Ive been getting manicures, pedicures, and eyebrows done for about 2 years and Ive always had a very good experience. They are very welcoming and kind. Both of the workers treat your hands and feet very gently. The nail polish lasts a very long time. They give really good massages at the end of every manicure and pedicure.

This place use to be good, watch your eyebrows they reuse the wax stick

I walked in and there were no customers in the salon and 2 employees, they told me they had a client coming at 5pm and told me they couldn’t do the fill on my nails. There were 2 employees and no customers, im confused on how they couldn’t do my fill and turned away a paying customer. Bad service.

I went to get in a gel mani & pedi. my feet were done well just a bit rushed but my hands were rushed and gel came off in 3 days . it’s supposed to last 2 weeks or @ least 1 but its happened 2x already. they have bad gel. they don’t return money & very rude to customers

Worst acrylic with tips!! :(Got acrylic nails done 2 days ago and 5 have fell off. I went back to the store and when I explained the situation she was very defensive and just said that it was my fault and that I wasn’t meant to do anything when having acrylics on.Unfortunately, that’s not correct. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years and it’s suppose to last 3-4 weeks.The only reason why I got my nails done here in the first place because my relatives live close by and I wanted it done before New Year.Sorry, will not ever recommend this place or come back.

I walked in and sat down and noticed the foot sink was rusted. before he started my pedicure, the man pulled out a stale dirty rag. I immediately told him I don’t want any service and walked right back out. This place is unsanitary and disgusting. Don’t go here.

I give it a 4 because one of my nails wasnt filed correctly. However, i had a gel manicure done and it came out really good. She put the hot towel on my hands, massaged my hands and massaged my shoulders while I was getting my nails dried. I have been coming for a few years and I always go back to her. She does a good job with waxing as well. Recommend her. Although my middle fingers nail isnt straight, she does a good job.

I got a gel manicure & pedicure. it cost me $55. my manicure was messed up in the matter of 3 days w gel coming off ! she told me to not use too much water, when gel is supposed to last 2 weeks touching water or not! horrible. don’t recommend.

I don’t know how this place has so many good reviews but this place does not know how to do nails what’s so ever. At least not acrylic or people like their nails crazy. The customer service when telling her you don’t like something is crazy. She called me crazy and said this is my first time getting my bails done what do I know (which it is not. Just at this place)Anyway she followed me out the store and took a picture of my license plate !

Ann did a great job on a fill in with gel manicure. I walked in because my nail guy couldnt get me in for a week. She took me no problem and I was out in an hour with no issues.

Clean and parking is good. Not a lot of design selection unless you bring your own style and ideas. Nice techs and pricing is reasonable!

They are friendly and go above and beyond

I’ve been going to Ann for well over a decade for nails, pedicures and waxing. I won’t go to anyone else. I always love my nails and everyone who works there has always been very nice to me. I recently moved about a half hour away from Belleville but I will still continue to go there for my services.

I had a 3:00 appointment and arrived on time but they were not ready and left me and 2 other customers waiting outside for over 20 minutes. Needless to say I just walked off! No pedicure😫

I went there to get my ONE broken nail fixed and the lady was very rude . she gave me a nasty face as if I asked for something that a nail salon don’t do in general. Then she tells me they don’t fix one nail and walked off which I never in my life heard before. If I just got a fill in im not about to get another one because of one broke nail so I just left .

Horrible place nails popped off 2 days later and they made me feel very uncomfortable! As if I was a bum on the streets ! Made me pay 2 times before the job was even completed as I had my 1 year old daughter in my hand she argued with me right in front of her and her employees . I asked her a simple question kindly and she told me I was basically a liar and blind ! Never will I ever step foot in this place ! Lady was extremely rude no customer service also she tried dragging her employee in it and she didn’t even defend her which made her even more furious . Thankfully some guy was able to finish up my nails he was very pleasant . I honestly felt so humiliated I didn’t even tip them which hurts me because i waitress and I know what it is to survive on tips but I just couldn’t tolerate such disrespect. I really hope they find someone better and with common sense . I had my daughter in my hands the whole time ! You mean to tell me ima run out throw my daughter in the car seat And hop in my Mercedes abd leave !? Sorry I have so much more class and respect than that ! People please find somewhere else to go ! Dj nails and city nails are very good places just always packed ! Book your appointments abd leave this trashy place ! Thank you guys for reading this have a great day !

HORRIBLE acrylic experince. I got my nails done tuesday and they all popped off friday. They left the sticky gel film on my nails, which I had to remove at home and the acrylic was uneven and bulky. I do NOT recommend to anyone.

Dont go here..this place is horrible, the lady doing uv nails Sucks, the man doing pedicures Sucks .he dont know how to paint nails and the nail polish is old..I wouldnt recommend this place to my dog...

Wayyy too expensive and pricy. Wanted to charge me $300 for me and my sisters nails. Only wanted to get acrylic and gel. No way!

I definitely do not recommend this place at all! I asked them for a full set and they just made my hands. I asked them for an Almond-style design and they circulated it to me. I had my nails done 2 days ago and they seem to have been done so badly for a week that they were done. For how expensive they charged me and the poor work done, I definitely do not recommend them.

They cant do designs, they just apply the regular color, they just do the regular acrylic.
