I was going to this salon for years, but it ends today after being told by Amy that she would do my nails, but no designs. Excuse me? I pay for these services, not you. I had already stopped getting lashes done by Cindy because she is rude, complains about doing the service, and thinks she can talk unprofessionally to paying clients. You wouldnt believe how much money I spend in there every 2 weeks...This is a bad reputation for them.

My first time there today. I am very happy. There are super cute. Good job on manicure. Been a while since I’ve got my nails done or had them this short and Cindi took care of me. Appreciate being talked to as well

Cindy is amazing and has a wealth of knowledge about her Kraft. I would recommend her to anyone. You must go and check her out.

I got the powder dip & less than 5 hours after having my nails done at Tinas the polish had chipped off. I paid $45 and this is what I get & I live in St. Charles so Im not right around the corner!!

Not every body in there some, dont do you finger nail properly 😠I was but no more I find some other nail place,the lashes cut, but please start learning to was hands afther each customer, please 🙄and eyebrows I dont like razors,is that a must, I can shave that my self, you can get cut,by mistake 🙄

This is the WORST nail shop in ST. CLAIR COUNTY DO NOT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!! I got my lashes done on Tuesday at 6pm, individuals, one came off like a strip that night 9pm. I came to get it fixed Wednesday no one had time to fix it. They asked me to make an appointment I did for 5pm Friday. They had me sitting there for 30 min only to come over an tell me I would have to pay for a new set of lashes. What sort of customer services is this?

It’s always worth it when I come to see Eric or Cindy they are amazing ! Definitely call ahead and make an appointment if you don’t want to wait because they do get busy but the outcome is always worth it!!!

This is a place that doesnt take care of new customers this is a place for their regular customers like a club house for regular customers NEW CUSTOMERS Dont have a chanceI wont be back and if you a new customer dont do it all whats going to happen is you be sitting there I dont know how they make money or increase their sales👊🤬👊

Ive been going to this shop over 8 years... Went in to get my nails and lashes done and in less then 12 hours I had 2 stones come off and my lashes started coming off... I called almost 2 hours ahead of time to get my repairs done and had to sit there for an hour waiting to be seen.... I will be finding another shop !!!! On top of that the last time I went my nails started coming off before it was even time for a fill... I use to recommend this place to everybody but now I most definitely will NOT !!! Stay away from Tinas nails... The money you spend is not worth the wait or the services!!!!!!

Horrible customer service!!! The tech by the name of Cindy is unprofessional and attitudinal. I came in for my first time in an attempt to get a fill in. Another tech suggested that I take the nails off and get a full set. He NEVER told me it cost for him to take them off. She not only charged me but said that “it wasn’t her responsibility to tell me their prices” with the nastiest attitude....Though I could have walked out I paid the money but WILL NEVER RETURN!

The nail salon is unclean and the employees rude. I was treated poorly here. They use the same tools over and over on everyone. When I asked Tim a question he unleashed a screaming rant that was not only uncalled for, but he completely overreacted to my question. I would never use this place again. I am sorry I have ever spent a dollar there.

Dont go there unless you want your nails to look horible

Love eric and cindy and everyone there. That is my only place to go for nails. They know what I want and what I like. They get my nails looking great everytime and make great conversations.
