Rose does great work!!! I enjoy the pedicures and she really seems to know her clients very well which I like. This is my second visit and I am served that she has a lot of repeat business so I highly recommend coming here

On 2 occasions now I have advised the male I dont want my nails filed down to replace gel. He stated okay and did it anyway. He speaks English well and ignores you purposely.

Horrible experience. Called in advance to ensure they would be able to put gel & acrylics on my hands AND toenails as some salons dont do that service. Was told yes, they would. But after driving there, I was given a very disgusted look by the male staff when i mentioned i wanted a pedi acrylics. He tried to tell me he wouldnt do acrylics, so i asked to speak to whomever i had spoken to on the phone. A women came out and asked me to clarify. I explained, and even mentioned I had called about it which she confirmed. So Then she explained it would be very expensive and started to talk it out in another language with the male. They came to $60 which i was fine with and was planning on adding additional services, and then BOTH started to bend over to stare at my feet while speaking to each other about how they were going to proceed. It was awkward as hell. I was done. Ive gone to walk in salons without calling ahead and had way better treatment. I thanked them for their time and left. Would not go back for any service as the polish wall was a mess and most looked old and cracked.

I initially went in 2 weeks ago for a full set of stilettos and was treated rudely when I asked for the shape to be adjusted. I did not get a true stiletto shape despite showing pictures and numerous requests they be narrowed. I dont like to base a rating off of a single experience so I returned today for a fill. Same attitude and was basically sneered at and told NO when I asked him to tidy up excess product under the nail. At almost twice the rate as other shops, I will not be returning. Learn to serve the customer lest you find yourself without them

I stopped in yesterday for a simple dip on my fingernails. The woman was nice. Thats the only reason for 2 stars. The prices are high comparatively. I just really wanted to get my nails done. Many salons are closed on Sundays. I also gave her a tip. I should have looked at my nails with glasses on before I left. When I saw my nails, I was so disappointed. I have NEVER had as poor of a dip before. I would never go back, nor would I recommend this salon. Cost me almost $50 for ugly nails. Pretty sad.

I will only go to Lux Nail Spa. They may not be the fanciest nail spa, but by far the BEST. I get the dip and Wayne is amazing my nails are always Fabulous. I have had so many compliments on my eye brows since having them done by Rose.

Friendly, clean, quick, caring and just an all around great experience. My new choice place. I wait way too long between dip changes and after going to many salon/spas they take the lead! Thank you Lux Nail Spa for a great experience! Maybe a pedi too next time😊

A couple of days ago, I called to the store to see what their closing time was and was told 5pm. I arrived at 4:30 asking about getting my daughters nails done. The worker asked me if I was the one who had called earlier and I said yes. Then she proceeded to speak in her native lauguage to her coworker while repeatedly looking up at the clock. My family and I sat there ridiculously waiting for a response as the two of them converse back and forth. Then after a while of watching the fiasco, I just bluntly asked if it was too late or what? The lady shook her head yes. I said well thats all you had to say in the first place. I felt it was very rude and unprofessional of this lady to tell me their closing time when I called but not mention a cut off time, if there was one. For her to speak in her native language in between talking to me and her coworker back and forth was extremely rude as well. Clearly they both were able to spoke english. After leaving, I ended up going to Sammie Nails on Carlyle Ave in Belleville, IL and they were very accomadating! They actually had the same closing hours and still managed to fit my daughter in. I wouldve understood if the people here couldnt do it because of closing time because I hadnt called ahead or anything. I really appreciated their friendliness and professionalism. Ill definitely be going back to Sammies Nails.

I didnt feel like chatting, and was glad to get the male tech on duty, as they tend to chat less. He did great quality work and didnt talk my ear off. Will definitely return.

First and last time here. Saturday early afternoon one person in front of me and still waiting for almost an hour. Only 6 people working. Then takes someone before me just because shes getting less done. No, its first come first serve. Horrible customer services got them this bad rating. Over two hours later. My nails are not done properly they are still filed uneven after I told her to redo them twice in the process she made me bleed from my manicure with the clipping tool. Will never come back again.

The place appears to be under new management and my first impression was a great one! I received the stiletto nails which is hard to find someone that will really take their time and file correctly and the end preduct was superb!!! Ask for Danny!!!

Truthfully the worst manicure Ive gotten. I couldnt understand the woman due to mumbling and face mask. She would continuously stop to talk to other people. It took an hour and 15 minutes to do a FILL. Color not included. I was fed up and told her i would paint them on my own, paid and left. My nails are not smooth like the should be. They feel as though the grinder was just used. Already want to just take my nails off. An absolute waste of my money.

First time getting my nails done here and they did a wonderful job got exactly what I ask for will be returning.

Hands down the best nail salon Ive been to in the last 15 years. I have been going here for about 2-3 years now, and Id never think to go anywhere else. Theyve recently updated everything inside, including new massage chairs for pedicures, nail polish selection (a MUCH more substantial variety of gel polishes), and a rearrangement of the store that makes the flow more aesthetically appealing.

What a great experience Ive had with the service there. Its a joyful atmosphere to just sit there and sip on some wine while my feet are pampered. Thanks Cyndi and Rosie for the great service.....

The young girl that did my feet made sure i was well taken care of, she did my feet as well as my eyebrows. she also chatted which wasn’t a problem. i’d like to add this is the only person that has EVER done my eyebrows so good 😊 she took her time on everything, i didn’t feel rushed so i’m satisfied

I try this place for the first time, I dont think I am coming back.The floor was dirty, brocken chairs, and the enamel aplication was very poorly executed.

A few people in this spa understand and speak english which is more than I can say about majority or the spas in this area. Theyre work is pretty good too.

This was the first time I went into this shop. There was only one other customer in the shop, but had to wait almost twenty minutes. The nail tech stopped in the middle of my pedicure to talk to another client for ten minutes. It took almost 2 hours for a pedicure and the result was very sloppy. I will not be going back

My pedicure was horrible. Nails were not even clipped and/or filed correctly. She was more concerned about rushing through the job vs doing it correctly.When I have to come home to fix the job I paid for is a huge problem!

Never get what we ask for. Poor designs by Sonnie. Unruly kid yelling, destroying the place, on top of table. Only 2 1/2 workers. Get female worker if possible or simple nails by others.

Went in as a new customer a 1/2 an hour before the shop closed and was told they were already closed and would not serve me. Not a good 1st impression and it was the last impression they made on me. Wont be going back!

Its like walking into a sweat shop...its clearly quantity over quality.
