I went in for a simple gel polish and came out with terrible nails. I felt extremely rushed and had polish all over my fingers. There are air bubbles and spots without polish. I will never go back again. The man seemed super rude and didnt even allow the timer to go off on my nails. I had an appointment at 5:00 and sat waiting till 5:19. I had paid and left by 5:35. He didnt even spend 15 minutes on my nails. I asked for water and they didnt even have water. He kept asking if I wanted a pedicure even though I repeatedly said no. I dont mind paying for my nails, Ive done it plenty of times before, but $20 for a bad paint job it isnt worth it. NEVER AGAIN

Update: they were so prompt at responding and I was able to go in the next day and they fixed them free of charge. I love the way it looks now. Definitely appreciate the professionalism.

Absolutely the best nail salon in town. They offer the best service and very welcome environment. My four year old had a blast! The place is wonderful, reasonable, and the staff is wonderful.

I have been here 3 times now and my nails and toes always look nice. I think the prices are good as well. Very friendly staff and very clean salon. My nails are beautiful and Yesssssss its my new personal Nail Salon.

Walking into this place is like walking into a luxury spa. I only let the woman who sits at #8 do my nails and she is phenomenal. She always gets exactly what I want.. I go elsewhere for pedicures.

Paid $60 for my full set/ombré and a week later they’re already popping off. The nail tech rushed putting them on and was more concerned about listening to her co workers conversations than actually doing her job. I was only in the chair for 15 minutes before she was “done.” Don’t bother coming here.

It was horrible I came with 2 other people first water was cold then they tried to trick me with what color u want when u look at your prices color package is 47 not including gel nail basic is 37 15 ertxa for gel ok that was a little higher but Im treating myself it didnt matter then it was time they work our feet like robots real fast quick as I set down he was finish never again.I didnt even get my nails done I already knew what was gone happen so I went back to my favorite spot Fairview heights Pronails

I came in at a busy time and didn’t get in for awhile, that’s totally okay definitely my fault for not making an appointment. i got matte black acrylics. the lady did them and they came out all bubbly and uneven. once i saw this i got upset because i had already waited so long to get in and now she insisted on redoing them. they looked pretty bad but i didn’t have time for her to redo them. i told her this and she continued to drill off the polish and restart. i pulled my hand back and again stated that i don’t have time for her to completely start over on my nails and she continued to ignore me again and again until one full hand of nails was completely drilled of polish. if i’m physically pulling my hand away from you and you continue to grab it and do what i kindly asked you not to do it feels incredibly disrespectful. she ended up redoing the hand she drilled and when i got home they chipped. will not be back

I’ve been coming here for a few years and they use to do excellent work. The customer service is a little decent but the quality of work has gotten horrible. I miss TT. I use dipping powder and it chips within a day or two after getting them done. I won’t be back any time soon. It doesn’t look like I’m the only person who has experienced this.

I came in today to get a full set with mood polish .. .. This was not a good experience .. I got in the chair fast but the service was horrible. First my nails where cut too short then the lady laid my acrylic way too thick .. The worst part of it all is whatever they are using as it dried it got extremely hot on my nail .. All she did was spray it with something in a spray bottle .. My nails hurt .. Overall the worst experience ever

Me and my sister went for pedicure manicure..but our experience with staff was unexpected….they were so rude..and finish pedicures in minute….all employees are Chinese/Japanese, they keep talking about me and my sister in their language.. that so disgusting..I told them to do my manicure too.. but she forgot to do that too.. I felt extremely rushed…I spend 179$ for me and my sister but I feel like that was wasted ….never ever give them business anymore ….👊🏻👊🏻

This was my first time coming here. They took me right back but I sat there for 15 mins waiting for someone to start on my fills, but he got up 5 times to help other people. He put the acrylic on, used the flat file to shape them, got up to start soaking someone else’s nails, sat down and started painting them without filing or buffing. I wish I could upload a photo!!! He rushed me out of seat to pay and asked if I liked, I told him that he never filed or buffed them and he argued with me that he did. I said they are fine because I just wanted to leave to go somewhere else to get them done right. He gave me a whole $2 off….this is the first and last time I will go!!!!!!

One of my favorite nail salons. We went here on a Sunday and even though it was busy we were able to get in and out in less than an hour. The woman who did my pedicure was very nice, told us immediately about the deal they were having on pedicures, and super thorough, and the owner is always kind and accommodating. Prefer this salon over all others in the area and I always recommend.

Absolutely horrible! I’ve been going to this establishment for two years and had the worst experience two weeks ago. The nail tech performing my pedicure was coaching another tech who didn’t understand what my wife was telling her, was not paying attention and cut the side of my foot with a tool. My foot was bleeding and she wanted me to put in back into the hot water. She finally got a bandaid and wanted me to put in hot wax. She apologized and charged full price. Absolutely horrible and do not recommend them to anyone!

