Good place to know your getting what you pay for. They do a full walk around an check your vehicle an then let ya know whats wrong an wont mess with anything on your ride unless they have permission. Seriously recommend you go here. They are fast, cheap, and efficient.

These dudes are the real deal. Big Al and Jamie are the smartest guys when it comes to fixin up cars. Bar none! If youre looking to get some life back in your old clunker, then this is the place for you.

Keep in mind youre there for your car, not your comfort or self endulgence on an experience. Went in, had an appointment, sat and waited for my car to go in and it took them 20 minutes to find the wiring issue with my brake lights. This man knows what hes doing, I had my doubts after reading some of these reviews, but that should be a lesson in judging a business by its appearance. My brake lights work and Im very happy with the work done.

Ignore the negative comments about this particular Master Tune-Up. You get what you pay for!!! Yeah, the guy that posted the negative comment above most likely needed a new A/C compressor, but Al does quality work and wants to ensure that his customers vehicles are fixed properly. Im sure that Als quote included leak testing, inspection of all A/C lines, the new A/C compressor, and all new freon. Im guessing that where he was unsure was the fact that there could be another problem or leak and most likely he new that there was something else but didnt know what yet. If someone wanted to argue with me in my shop I wouldnt want their business either. I had big A/C Problems on a 2006 GMC Envoy SLT XL with every possible option including rear air, which makes things complicated (there are more A/C lines that run all the way to the back of the vehicle and more buttons and switches to control the climate in the rear). Several people scratched their heads over my A/C leak. Al diagnosed the problems and showed me what was necessary before doing the work. I am no ignorant dummy here. Al found that I needed caps for the system which Beardmore discarded during the A/C work that they had done under the GM Certified 2-year warranty (what a joke). I needed a new A/C compressor, and I also needed a whole new A/C line that goes all the way back to the rear and after that the whole system needed a recharge. Al said he could fix it but it would cost me too much if he did it because he would have to cut a section out of the line and do some fabrication. He then recommended Jones Automotive, where they specialize in this sort of thing and can get parts like this a bit easier. If you want to talk about expensive than take a look at Jones Automotive, but again, you get what you pay for!!! Anyhow, I had Al replace the A/C compressor before going to jones. I got the whole line replaced instead of cut and fabricated, which Al recommended. Neither Al, nor this Master Tune-up are a joke. Ignorant people are!!! My family and my wifes family take all of our vehicles to Al at Master Tune-Up for oil changes and everything. I do a lot of my own work using only top quality parts and Al is nice enough to point things out to me even though he knows I am going to fix it myself, meaning he only gets half of my business. Again, You get what you pay for and I have seen cheap Chinese parts that break in less than a year. Definitely not my style or Master Tune-Ups. I have also seen people get their system recharged with leaks being overlooked. These people have to get work done on their A/C system every year and wonder why. Dont be that guy. Go to Al at Master Tune-up. I could write a book about how this guy has helped me, but nobody has time for that. Just Go To Al!!!

OMG! I could not believe this guy! So, Im at the auto shop next door to here, I find out whats wrong with my AC, I get a bid and then decide to go to master tune up to get a quote from him and the guy did everything in his power to try to jerk me around. He wouldnt give me an accurate bid and he said he wouldnt fix the problem unless he did his own diagnostics first. Which would of cost me another 50 bucks just to have him tell me exactly what I already knew, I needed a new AC Compressor! Duh, already knew that, all I want to know is how much it would cost to fix it and he told me anywhere from 800 to 1400. Well which one is it? I just wanted my AC to work. So I went back next door to his original competition and they got the job done quick, with an accurate bid and NO GAMES! Dont use this guy! Hes a joke, plus he told me to my face Well, I dont really need the business Well perfect then, use that money that youre rolling in and retire. I guess if youre nickeling and dimeing all your customers, you only need a few dumb enough to pay it so you can afford to turn away the ones that wont put up with it!! Why cant a mechanic just be nice and want to help instead of thinking hes gods greatest gift to the earth and hes doing us a favor? News flash buddy, we pay your mortgage and youre not the only game in town! So get over yourself. Just sayin...
