I lived in Somerset Gardens with my family for 2 years, but we needed a larger apartment due to the family size, so we moved to another location. But I really like the location of Somersed Gardens and the accessibility of all the shops within walking distance. My family and I felt comfortable living in Somerset Gardens. This is a great place to stay and a very beautiful place with lots of greenery and flowers.I would like to mention the staff and the Somersed Gardens office, they are always ready to help in various situations related to accommodation. All our work requests were corrected as soon as possible. Alina and her team work as a single team, I have not had any difficulties with them. Despite the fact that this building is not new but it is maintained in good condition and repairs are made in time. The excellent indoor pool and sauna was a favorite place of my family. The sports ground also provides an advantage to this community. Excellent parking for cars and circular traffic.I recommend this apartment for your stay!👍

We’ve been living here for almost 9 years. The place is very nice, clean and safe. Great location!The management staff is very friendly, helpful and treating everyone fairly!If we will ever move from this property it will be only to a house.

I really like these apartments! Very nice and well-maintained yard. Its nice to sit on a bench near the waterfall, read a book or drink a cup of coffee. For children and not only there are football and basketball fields. Ample parking for cars. The neighbors are all quiet. No noise and no mess. Office staff and maintenance staff are always available. All issues are resolved quickly and with the best result. I recommend these apartments!

Great location for drivers and non-drivers. Nearby there is a bus stop. The place is very nice, clean and safe. The grounds of the complex are always well appointed, the common areas are clean and the courtyard is magnificent, especially in spring. The complex consists of two buildings and each building has its own laundry. There is a gym and a swimming pool (currently closed). There is a room for meetings and celebrations, which can be booked (currently closed to the public). The staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional. All the questions that I had were resolved very quickly.Many thanks to the staff for their quality work!

Very pleasant and efficient staff in the office. They help to resolve any issue. If I leave a request for repair, then the fix it within one day. Alena is a wonderful community manager. I’ve lived here for over 10 years and everything is much more organized since she’s managed the property. She made an impact on the property. I’ve always lived here very comfortable, and I’ve never had any issues.Alena also accommodated my family with providing us with a reserved parking lot closer to my unit for my daughter who is disabled.All the staff is very friendly, and everyone is always available to help whether it being a phone call or walking into the office.The maintenance repairs get done quickly and efficiently.Alena is professional and is always very helpful.I give this property 5 stars and recommend anyone to live here.Thank you Alena! It is wonderful place to raise kids, very ideal for transportation and shopping access. The garden is almost heaven, the management did a lot of work to improve the land scape. The manager is welcoming and friendly and the maintenance are very helpful, solve the problem promptly and hardworking. Great place to live peacefully!

I live here for over 7 years and love this community. The apartments are clean and well maintained. The office staff is professional and helpful every time I go in the office or call, and the maintenance stuff are quick to respond, friendly and professional. Overall I am very satisfied living here!

I just thought I would put my two cents in. I was informed that I am the longest resident here. Some people look down their noses at me because Ive been here for so long. Not married and no kids. The reason I stay here is because the people that run the place and my neighbors ARE my family. Alina, the manager, always keeps the complex up to date and always clean. I was in need some time back after a medical issue and I caught her leaving a bag of groceries at my front door. Love her. On the rare occasions the something needs fixing, they are quick with a response. Usually the same day if its not too late but they do not ignoreyouor leave you hanging. You also could not have a better, more central location. This is more than an apartment, it is home. If you choose to live here I hope you will enjoy it as much as I have. I believe you will.Adriel

Weve been living here for 7 years and were really happy because since Alina was working as manager the apartment changed 100% good! They have great workers and great maintenance. Somerset Gardens self protected. I never thought to live here until i saw the the change with Alina here! I love her discipline and thats why the apartments are really great! This place is super bad to live in, I give it ZERO, honestly since we moved there is a huge insecurity, today a car was stolen, less than a month ago the same thing had happened.It is one thing that they are not responsible for what is stolen and another that they do not take complaints seriously and let it pass as another.ZEROOOO

More than living in this great and beautiful community with amenities that are well kept, I like the interaction with really helpful and friendly management, especially Alina and other office staff. They show genuine care and are always helpful when communicating and addressing my issues. In addition, the maintenance staff are the hardest working and highly respectful people. I have lived in other communities all over Washington and find this to be one of the better and on top of that, the people managing it make the experience of living here even more pleasant. Thanks.

Ive had the experience to live in all 3 of the apartments offered; they are HUGE! Afforadable and lots of space! Office staff and maintenance crew are very helpful and kind, quick to assist you and answer and questions or concerns you might have. Very clean, safe environment. What I love best about Somerset Gardens is the park they have inside the complex. Its safe and we all watch out for our children. Its like a big family. :)