Came in on 6/21 Nails were lumpy and one came off after 5 days, came in got them redone took an hour for them to even start and a hour to finish to be charged 75 and 4 nails came off and were lifting from the 25-6, then came in today and waited for another hour before someone fixed the issue to be charged 25. Nail tech on the phone, stopping to be on FaceTime . this is ridiculous and i will not be coming back to this location . Was told fixing my nails would be free but was charged 25$ which is 140 in 2-3 weeks and 3 sets of nails . Price was not discounted when i came in the second time instead i was charged 75. Had a atttitude both times when i brought it to you alls attention . And they are still horrible . NEVER coming back or referring anyone . How can you be charged for a mistake a business made especially after being told it would be of no cost ??

I have got to say...this is the FIRST nail salon Ive gone to where I walked out happy with NO complaints. They were very friendly and thorough. We didnt have to wait long at all. They got us started right away. I am very picky when it comes to getting a gel full set. Everywhere else Ive gone when I asked for them to make them short and thin they dont. They are still too long for me and to thick and bulky. But the lady that did my nails this evening did them PERFECT. I definitely recommend this place. I know I will be going back whenever Im in the area! I was out here for a visit with my Gramma and figured Id treat her to a spa session. She enjoyed it so much and so did I!

They made my nails bleed. I told the lady twice the color she was using is not what I picked. She said “I like this color.” I asked for a new color and she chose something I did not ask for again. The dip is splotchy and uneven, she did not shape or file my nails at all after I asked. I told her there were bubbles in the color and she stated “no it’s fine.” Dip all over my hands. Will not be returning.

This Nail shop is a normal stop for me but, this recent visit was very unpleasant. Myself and my sister had to wait 20 mind to be seated to her a pedicure and once seated and waited an hour and 20 mins with Luke warm to cold water.A Nail tech did drain the water to make hot water but my chair was not working correctly.I was asked to move to another chair but after waiting for 1 hour with wrinkled feet and cold water I refused to move. The young lady that came to do my pedicure asked me to move again I declined.I felt.like I was being rushed after waiting for an hour and the shopping is near closing time at 7 pm. The same young lady did my nails also and she claimed that the color I asked for they did not have but, they do onfavr have it because it is a recent color I have had before with the past 2 months.

I am so disappointed with this place. I used to go here all the time about 4 years ago when I lived in Belleville. I just started working in the area again and was excited to be able to go to my favorite nail place. NEVER AGAIN. There customer service was horrible. They yelled at you as soon as you walked in the door to ask what you wanted, sit you down with little acknowledgement. My fingers sat in acetone for over 20 mins, then she used the drill to the point my fingers started to hurt. I am sure when I take this dip off my nails will be so thin they will break instantly and I have VERY strong nails. The end result was less than satisfactory. I have dip all around my nail beds (looks like I did them myself) and there is gunk stuck to my fingers everywhere. It was not clean in there and I watched the lady pour the bowl of acetone back in the container. I will not be going back.

I was having such a bad day and decided to go to this nail salon. I’ve never been before. I was super impressed with their cleanliness and service. They took my temperature and asked me to use hand sanitizer before going to the station. I will definitely be going back. It was a great experience!

Worst nail salon experience ever. I went here today for my 30th birthday and ended up walking out half way. My friend and i were getting the mani pedi combo and after they finished the pedicure In 10min we said dont bother for the mani . payed full price and left. They were pushy and made my friend feel really uncomfortable. They ignored my 3 times intentionally. They did not do anything except paint my toes. They didnt file, scrub, rub, clean up the nails anything. They didnt even mess with any rough or dry spots. I was trying to blow it off and hope it got better but after the nail tech argued with me about how to pay then just walked away from me mid sentence I talked to the manager. There was a language barrier so he got another worker to come over so i could explain everything again. They said happy birthday and pretty much that is how it goes if they are busy and next time will be better. Waste of $50, embarressed because I have recommended them to countless people, as well as taken multiple friends there, and such a bummer on my 30th bday!!!! Do not waste your time all they care about is that money and getting by with doing as little as possible. What happened to providing quality and and at least minimum customer service?

I’ve been going to this nail salon for quite some time now, I would say for about 4 years.I used to love this nail salon, the staff used to be so nice and I was always pleased with my nails. Although lately when I come here the newer nail techs are rude and my nails never turn out how they normally would and it’s just not worth my money anymore🤷‍♀️ I’m very disappointed especially after the set I got today, my nails were all uneven at the top and some didn’t even match the shape I got, very disappointed.

I absolutely love the salon. Once I came in during the afternoon rush and they got me in within 15 minutes of my arrival. I got a no chip, a pedicure, and a wax. They did an absolutely amazing job on my nails. That are super friendly and have reasonably priced options. I also absolutely love their new decorations. They just recently remodeled the salon and I think the place looks better than ever! I have been going there for over a year now and theyve been great since the beginning. I recommend that everyone go there its absolutely amazing!

Literally do not go here. I came in to get gel redone and I was sat with my nails in nail polish remover for 45 minutes while being generally ignored. At the end of this process, I decided to not even pick out a color and just wanted to leave. My hands were dried out and scratched by this point. I asked how much, and he said $15. I said okay, $15 for the polish removal. He and the other associates started speaking, and then he turns and says $18. I said absolutely not. Somehow they have evaluated that the price went Up in the 3 seconds after we discussed the little to nothing they actually did. I gave them a $20 and left without Anyone stepping up and taking care of this issue. Completely unprofessional, disappointing, and not worth the time or money.Whoever is in management needs to figure out how to handle customer issues, because this should not be acceptable, period.

