Apartments are ok, newly remodeled are far better looking than old one’s, however; as a contractor providing services for this company, getting paid for work done is near impossible. Very poorly managed and lots of room for improvements.

God awful apartments. Their page stated it was a newly renovated apartment from the 60s with brand new furnishings; it was not. The apartment stank of curry for the entire seven month lease from the last residents, there was an ant infestation at one point, mold had been forming in several areas of the apartment, a plastered over hole in our bathroom ceiling had burst through while we were there leaving hideous gray sludge everywhere. We asked and emailed several times to have it fixed and we were ignored. The landlord was always very conveniently unavailable. The ocen was busted, the coin op washer and dryer were busted, the fridge handle was busted, half the kitchen drawers were busted. Their office hours on their door and on their messaging machine are very purposefully opposite of eachother. I tried turning my keys in several times during both their posted and voicemail hours to no effect, so I left my keys in the drop box with a note and an email. Ive emailed several times regarding the damage deposit and havent heard from them in months. I have picture evidence of all of this and will be sueing. Also I am almost certain whatre goes on on the top floor in the northwestr borders on illegal. I have picture evidence of all of this and will be filing a small claims lawsuit if they dont respond.

Nice apartments at a reasonable cost and very close to downtown Bellevue.
