I lived at Sparc for 3 years and had a great experience! The units are beautiful (building C has gas stove tops which are amazing), the gym is clean and spacious, and the fire pit/rooftop area is beautiful! The only downside was parking (very limited) and constriction around the Spring District which can be very loud/busy. But the location of Sparc is super close to parks, trails, grocery stores, and downtown. Overall, I loved my time at Sparc!

We have been living here about more than a year now. Moved from one apartment to other in same building this year. The appliances, house interiors are in good condition maintenance services. Management staff is great and always quick to respond to any concerns. Location is another benefit.

1. Even if you are a tenant here, you are not guaranteed a parking space. They reserved a lot of parking spots for the pre-school. If you park your car outside the building, you will get a TICKET of $44 every day! They are definitely aware of this issue, but they never did a thing to solve it! DO NOT move here unless you dont have a car!2. Packages cant be delivered in front of your doors. All packages are sent to the first floor of the apartment office. Only small packages are placed in the Amazon locker. All other packages are left on the ground and everyone can pick yours. Missing packages happens.

Mo & Tim, the Apartment Life Coordinators at Sparc, are amazing!! They always plan the best events for community get togethers. The events are always well executed and Mo & Tim are very engaging and great at connecting with people and encouraging others to connect as well.Mo & Tim always go above and beyond. They are always willing to help, whether its finding resources for apartment issues, personal struggles, dog sitting/puppy play dates :) or even just a friend. They arent pushy or in your face. They are just the right amount of friendly and engaging.I have been a resident at Sparc Apartments for almost 3 years and Mo & Tim are one of the main reasons I have continued to renew my lease! They are the best!!Apartment management is responsive and friendly. They go above and beyond to help when they can.Parking is awful for anyone not willing to pay for a spot or guests, but we live in the city, so...no surprise there. The community is quite and I generally always feel safe and secure. The apartments all have high quality finishes and amenities. My biggest issue/rant is our green space...We have a medium sized grassy area for dogs, which is great. Unfortunately, not everyone is good about picking up their dog poop. One evening when walking my pup in the dark, I stepped in a pile of poo that was on the sidewalk!! It wasnt even in the grass and they still left it!! All the dog poop is gross. There is no excuse, we all carry our phones, use your flashlight and pick up your dogs poo!!! There are even bags and garbage cans provided!! Theres also one little mini Pomeranian that loves to tear up the grass after going potty and for some reason the owner thinks this fine and does nothing to curtail the behavior, we we have lots of bare spots that get nice and muddy. :(Dog owners need to be more courteous and responsible, so that everyone (humans and dogs) can use the space without stepping in poop everyday!!

My husband and I have been at Sparc for over a year now. Theres a lot of construction going on but we still love it here at Sparc. We get to do awesome community events for everyone a few times a month. Through the events we have met really amazing neighbors which have turned into friendships. The staff is the best! Amy, Jake, Sam, and Mia in the office are always friendly when we come in. We also love the maintenance staff Bruce, David and Brian! The whole team is the best! We had issues with our garbage disposal and it was fixed the same day! It was so cool! We love the area we live in. Its close to Downtown Bellevue. We take many walks to the stores near by and the parks as well. We really have enjoyed making Sparc our home.

It is overall a great place to live. The best part is the community events that happen several times a month which are a great way to build relationships with your neighbors. Tim and Mo do a great job planning and running them! The apartments themselves are a bit overpriced for what you get though, with better deals available in nearby buildings. I did choose to stay here for another year because of the great community atmosphere!

We lived at Sparc for over 2 years. We loved the modern finishes, cool rooftop, and fun social events put on by Tim and Mo! No other apartment complex Ive lived in provided events, so that is definitely a huge differentiator at Sparc. The staff is also super friendly, and there is a large outdoor space for dogs.

Pricey, yes. Parking issues, yes. However, the change of staff really helped. Jake is awesome! The new property manager, Amy, actually looks out for the customers and makes things work. Sam and Mia are sweethearts. Bruce and his team are very knowledgeable and on point. I also like how there are always community events going on. If only the parking gets resolved with more spaces (take notes designers!)

I’ve lived here since December 2018 and love the community! The Avenue5 team is excellent. Bruce leads maintenance and is super friendly. Juli and Jake manage the property and Sam and Mia are excellent. There are great community events every month run by Tim and Mo at Apartment Life. They are super fun and are really creative with the events. If you’re looking for a place in Bellevue, I would definitely put Sparc on your list!

I got an email saying there is a parking violation since I parked my car after 7am in a shared spot. What do you suggest I do? I dont have a parking. And, I usually take my car out by 9 30 AM, as thats when I go to work.I really dont want my car to be towed again, as I paid 650$ previously. This is not a fair and happy experience for me so far with respect to parking. Hoping, you will provide me a solution here. Thanks !------------------------------------------------------------------------------This was one email which I sent long time back for which I never got a reply. Please dont take this apartment if you have two cars.. Above email sums up my pain. There are multiple towing labels pasted on my car for which I am not able to even remove it.

Worst move I have made.- Hot water was shut off for 3+ days straight during mothers day weekend.- Parking spots are so small, it is hard to park my compact car ($150/month).- Streets are super noisy at night, since its down the street from a luxury car rental.- Finally moved out and was charged $130 for standard cleaning fee, $60 for carpet cleaning (mandatory), and $300 to repaint the apartment. I feel dumb because I should have requested a walk-through or taken pictures, because we left the place in great condition. Why did I trust nothing would go wrong? So frustrated with Sparc; wish I never moved in.Edit: The property manager, Juli did reach out to me. She did what she could in her power to adjust my account. She has been consistent in reaching out when there is an issue.

