The woman who took care of me was great gave a great pedicure

Every salon in town was packed. So i happened to bump into this little salon. Its not the most renovated salon but the staff is very nice. Clean space & very welcoming. Their work is very clean and they make sure youre satisfied. Shout out to Andrea for doing a great job on my pedicure. Andrea did an amazing job. Thanks for a great experience.

Disappointing. Gel manicure lasted 2 days!!! Never again. I have given them multiple tries. I went back and got them redone and them charging me per nail before and I still went back. I am not going back this time. I have no time whats so ever! This is such an incoviencence. I Thought I would give them one last try before I go back to my other place and continue with the powder. And guess this is the outcome. They need new polish ad colors or try another technique cause this ones not working! Done! Here a picture of the peel off.

Got my nails done they started well for the first week and then they started to pop off. Also got my eyebrows waxed they did a good job on that

If I can I would give this nail salon half a star. I took my girlfriend as a b day gift and the owner that did her nails messed up 3 times and she didn’t want to fix them. I spent over $100 here and I deserved better service. Owner had a nasty attitude it was my first and last time coming here.

If I could give this nail salon 0 stars I would, I got acrylic nails done and by the second day of having them on 3 already broke, I answer phones at job so it’s not like I’m doing things where they would fall off. They were lifting from bottom and by the 4th day all of my nails either broke off or I took them off because they lifted so much at the bottom. Not to mention she pulled off some of cuticle with one of her nail tools, very nice women but I’m disappointed in the nails very much.

Very unsanitary. I got a fill and a pedi. I watched the lady use the same foot stone and scrubber, nail.clippers and file on 3 women back to back. She didnt even wash the tub out just rinsed it with water. I had to ask the last to not use the same utensils on me and where are the clean sanitary ones. I just asked her to just paint my toes. When it came to my nails. I was getting a fill done and the lady did a horrible job. She filed a cross my skin i told her she was hurting my hand. She the did a horrible job painting did a sloppy job. I asked for a design she said she was only doing lines or dots and the design i wanted she said would take too long and she didnt want to do it. I asked if i could get a different nail tech that would do the design she said no one does designs. Now behind her is a display of all the nail designs they do. The location is not friendly and took walkins over people who had appointments but wasnt a regular. One lady called out the nail.tech lady who answers the phone and s and said shes been waiting for an hour. I would never go back there my fingers were sore for days. My nail polish chipped in 3 days. Smh would never go back and health code needs to investigate asap.

Good place to go . The ladys take care of you and take their time, respectful and make sure you leave happy .

Poor customer service and quality of work! Got my nails done on a Friday and by Tuesday the gel nail polish chipped off 2 nails. I came back in to fix them and the owner gave me the worse service ever! Her attitude was disgusting!!!! I did not want her to fix them for free, I was going to pay to fix them, I just wanted them fixed!!! She was rude! Would not come back even if it was free! Clearlt the quality of her work is poor and her customer service is even worse!

Love them, but some visits they rush through the work and others they take their time.

Made an appointment for a pedicure ahead of time with a specifc nail tech and upon my arrival nail tech wasn’t even there. I waited to see if she might of ran a quick errand and she never showed up. Come to find out that the nail tech didn’t even work on the day of my appointment. Very unprofessional and un orgianzed . Will not return again.

I was not greeted when entering this establishment, which really is an annoyance to me. You would think with all the nearby nail salons (competition). This one would actually start with step one in customer service. I brushed it off, I know the drill --pick a color and be seated. I choose my color for my pedicure (still no acknowledgment that Im looking for service). There was one other person in front of me whom which was waiting to get a mani&pedi, and one person who came in after me. No nail techs were available. Thats fine. Fast forward to an hour later, I now should be next to get a pedicure. 2 ladies finish up a pedi, one customer is seated to have a manicure and the other goes under the feet dryer. There is one nail tech available and I believe she is the owner. Im texting but I can feel her literally scowling at me, Im not taking it personal maybe she has a lot on her mind and just happens to be looking my way. I grab her attention and we make eye contact but still, she says nothing. The owner/nail tech asks the young lady who came in AFTER me what she was getting and seated her for a manicure. I asked her how much longer for a pedicure, she turns around towards the desk ignoring me. I repeat a little louder, after all I have a soft voice and maybe she didnt hear me, but its clear that everyone else in the salon did. I ask another nail tech who is giving another customer a manicure, she turns to her co-worker says something in some language other than English and still no answer from anyone. I returned their cheap outdated pastel nail polish to its cheap outdated shelf and left. I promise I will NEVERRRR waste my time here again, you all will never get another dime from me and I will make it my personal duty to let everyone in the Belleville-Nutley-Kearny area know to never come to your shop. Good luck keeping that nail salon open with your rude service, no amount of discounts or daily specials will make anyone who is smart enough want to deal with your HORRIBLE service.

Dont bother, go to DJ nails instead. Arrived early for an appointment, was told to wait, waited 30 minutes and noticed staff had gone to lunch. Lack of customer appreciation and their demeanor towards clients is horrendous.

Attitudes suck in there they act like they doing u a favor.

I shouldn’t get a text from my daughter saying how horrible the device is 5 minutes into a pedicure, but I did. Disrespectful service I wouldn’t recommend going here. Employees talk disrespectful about you in front of your face. I’d give it no stars if I could

Never get your nails done here! Gel polish comes right off in two days and they charge you to fix it!!!

I had a gel manicure and pedicure on Saturday on Monday my nails were all chipped :( I paid $35 plus tip for the service when I called. The owner said she sorry she cant guarantee. I said to her you cant guarantee I paid $25 I guess I wont be going to get my nails done there anymore.
