By far, one of the best pedicures Ive ever had. No nicks or cuts. No sore spots. Beautiful color and cover. Super smooth heels. Was so good I got my nails done too, and havent done that in YEARS. Before and after photos.

Just stay away. I make appointments and they are never on time. Too many other places to go. Plus they need to update their decor and get better massage chairs.

I went there about a week ago they only had 3 workers and were very busy. He rushed on my full set and only put one acrylic bead on my nails, which has caused them to fall off and come up in the first week! DONT COME HERE!

I went 3 or 4 times. 1st time was great . 2nd time, they were short staffed and I spent 5 hours there. No apologies. The eyebrow waxing horrible. I was so traumatized I get my eyebrows threaded. 3rd and 4th time, they were so rude.They did my nails any kind of way!!! I work across the street at the college so it was super convenient. All I can say is NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I have been here since around 240. No greeting and absolute longest wait times with no customers except 5. It is now 410.

I recommend making an appointment. They do really good work, so are often busy.

Garbage service. I waited 50 minutes past my appointment time only to have my nails obliterated. Air bubbles in every single one and some are even different lengths. Did not take her time because it was around closing time.

I needed a overhaul and Connie the gal i normally use is in Vietnam on vacation so I tried KIM, she did a excellent job!

My nails look terrible! The color is completely uneven and bubbled... Also I watched them put tools away and never cleaned them off! Stay away

The place is always packed it seems and I do like the atmosphere. I gave it 3 stars because I love Mai! She takes her time and does my nails right Everytime. However, she books up fast so I cant always get her. Sammy doesnt do nails correctly and he just wants to get done quickly. He uses too much product and makes the nails look bulky. So the nails do not last long. Dont let Sammy do youre nails!!! Call and make an appointment with Mai. 😁

I totally love Sammys salon in Belleville, IL! Theyre so friendly, especially Connie!♥️But the one in Mascoutah, IL, theyre rude! Never go back again!

LOVE this place. Walked in and was told 20 minutes to wait, only had to wait maybe 10 minutes. I got a pedicure and dip nails. The place was clean and the girl I had was awesome. She was really nice, professional and really good. One thing I noticed, while I was getting my nails done- many other returning customers came into the store. They knew everyones names, including their husbands, asked them about their kids etc. This speaks volumes to me that there are so many return customers that come back specifically to get their nails done here.

Ive gone to many nail salons in the area, and this Sammy Nail is one of my favorites. I never feel pressured to get more than I had in mind, the place is clean, and everyone really is friendly, as long as you are nice to them. If you want to be rude to them or not talk, dont expect them to bend over backwards for you, just like any other service ever. Dawn does my nails regularly now. Her step son also works there, and her daughter colors in the corner. She always does a great job and understands what I want. The one time I wasnt happy, I told her and she changed it. It wasnt even her fault, I just decided I didnt like the color. Theres no extra charge for gel which is becoming more common but isnt universal. They arent rough on your skin and nails, they take their time, and they help each other out. Compared to the Sammy Nail near Target, I prefer this one. I have never left unhappy and dont feel overcharged.

Horrible and slow service. Not enough experienced staff. Waited almost 2 hours just so one of the nail techs could tell me she doesn’t do fake nails. Really!? Let someone who just came in go in front of me and told me it’ll be another 30 minutes when someone else is available. So I walked out. I’m all about good customer service and they just don’t have it. That would’ve been my first time trying them, I’ll NEVER go back rude and just didn’t care.

I hardly ever write reviews, but I was so disappointed in this nail shop, I had to. This place was horrible. The wait time was about an hour my first time and about 45 minutes the second time. While we are talking about second times, allow me to explain why there was a second time. After I had a full set and a deluxe pedicure (which was garbage) done the first time, about 2 days later a nail came completely off. Not chipped, but lifted off like a press on nail. These were gel nails by the way, so a little pricey. So, I went back to have them repair it hoping they would do it for free because after only 2 days, it was obviously not my fault. They charged me for the repair and like an idiot I paid. Would you believe about 2 days after that, another 2 nails came completely off? No, I did not go back. This place is hot garbage and if I could give ZERO stars I would.

Not even 3 days in and my nails look horrible, I called to set an apt and said I didnt want Sammy doing my nails I got there had to wait over 30 min and it was Sammy.Sammy uses such a big amount of acrylic it only took 3 days for the grow to show they are extremely thick. Just horrible.Not happy

I went in with a specific but simple design. I asked for a silver heart on my ring finger. When the lady went to do the design she had her little daughter on the back of the chair jumping around so she could not draw the heart straight, turned out horrible and then left it like that. Very disappointed in the quality of service. Letting the child jump around when trying to paint my nails isnt presenting good quality. Never coming back.

Ok. I wish I could give them 2.5 stars. Let me explain my reasoning. They were nice to me and really cool. But I waited almost an hour (not trying to sound like a brat) but it was only 2 girls in front of me.. the SECOND thing I noticed: they price listing wasnt posted. Big red flag. I almost walked out but I wanted to stay JUST to write this review. To me, it seems like they make up their prices as their go. Smh. The THIRD thing I noticed: they could keep it more sanitary in there. The purple acrylic liquid stuff was in a dirty ass glass. Ugh. It wasnt right. My nails dont look bad. But I wont be going back.

