The place is really hard to find, first of all. I arrived thirty minutes late to my booking slot. Before I had said anything, the person who approached me straight up started railing on me like do you know what time it is? do you know you are half an hour late? do you know most people would call to let us know theyre late? Like yes, I know Im late, I would have called if I had known I was going to spend 20 minutes looping the block entering and exiting carparks that all look the exact same trying to find the right one. But the thing is, I hadnt even said anything at this point. If he had just let me know calmly that I couldnt be serviced because of my own lateness I would have happily accepted my own mistake and left without another word or any further inconvenience to him. I just dont see why he felt the need to raise his voice at a customer who meant zero harm, as though I wanted to be late to ruin his work or something. I dont think I will come back here...he made me really miserable. I didnt mean to be late but I dont know if I deserved to be yelled at.

I am very unhappy with the quality of their work and service.. I told them I want them to help me remove the tree saps. Not only did they not do that but wanted to charge me extra. Why do I pay $345 dollars if they do what I can did to the exterior the staff argued and blamef me when I told him that I found the interior car still dirty.

Amazing job. My car had hardened old tree sap and had old dirt due to very less driving during the pandemic. I chose their extreme elite package with paint correction, and that got rid of the tree sap and removed the small scratches on the car. The car looks almost brand new. There are a few tree sap outlines if you see really closely but that is due to hardened old tree sap. Amazing job done

These guys know how to do it right! If you want that new car feeling, this is the place to go. I know Ill be back. Great Job!!

I ordered the super, Big Mac Elite package and he had asked if there were specific reasons I chose it, because if it was an over kill, then he recommend a less expensive package that would be just as good. To me, that’s outstanding. He explained what they were going to and how long it would take prior to me giving keys and he explained what they did when I came to pick it. Wonderful experience and service. Thank you Rodrigo and team. PS - if you have a dark colored car, be sure to check for swirls. I didn’t and ended up having to get it Re-polished to get rid of the swirls.

I booked an appointment and due to an emergency had to cancel it, planning to reschedule for later week. I called and mailed them to cancel it, prior 24 hours of appointment.Got a call from them later that I will be charged $75 for cancellation. FOR NOTHING. Their website says an appointment can be cancelled 24 hours prior. And they did not respond to my request in time. Such a unprofessional behavior and way to make money. Ridiculous business.

Please do not use this company for service of any kind. I dropped off my car for a interior detail and it came back with a dent in the tailgate. When I called to report the issue, the owner would not take any accountability nor would he even listen to my concerns. Too many other shops that provide the service to take the risk.

I got the lowest tier eco car wash and was remarkably happy with the result. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, going as far as to explain to benefits of various packages and products to me. Ill be coming back.

Hard to find, but worth it. They are several floors down in the Hyatt garage. The steam cleaning really cleans better. Reasonable prices.

We just went to the shop with a 9 month year old baby. Called them before we left the house to make sure they are open. When we got there, they said only service thats available right now is the one for $120. They said all other services are fully booked. It sounds like total BS. I have never been to any car wash that are fully booked and only service that is available is $120. Its a rip off!!!A very unpleasant conversation and the guy over there is rude and all they are thinking about is how to rip off their customers.Because we didnt get the service ended up paying the parking fee as well. :(Drove 20 mins to get there and it was total waste of time and the experience there completely ruined my day.

Perfect place to get your vehicle detailed. It took around 1.5 hrs for my small sized SUV to detail from inside and outside. The car was spotlessly clean and especially sufficient efforts were taken on the interiors.

I’ve been bringing my car to Eco Car Cafe for a few years now and they never fail to impress me with the work that they do on my car . I have 3 kids that make a huge mess, snacks galore all over the place and these guys do such a great job cleaning my car that there is no trace of a crumb in sight! My wife & I really love eco car cafe. We have had several of our cars detailed here and we are so impressed every time! Getting back into our spotless car just gets us all giddy and we immediately turn to our kids and tell them no more snacks & no more eating in the car! Well, life happens and just a week or 2 later I’m already thinking I need to schedule another detail 🤦‍♂️I totally need a new line item in our monthly budget 😂The guys here are very polite & professional. And now that they have a new location at the Alderwood Mall it’s so much more convenient for us being just 5 minutes away for us. Give them a try and you’ll see for yourself.

I was happy to find a convenient place to have my car detailed, inside and out, for a reasonable price. Knowing they are always set up at the mall near where I work, and I can reserve a date and time online, is especially nice.

They did a really good job, especially for the price and time. Their Eco Elite package is $40 less than comparable packages, and they got it done in around 5 hours. They are located in the 3rd floor of the parking garage of the mall, so you can walk around and shop while you are waiting. Everyone was super nice, and they offered to fix anything they missed within 2 days. Awesome value!

Ok car wash, they do not use warm water, only cold water. Only so much you can get off with cold water. Staff is awesome, thats the only reason i keep coming back.

Top notch services at very reasonable prices. I love their attention to details and friendly service. The cafe is conveniently located in the basement of Hyatt in downtown Bellevue. You can easily drop the car off, go to work or shop for a couple hours and your car will be super clean when you return. I will definitely be back again.