I gave them a try and I will NOT go back they did a rush job on my nails, my left hand nails are longer then my right hand; and I feel like I paid way to go much money for a piss poor job.

Yall these ladies really be hooking ya girl up with the service. Theyll always fix what needs fixing without grunting at you and theyll always give you their input on what they think would look best on you. Both sets of nails looked great, they had a large selection of polish colors, and all the staff were nice. Here they really put in effort and my feet felt so much better afterwards.

Was very crowded on a Wednesday evening.

My first visit was quite something. I am aware that each nail artist that works here has different strengths and experience when doing nails, however my biggest problem was the customer service. If this salon improve on their customer service I feel as if they would have a higher rating. Other than that the nail artist who did my nails did a fantastic job when it came to sculpting and shaping my nails, however painting my nails was below average.

I love this nail shop. The are professional, clean, and loving. Me & my daughters ALWAYS come here. They are VERY clean and they sterilize ALL instruments, nothing is reused. I recommend West Belleville Nail Spa to everyone.

I got a pedicure with my mom today and I have to say it’s one of the nicest nail salon experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were friendly and attentive. And I over all just had a great experience. My nail tech did a beautiful job, I definitely will be back !

Wonderful experience! Britney did an amazing job of fixing my nails from a bad experience at a different nail salon! My pedicure was perfect too! Great service, clean and calming atmosphere, and my acrylics look great. Money well spent! I will definitely be back to ask for Britney again!

I had a Pedi done here and when I got home I realized how awful it really was. My heels are dry and scratchy, my nails were not even trimmed they were only filed with a fingernail emery boartd. Some are square and the others were rounded. I paid for a Pedi and now have to do my own. This is just great aince I am going on vacation.... I will NEVER give this place another dime.

Its bright, clean, and well organized for pushing through a high volume of customers, no appointment necessary. As far as satisfaction with results... it depends on which chair you land in. I suppose frequent fliers can learn to request a favorite technician.

It is always a relaxing experience and my nails look great!!! They recently remodeled the salon. It has a relaxing and calming vibe.

I used to go here all the time years ago when they first opened and I stopped. Went again recently and remembered why I I stopped going. The nail tech was rude, made me feel as if I did something wrong because I expressed that I did not want to damage my natural nail. Her customer service was terrible. Will not be returning for good this time.

Came as a walk in and it was very busy. Got seated pretty quickly. They did a good job. I recommend the deluxe pedicure as you get the best of both worlds. Price was a little high but the service was good so I will definitely be back.

My sister, my niece and I went here today and I have to say they did a really good job! I don’t know the girls name that did my nails but I believe she was the manager of the place and she did amazing, know for the girl that did my pedicure she needed some help but she did an ok job! My nails on the other hand look absolutely amazing!! I would go back just for the manager to do my nails again because they look great!

My first time going to Nail Spa and the best thing about it is the prices---but you get what you pay for. I set up two appts, one gel manicure for me and one acrylic set for my high school aged sister for prom. Instead of letting me help her figure out what color she wanted, a stylist immediately came and got me to have me get started. I asked if I could help my sister and she just waved me back to a chair. The stylist rushed me to pick a color and when she didnt like what I picked, she kept trying to get me to get something I didnt want. She barely shaped my nails and the gel was peeling off almost every nail within a week. They spoke less English than Ive ever heard in a salon, so that made it even harder to help my sister when they sat her on the opposite end of the salon from me. My sister had two nails fall off within three days of getting them done. At one point the woman doing my nails stopped doing my nails and started playing on her phone and took a picture of me. It was very awkward. Ill keep paying more for better experiences elsewhere.

There are only 2 people that do a great job, otherwise theyre in a hurry and about 2 nails pop off in less than a week! I always ask for primer before nails too but it doesnt seem to matter what you request they never listen unless you get a Lil rude. Theyre cheapest around though!!

This place is over an hour from my home Ive been to well over a dozen different nail places not only is this place priced right but they actually paint your whole nail including the sides many places miss and its completely even. Ive already referred to several places and this is only the second nail place Ive ever referred. Also they got us right in near close without any unwelcome feeling and was fully staffed. Great customer service professional & smiles.

I tried to do the nail dip. They put half of my finger in the powder and it stained my fingers. This was my first time doing a dip. At the end I had polish all over my thumbs. I went back up to show them after an hour or so of reflecting on it. They clipped the skin that had polish on it as a solution and told me the stain would come off after washing my hands a few times. 2 days later and one of my nails chipped off. The whole thing only last for about 8 days total. I was very undatisfied with them. Also apparently most places do a gel coat over their dip but they do not.

This place doesnt take people in order and theyre just simply rude. My daughter went there for homecoming todsy against my suggestions. Even with an appointment they took other people before her. Whats the point to and making an appointment? This is exactly why i quit going here a year ago. People get their nails in their feet done to be pampered. Not to have eyes rolled at them.