This establishment is less than satisfactory. I went in to get my nails filled and a new color- this for some reason took 2 hours to complete after waiting for 45 minutes. The man painted my nails with a sparkle gel. Instead of painting them, he dabbed them and they came out wavey and uneven. Some of my nails weren’t covered in paint all the way and they were all different shapes. I paid and left to go do some shopping before I realized how bad they actually were. I went back an hour later and asked to have them repainted in regular polish and the woman told me to pick a color and she would fix them for me. After sitting down, she advised me that she was going to charge me for the color change. I asked why because I was unhappy with the service provided. She proceeded to get angry and begin to yell at me. I then asked for my money back so I can go elsewhere. This made the woman irate and she threw my hands at me and said she had no money. She went to the cash register and pulled out all credit card slips and was tossing them in the air saying she had no cash to give me. She then instructed me to drive to Shiloh to find Sammy myself and ask him. This business is very unprofessional and I will never go back. The customer is always right. I paid for a service and did not like the service that was provided, all I wanted was a change in polish that was a more even coat. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone. Magic nails and spa by Walmart in O’Fallon, IL is much better, friendly, cleaner, and professional. I didn’t have time to get there today but now I know it’s a must to make time for great service!

This place really disappointied me i went with my friend at christmas and got our nails done together we wanted to sit by eachother but they wouldnt let us and they were very rude hers wasnt to bad her nails lasted about 1 week which is horrible compared to them suposed to last 3 weeks mine last 2 days and slipped right off it was terrible and when my tec was doing my nails he didnt sand them and also wasnt paying attention and wasnt leaving them under the lamp long enough so when they were dont I have pockets of wet undried nail gel that was moving around which made the nails squishie and unsmooth as well i dont recommend this place unless you just want something to last 3 to 4 days it was horrible i will not be returning.

The quality of services has drastically diminished over the past year. My gel used to stay on 2-3 weeks and I can barely get over a week now. The tools are not cleaned between customers. I would not recommend utilizing their services.

I made an appointment for yesterday morning. My appointment was for 9:30am. I left of the parking lot at 10am wirh no one showing up. I googled another place and I went there. And was taking great care of.

Walked in to see about getting a pedicure and they looked up briefly to say it’s a long time to wait and never looked up again. I would have been willing to make an appointment for another time, but they were very rude! Customer service goes a long way!

After only one week Ive had 5 nails break in half. Beginning 2 days after service. Paid way too much money only for them to break when doing simple tasks like driving and opening my refrigerator door. Literally

Had an appointment and waited 1 hr 15 mins before walking out. After 30 mins and 2 others going ahead of me I mentioned I had an appointment. She looked confused and asked the other girl. The second girl came up and said, lets soak your nails. After 1 hour 15 mins, I finally asked to get the aluminum off my nails and I walked out. NOT ONCE did anyone apologize for the mix up or state there was a mistake in calendar, can you come back. Just ignored me. How rude can you be. And SAMMY was there working on his own clients. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Find a more professional place.

Horrible service!!!!!!! Walked in, pleasantly surprised not busy as compared to most of the salons, only 4 people having pedicures and one finishing nails. I was told to pick out my polish and they would be with me shortly. After an an hour and 5 minutes, I asked if I should be soaking my nails (to be helpful to them) so that they would beready to go by the time they got to me . I was informed by Sammy (owner) who was EXTREMELY rude that basically,.. HE was to busy to get me soaking and that I would have to wait and that he also had another appt coming in and I would have to wait till he was done with her, mind you, he checked the sign in board but never informed me of how long my wait would be until I questioned him. could be an additional 2 hrs or so on top of the hour I had already waited. Im sorry ladies, Ive never been to a nail shop that takes and hour or longer to do a pedi unless I was at a SPA. It was obvious that they didnt want to work. While I was there 4-5 customer came and left. Very unprofessional service / rude and that came from Sammy himself. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Nice place, reasonable price, all the workers there have done a good job everytime I go get my pedicure.The place is very lay back, sign up and have a seat at the waiting area, with in 2 to 5 minutes someone should greet you, if not let them know.

Looking for a nail shop to call home this place is minutes from me so I decided to try it out waited damn near an hour just to be told I would have to wait another 2 because of appointments that had just walked in I have never been here and wasnt aware of appointments was never greeted when walked in Sammy is very rude I believe Mai does do good work however she said it takes her 2 hours just to do a mani and pedi I sat there all that time for nothing googled another place down the road walked in got greeted and taken great care of will NEVER come here again nor do I recommend this place horrible customer service

Ok service, most the time anyway, but always late at opening. Im here now waiting for open (past time) and nobody here. This has happened before. And always a chair or two that massager doesnt work. If workers cant get here on time change the hours, very disrespectful to have no value for the time of others.

After spending over 2hours for pedi and mani to leave and within 5 minutes my nails smeared right off. I had to go back and sit another hour for redo on both hands. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the massage on my feet was wonderful. I ask for gel and he used a fan instead of the UV to dry. Im sure my redo wont last but a few days. Lesson learned. Unhappy camper.

There needs to be a nail tech that is covering appointments only. I waited 2 hours for a manicure and pedicure with 2 people in front of me because of appointments that arrived.

These people charged me twice on my debit card. When I called them 4 times they did not answer their phone at all. They do not say thank you, and my nails were not very good to be charged $25. I would not recommend going to this nail salon, save your money and the headache.