Great new apartments and location near a bus stop. The leasing manager is so much better with Amy, Mia, Jake, Sam, they are awesome, as well as Bruce and the rest of the team sparc workers are pretty friendly, kind people always willing to help. Before they arrived there was another administration (they were friendly also but I think that now is better) they organized one event per month but since Monica and Tim are organizing we have 3 or 4 events per month, they have managed to make very creative activities, board games, painting, chocolate, wine tasting, pizza night, etc all the events helps to get to know your neighbors and have a great time. I feel really greatful that during this time they still care about the residents. Bonus theres a pet wash station.

New building with nice layouts but standard generic-developer finishes. Same noise issues from the units above you, a problem most buildings have. The real problem is the car break-ins. I was visiting a friend there & two cars were broken into next to my car on consecutive nights. My car was pried open too, but since I don’t leave anything in there, nothing was taken.

I had a fantastic year at Sparc! I love their modern features, paintings, furniture, and amenities. The staff work 7 days a week, you can always find them in the leasing office. They are super nice, warm and stunningly good-looking. My apartment was facing south, so the construction didnt impact me. I have high hopes for the whole spring district!

At best - unwelcoming, at worst - discriminatory.Initially I had a polite exchange with a leasing agent from Sparc Apartments over the past days. I showed up a few minutes early to our appointment and waited outside the leasing office. It was locked so I called the agents number and the office number multiple times, with no response. Even worse, not one of the (at least) three people inside, acknowledged my presence. This was despite knocking on the door and being in plain view of them. They even went so far as to turn their backs towards me after they noticed me. After about several minutes of this I left. This is both disappointing and unacceptable treatment. If these are the kind of people who live and work at this community, it is certainly not a place I want to live. I am not white, by the way. I guess they didnt realize that until I showed up in person.

I have not had the chance to view this place, but I want to post a review of the manager, Sidney Mitchell. Sidney has been a client of mine for many years and we worked together at various properties in Houston. As a vendor, he keeps me happy. He is easy to work with, fun to joke with, and just a great person. He was once my client but now I call him my friend. I hope that someday our paths cross again and we can do business. As a resident, put your trust in him. Hes that good.

Just finished a year lease renting a 2 bedroom apartment at Sparc.Cons:There is a large amount of construction around, but it wasnt overwhelming, also I feel like once its completed the apartment will be way nicer.Parking is tight and limited, it was our primary concern when guests were visiting. This is definitely the chokepoint for sparc as there isnt really a way to magically add 100 spots, and I feel like they could use 100 more spots for guests etc.Pros:Tim and Mo put on really cool and interesting events for residents. There were always new things posted to do in the elevators (cookouts, breakfast to go, salsa dance lessons, painting events, yard sales, pizza night, etc) and they work hard to provide the feeling of community. More of this would be welcome as they are what sets sparc apart from just another apartment.Bruce and the maintenance team do a great job fixing things quickly. I submitted 2 requests through the online portal and they were on-sight shortly after.Jake and the front desk people do an awesome job accommodating any reasonable request. The manager Julie also was great, but she left shortly before we did. I hadnt had the opportunity to meet the new manager, but I can vouch for the others. The office is open and available pretty much when needed, and the delivery lockers make it so you dont have to get home by a certain time to pick up packages.Overall Sparc is doing the best they can with what they have. More community stuff would be great as the events were the time sparc felt like an actual home rather than some place people live. Parking is a sticking point for sure, but otherwise its a nice place to live.

The layout of my apartment is OK. Not good, however not bad. Heres the frustrating part. We were lied to about; my parking space, direction of the place, my own key FOB. I had to go to Bruce myself after telling Property Management that my FOB was not working to get my FOB fixed. Yes there’s a lot of construction here so be ready for disturbance. As for parking, I was given a compact space for a full size vehicle so my vehicle was going to take up someone else’s space. After being told that the compact space was the only one left, we were given another space and later was notified that the future resident parking can be used. I did not know until my first inspection of the room that these rooms have NO AC. So why isn’t the rent cheaper? Also, and I have a lot of Asian friends so they’ll know what I mean when I say this, the direction of the apartment I was told faces North, when we used the compass, we saw that we are facing South. So ideally in my place, my head has to face the bathroom. So this is the customer version, I’ll submit another version to the Better Businesses Bereau.

Stayed / am staying here (just about to move out) and its like night and day compared to my old aoartapar in PDX. You feel safe, there isnt much issue with people leaving their dog droppings everywhere, super well kept, awesome and friendly staff and repair/ upkeep guys, the media room is Max comfy and the wifi lounge is also great. Also, so much space! Lots of amenities to use and you dont feel super cramped with the room layouts. Parking is a bit of a hassle if you dont have a paid space (which isnt bad, my d apartment charged $175 for a bad, unsafe parking spot and itd constantly be a fight for a open one because they only had 5 available)Honestly probably my best experience with an apartment complex, the downsides were nothing about the apartment, just the construction noise and sometimes the city garbage trucks will come at 12-1am (they dont really do that often anymore)All in all I would recommend this place to anyone looking :)
