Have been living here for 9 months now and I can safely say that my experience has been very bad so far. The appliances are very old and can stop functioning any given day. The maintenance service cannot get any worse. For instance, the freezer in my unit stopped working and even after raising a high priority service request it took weeks for maintenance guys to come and look. And as a resolution, they removed the ice making unit and suggested us to use ice trays instead. Another instance, when our dishwasher stopped worked. It took 1 week for the maintenance team to show up. And they were not able to diagnose the issue and left saying that replacement panel is needed and it will take atleast a wrek for it to come. So now we need to clean our dishes by hand. Biggest mistake to have rented an apartment in this society.

I like the spacious apartments at 12 central square. The added storage space is very useful. The location is awesome, not far from Bellevue downtown, with less noise & disturbance. The open spaces in the community is very good for kids to play & bond. The maintainece requests are honoured well & the management is good. Overall I like this society & its going to be my 3rd year of staying here.

Strike the balance between the urban life and the city atmosphere, at the edge of Bellevue downtown. Spacious apartment inside and for outdoor activities, kids enjoy quite a lot. Staying with them for last 3 years, nothing to complain about. Very peaceful and safe community. Love it.

The good thing is kids have playground to play.The bad thing is the people in lease office dont care about you, they dont listen to your voice.

I like this apartment complex. 12Central is my home for almost 6 years. I am very sad, because some people stole my bike, and stole our package.

Great staff. Beautiful apartment. If i had an issue, maintenance staff promptly fixed the problem. Loved the BBQ in the summer & the holiday party as well!

A great place to live! Affordable, very close to Bellevue downtown, yet quiet and peaceful. The complex is well maintained and clean. The support staff is always helpful.

Its OKay. But be careful about your deposit. Youll be most likely lose it and probably pay extra for the cleaning when you move out. My wife and I lived there for 10 months and we were pretty clean. Still, we lost our deposit and paid $150 extra for their move out cleaning service.

Beautiful community and the location is beyond amazing! Kudos to the leasing staff and maintenance crew, they really help seal the deal when it comes to apartment living.

We lived there for a little over 2 years. The apartment itself was OK, but there we had issues with flooding in the hallway, a few times the fire alarm went off for no reason, flooding in the garage, broken elevators, etc... annoying things here and there. However, the main reason why i am giving them a 1-star is because of their complete disregard and lack of respect with tenants. And because you cant rate zero.4,5 months after we moved out, one of those reckless money collection agencies called my wife and i in a very rude manner saying that we owed 12th central. We were never aware of that, we were never communicated anything. 12th central had our new address, phone numbers and emails, and still chose to just create a very uncomfortable situation.Even if the move out charge is right (it is hard to contest anything after 4,5 months, which is convenient to them), this is not how you treat a former tenant. They had our contacts and even if they indeed sent the communication, we never got it and it could have been solved quickly if they had any interest in that. It is just shady and disrespectful.In other words, while the place is OK, the possibility of them creating you a huge stress makes this place unreliable, untrustworthy and questionable, to say the least. It is not recommended at all.There are other better places out there. Or just buy a house like we did... you can end up paying the same amount for your mortgage, but for a much better home, your own home.

The most horrible designed apartment building Ive ever delivered to as far as accessibility. ZERO parking for moving trucks. Moving companies and delivery trucks 11ft or taller beware.