Totally worth the money. My 5 year old Toyota Corolla looked and smelled like an old car. I booked the extreme elite package online, but the staff looked told me that the elite package (which is $100 cheaper) would be good enough for me to make my car look and smell like new! Ozone treatment removed all the odors from the car. Seat stains were completely gone. The staff seemed very friendly and professional. Make sure you check in to Yelp to get a 5% discount

Picked up my SUV today and was shocked how it turned out...my 4 kids really did a number on my car as kids can. Earl and his team made my car look new again. His attention to detail (no pun intended) was unbelievable, they got milk stains from areas I didnt think were possible, their workmanship is impressive and their skill was a sight to see. Ive had a lot of experiences with detail shops in the past and was always underwhelmed...this was amazing! If you havent detailed your car here, you are missing out.

We had been spoiled by having standing appointment with a mobile retailed who came to our home every month for several years, so when the owner relocated out of state, we were anxious to find a comparable relationship.After doing considerable research, I made an appointment with Leakey Detail.My experience was very good - the owner was very personable and informative about the service level options. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of their detail service. The facility is very bright and clean, also conveniently located. I definitely plan to establish a continuous monthly service arrangement with Leakey Detail and would also recommend them.

Had a bad incident, where even after an email confirmation for appointment, they did not have my appointment in their system.I found it very hard as i had to cancel my appointments for the day and arrange for other commute options in the morning.

I just had my car washed today with exclusive package and was pretty pleased with the service and result. They did a great job of having very corner of my Mustang cleaned and perfectly waxed. I have taken my 2007 Prius here since 2010, granted once a year, I wish I could drum up business for them for 2 or 5 times a year but in truth their work last way longer. For me its a state of mind kind of thing, having my car be immaculate, amazing, shiny and clean makes me feel in control and powerful, yes its a Virgo thing and I am going with it.

Conveniently located in a parking garage at Northgate! I have two dogs and two kids who play muddy sports. The guys at Eco Car Cafe got everything done in half a day, and the results were amazing. Highly recommend.

Brought my car here after some paint work done next door at Domport. The results are amazing. My car has never looked this good. They undid the effects of being parked outside (for far too long). Ill be back for sure.

Several days ago I made an appointment at the Northgate location to get my upholstery cleaned so my car would be in great shape for an upcoming trip. I drove about an hour to get there only to be told upon arrival that they would not be able to service my car because one of their employees called in sick. I asked why I was not contacted earlier and informed of the change in schedule and I received no answer. Last time Ill ever darken their door with my presence.

I purchased an Eco Car Cafe gift card in Dec 2015 to give as a Christmas gift to my dad. I purchased a Sedan Eco Elite Detailing Package with tip. I was charged this amount on my credit card. In Sept 2016, we redeemed this gift card at the Bellevue, WA location. The manager on duty swiped my gift card and indicated that there was no tip on it. I took his word for it and left an additional tip. I came home and checked our credit card statement, and sure enough Eco Car Cafe charged me for both. The manager kept my gift card. I called him back and he said that he would return the additional tip. Never came.In addition, the vehicle was brought in with everything working, but when we left, the radio no longer worked. We brought the vehicle back to notify Eco Car Cafe about this problem. The manager and technician denied doing anything. We had to bring the car to our mechanic who repaired it for $200.It was a bad experience. Theyre scamming people on the tips because its not traceable. I ended up paying 40% tip.

*UPDATE*Owner contacted me; very kind and helpful. A full refund given. If youre looking for a refund from an online order, make sure to talk to the owner if there are any issues to assure everything goes smoothly.-------------Placed an order online with Paypal. Couldnt make the appointment and cancelled a week early. Didnt get a refund. Emailed them with no answer after days. Called them and they said they couldnt refund me because, in their words, you placed the order online yourself. What the hell?? Stay far away from this place if you have any doubt about your appointment or might require a refund. Escalating this issue with Paypal.

I love the Eco Car Cafe! I have had my car cleaned a few times by them, and theyve always done a great job. I forget which service I got, but it was one of the cheaper economy ones, and I more than got my moneys worth. I found them a while back when I was looking for a car cleaner/detailer who didnt use strong smelling cleaning products. I used the Eco Car Cafe at Northgate.

Best detailer in the NW with excellent service. Very happy with the quality of the work and I wouldnt take my cars anywhere else. Will be coming back for my spring clean.

Too expensive and my car is still dirty. Stains appeared once the seats dried. Very disappointed in the service.Edit: They had me come back in for a free touch up to remove the stains. They got them cleaned up but it still took two visits.

Eco Car Café is hands down one the best, reasonably priced, detailers I know. Their use of steam makes a real difference on how clean the cars come out. Seriously, everytime they are done detailing my 3 cars they all are in showroom condition. If you havent tried them out, do so. You wont be disappointed.

Unbelievable service. Ask for Rodrigo, he will absolutely crush it. I had someone break into my car and leave quite a lovely puddle of pee on my front passenger seat. I got in for an appointment shortly after and I genuinely can’t tell anything happened in the seat. No wet. No stain. No smell. Absolutely amazing work and now I can actually use my car again.
