Al is so nice! It took me a long time to find a new nail tech and one that takes their time at that! She’s so efficient you can walk out that salon with an overlay alone and be satisfied, so you can only imagine how well her work is when polished/designed/and finished! The girl is a nail slayer and she definitely found a loyal client in me! 💋🤞🏾

This was the best referral I could have ever received. Al is one of the top nail techs in the area. After my first visit with her over a year ago she has been the ONLY personal to touch my hands ever since. Her talent speaks for itself. Her work, shaping, acrylic laying and technique is clean and precise. She takes pride in what she does and it shows. Whether its a fresh set or 4+ weeks, I am long overdue for a fill in, my nails do not lift and maintain their original appearance. I get complimented on every set she does. Ive been going to Al to get my nails done for a little over a year now and every time I get my nails done I am impressed, as if its my first time. She creates a very comfortable environment, and is alway professional. Her work shows for itself, and it lasts a long time (you have to help, of course. I have been with Al since 2015 and she has never let me down. My nails always exceeded my expectation because she practices her craft and makes sure what I asked for is what I receive plus better. It’s not easy raising children, owning a business, and now dealing with COVID but Al does it with quality work. I don’t think everyone understands the struggles of being a black entrepreneur, hence the negative comments. I have been to many nail techs and she is definitely the best! Not only is her work top quality but she is super creative. I sometimes feel indecisive about designs or shape but it is never an issue with al, she goes above and beyond and gives the BEST recommendations.She is also very welcoming and polite. When she sparks conversation it is genuine, unlike the fake customer service small talk people are used to. Some people fail to realize that just because a technician isn’t engaging a conversation with you doesn’t mean she’s rude. She is concentrated on doing YOUR nails. I promise you that if you were to spark a nice conversation with her she will engage. Don’t forget that you should also show up to a business welcoming and with a good attitude also.

Very unprofessional I just went to her not even a week ago and got my nails done. However I accidentally banged my nail and broke it and after spending 110 on just my nails she did not even accommodate me to fix one nail she expected me to wait a whole month and ignored my messages never going there again good luck with your expensive prices and poor customer service

Prompt, professional service is what I like and thats what I received. Al was very attentive and asked me exactly what I wanted. Being the indecisive person that I am, she helped me pick a color that turned out to be perfect. The length was just right, not too long and not too short and the shape...again...perfect. I will most definitely be going back and recommending her to others.

Overly experience is measured by horrible customer service.Quality of nails (so far) - good. But not satisfied with the shape.Usually I would say something to my nail tech to shape to my likingHowever, Al attitude was HORRIBLE !!She was not welcoming nor friendly.(Please keep in mind this was my first visit).In addition she failed to share her place of business is her home.This would had been common courtesy to share with a New customer. hence why I didn’t say anything about Nail shape (she displayed signs of annoyance once I walked in & ultimately did not feel safe to be particular)I drove a good distance and at that point was not turning back.Bad customer service and far from hospitable. She said merely two words to me but when it was time to cut her water off while washing/brushing my hands she did not hesitate to “ask” not to have the water running while brushing.We were there in silence for 90 minutes and keeping a convo with her FORGET about it.I enjoy supporting Black Owned business but I refuse to deem the quality of service to be the only measure of experience.She’s over priced and not worth my dime.

My experience was great! I don’t do nails very often, but whenever I want to get my nails done, I’ll definitely go to her. All my visits were great and she spoke with me through the full process every time. We had great conversations. My nails were just how I wanted them, I would say even better than I wanted them actually.
