They did great work, but don’t bother making an appointment. Everyone is treated like a walk-in. Which is fine. Just plan for extra time. They did fantastic work

The Lady Nancy is rude and disrespectful! My daughter wanted her nails a certain way and she told her No.... That it would take too long(because they got busy) and shes money hungry! As if my money wasnt good enough. No worries I wont be back!

I asked her to give me stiletto nails she Didn’t even know what that was she gave me a hand manikin and I’ll pointed out the shake for her and she still didn’t get the shape right plus the paining on my nails are very sloppy I do not appreciate this and I will not go back and I won’t recommend it to anyone else

Absolutely love this place. The women are a lot more gentle when it comes to doing my nails. However love the atmosphere and quick service.

A friend recommending this salon to me and I’m so glad she did. I went in earlier today for the first time and have literally never left a nail salon this pleased. Nancy did an absolutely amazing job! I’m super picky about the shape and thickness of my nails and I didn’t even have to say anything except for what shape I wanted. Nancy was so thourough and gentle. Also super affordable. Will definitely be back!

Everyone at American Nail was extremely nice. they were courteous and very polite. I called on a Saturday and even though they were technically closed, they told me to come in since I was a new customer. My nails look absolutely gorgeous because the lady took her time and wanted to be proud of her work. I recommend this nail salon to all of my friends and to anyone looking for a great place to go.

Went to the shop and asked for a faded American nail....did not get that as she just did plain American. I also noticed the tips were put on crooked and one side of the nail is more rounded square while the other is more square. I tried to address the issue and no resolution was made. I will not be going back to his shop. I have had better done in the past and at least my tips and shaping will be done right on top of getting the final result that was asked for in the first place.

The guy Andrew Bailey is describing no longer works there. This nail salon is the best place Ive ever been to. If she wouldve told the workers what happened, they wouldve corrected it immediately.If any customer is ever unhappy in the least bit, the problem is resolved immediately. My mom and I have gone there for years. I would suggest going to Kelly, Angie, or Dee Dee there. They are amazing people who are trying to make a new life for themselves, and theyre having some problems getting better employees.

Im upset because i usually get french tip with sparkle but this time i asked for a simple french tip no sparkle, well needless to say i ended up with sparkle tips and paying for it and i got my eyebrows done as well, i was there for an hour and a half in total i understand i appreciate taking time on my nails but rushing through my eyebrows, then i go to pay and the machine isnt taking my card so i go to the ATM machine they have in there and it charged me 2 fees which the machine told about the $2.95 fee but not the other fee $2.50, im upset because i have had a few problems in the past and still have came back to this im upset about it :-(

The nail technician was rude and very rough with my hands. She cut my fingers several times with the drill. She kept telling me what I wanted and what I shouldnt get. She kept making comments in after I said something... I will not be going back....

Beware! They do not clean their nail tools nor the pedicure tubs. I have seen then do someone feet and when they were done they let the water out the tub, and a new customer walked in the door and they made new water and used same foot towel for new customer without cleaning the tub. That is gross. Unsanitary, and how germs spread. Same with nails you can get fungus or disease if someone nail bleed and they use same UNCLEAN TOOLS! I found a new place that disinfects and clean their equipment after each customer! Shame on you American nail. You guys are getting very sloppy and not clean. We pay so clean your tubs and equipment with bleach or disinfect spray. Ppl can spread germs. You guys could have gave me fungus. You should be sued. Im calling health department.

I went to this salon because my regular nail girl unexpectedly had her baby 8 weeks early. This place is close to my house and convenient so I thought I would give it a try. There was only 3 customers in the place and 4 technicians, yet I still had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to help me. I then sit down and the lady doing my nails decides her phone messages are more important, so she proceeds to read text messages, respond, and then actually takes a phone call while shes supposed to be doing my nails. She finally completes her phone conversation 15 minutes later. The other girl comes around to vacuum, and she literally stops working on my nails, moves out of the way so the girl can vacuum - then Im asked to move so she can vacuum where I was sitting. She finally gets back to doing my nails, then proceeds to ask me who does my nails usually - if its a vietnamese or oriental girl. I said I didnt know for sure - while wondering what that has to do with anything. She then tells me how I need all new acrylics. I tell her twice I want a design. She charges me before she does the painting, when I mention the design she says oh I forgot, that will be another $5. Her paint job was less than stellar. She missed the bottom of several nails with enough of a second coat, so I had areas that were lighter than the rest of the nail. Before she finished, another customer was very unhappy about her service, so she - again - stopped my work to go over and talk to that customer. I then had to go to someone else for the design. I will NEVER go back to this place. Even if the work had been the best work ever, the unprofessionalism and all the delays were enough to completely turn me off. It definitely made me appreciate my regular girl more than ever.

Horrible experience! Do NOT get your eyebrows done here. The lady waxed off half of my eyebrows and they were completely uneven.

Where to begin.... I went in to get my nails done because my usual place was extremely busy. A guy did my nails and was hitting on me the whole time, which I thought was a little unprofessional. The guy swiped my card and apparantly swiped it three times in a row. I didnt find out for a day or so (A nail broke the next day) and when I did my bank said they would gladly wave the fees because it clearly was the merchants (American Nails) fault. The bank called them and explained the situation and asked if thy would write a short letter explaining what happened and the bank would waive all fees to my account. They seemed to understand over the phone so th bank sent me over there with all the proof I would need to show them what happened. My husband takes time off work to go over there and get letter from them and they claim no responsibility. Telling me that they would have to wait for the owner and would get back to me the next day. After several phone calls (from both the bank and I) they wouldnt help me at all. So I was stuck with all the bank fees (around $140.00) and the crappy nail job. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WOULDNT SUGGEST GOING THERE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!! THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!

They gave me a fungus then stated it was my fault they don’t let you wash your hands these are my real nails trifling
