrey is guy that understands you and is always going out of his way to help. I am always going to stay as their loyal customer!!! thank you guys.

Got a mini detail today, and my car looks the cleanest its ever been.Only downside was that it took 3 hours even though when I made the reservation the estimate was 2 hours.

Honestly, the job well done by those who detail the vehicles. But the owner and his wife have the worst bedside manners of all time. Or manners in general. I heard lots of yelling, seems that the employees get treated like trash. The owner is very rude, and extremely cocky to the point it was very unprofessional, and flirts with the women on clock constantly including me. And his wife, Marianna, whom I feel bad for, has a snotty attitude. I don’t blame her but at the same time, this is a business place, put your wife in check and keep it professional.

Brought my cat in for a mini detail. Car looked great overall, but I wish they did a little bit better at washing the car. There were still some bug splatters on my windshield from my road trip that the didnt get cleaned off. Not sure if it was worth the price.

I would highly recommend getting your car cleaning/protection needs done at J&A auto. The did a spectacular job on my car and got out so many of the swirls. Interior smells like it’s brand new. Super happy, don’t hesitate to book with them!

Excellent work done here. 4X4 truck inside, outside, top, bottom, wheel wells, leather interior spotless, headliner stains gone, waxed. Well worth the money. Will be back and will recommend to everyone. 10 out of 10

This is not a hand wash, like the sign says. They ended up using a pressure wash type wash and it took off my paint in multiple places, down to the metal. Now i have to use multiple vials of paint to touch up large areas so it doesnt rust. The paint came off down to the metal. In some places, its like they buffed it too hard and it look off long strips. DONT GO THERE. How do you not notice that how ever youre cleaning it, when the customer is out of sight, that youre taking off paint down to the metal.

This was my first time taking my car here and I will 1000% take it back there. Everyone was very professional and helpful. They more than out did themselves, I barely even recognized my car when I saw it. Thank you guys for the amazing job. If you dont already take your car here for detailing then youre missing out and you need to.

This is the second time I take my car to J&A. All staff members listen to my concerns and what I need to be done on the car from the time I walk in until the time I leave. They’re very welcoming, friendly and very professional. They get a great job done. I will continue and always go there when it comes to auto cleaning matters.

I took my parents car here to be detailed. They did a good job cleaning it inside and outside.

I went in to get my Indian motorcycle washed. The folks are very friendly and they have a lounge were you can hangout and watch TV if youd like. There is also sodas and coffee that are available for charge.I was charged 40$ for the wash and they definitely did good work on cleaning off all the dirt that had accumulated on the bike.Id recommend this place and also go again myself.

For a very good cleaning inside and out I always bring my cars here, hard to beat their prices. Friendly staff, you will be in and out in a reasonable amount of time, you will be pleased when you receive your car.
