Walked in on a whim since I had a day off and wanted to treat myself. Id never had my nails done before so I wasnt sure what to expect. I really wanted a marbled design so I showed them a picture of what I had in mind. My nail techs name was Ruby and she did an absolutely fantastic job! I never expected to be so pleased the first time around! The whole facility was so pretty and so clean. But the work Ruby did stole the show :) Very happy I went in!

Jimmy was absolutely amazing. Had me laughing and smiling the entire time, and I love the set he did for me! Thank you so much and I’ll be back the next time i’m in Texas! ;)

One of the best nail salons in HEB. Miss Cindy is always so warm and welcoming, and Gaby, the receptionist, is attentive and kind. CiCi did the BEST pointy almond set, nice and short, perfectly, and made my torn up bartender hands look human. 12/10 would recommend.

My friends and I went tonight for pedicures and were given the Royal treatment! The place is beautiful! The decorations are so posh and elegant! You can actually get a pedicure in a throne chair! All the staff was so nice and attentive and spoke English. We enjoyed a margarita and a glass of wine and met with the owner. There was plenty of space to spread out and not be with other patrons and we felt completely safe the entire time. We enjoyed it very much and we be back for our next pedicure night out with the girls!

I recently moved to Texas and Today I went to this place for the first time. Clean, beautiful and safe. Im so happy, Cindy did a beautiful job on my nails with a delicate ombre dip Powder color over tip. I will definitely be back in a few weeks. The complementary drink is a plus and pedicure was ok

The staff is beyond friendly and understanding. They are very creative and adaptive to our sudden changes we always want, lol! The environment is very relaxing and chic. And free drinks to top it off! Love it!

I went and got a overlay with gel and gel polish on my toes Aug 8. The polish began to chip off Aug 11 along with the overlay. Now today the polish is off 4 nails. Service is mediocre.

This place is beautiful, clean and the staff is ever friendly. I’ve been here several times and I am always greeted with a smile. However, each time I’ve gotten a pedicure it was done poorly. I’ve been to 3 different techs and each tech did such a poor job. I kept going back because I wanted to give this place the benefit of doubt. Unfortunately I can no longer spend as much money as I do here for such poor quality.The service is cheap, and I tip exceptionally well. It sucks because the staff is super nice!

Tony just did my pedicure and I must say the leg massage was on point! I have been getting pedicures for over 20 years and this was the best!Cindy is so friendly and if you are lucky as I was today you will come in when she is available and she will do your nails. Quality does not match the salon space. Nails were thin and brittle when I asked for thicker; I was able to remove four days later and repaired elsewhere. Gel color didn’t match swatches in book. Nail tech was friendly but fair at best. Ten year old practicing drums threw off the ambiance.I suggest Upscale Nail Spa on Glade Road and 121 if you want quality nails.

At first this place was a great place and very attentive. But I have changed my opinion after 2 bad eyebrow waxes. Plus they charge too much.

Very professional. Ruby has done my nails twice and she did a fantastic job. She was very gentle and thorough. I had my nails dipped. I only went to another place one day because they were closed and it was terrible. Wont make that mistake again! Prices are a tad higher but so is their level of service so I think its totally worth it. They have a ton of space and chairs. Jimmy is the GM and he is very nice and you dont feel like you are inconveniencing them for frequenting their business, which I have felt at other places.

Went my first time this Wednesday. It’s a beautiful place that’s very welldecorated and it’s huge! The biggest nail salon I’ve ever been to. The staff were polite and attentive. My nail tech was Ruby! She’s gentle and talented! Not to mention she’s also BEAUTIFUL! The prices were good and I will definitely be back!

My nail technicians were Ruby and a man I did not catch the name of. Ruby did manicure and my eyebrows. Both technicians were absolutely amazing. Gentle, kind, professional. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my visit. I wish I could give more than five stars. Rest assured I will be coming back in the future.

This was my 2nd trip to Concrete and this time, I made an appt with Vivian. My first trip, my nails were in horrible shape, but I needed pretty Christmas nails for an acting gig. I got dip nails with tips, and they were gorgeous! I literally got compliments every day for the 5 weeks I wore them - thats right! I wore them for 5 WEEKS with no problems. In fact, I even got complimented on them this morning as I was going in to get them redone. I dont usually wear nails, but I loved these so much, I decided I wanted to get my nails done just for me. Today, I had Vivian give me a set of dip nails on my natural ones, and again - they look and feel so good! Shes wonderful and talented! Go see her! 😁💅‼The salon itself has an inviting atmosphere, and the GM was in the holiday spirit, singing Christmas tunes and creating a fun environment. I would definitely recommend Concrete Nails!

Concrete Nail Bar provides outstanding service overall but I am very impressed with the outstanding customer service that comes from every staff member. I am in love with this place!

Finally! A local place where I can get my nails done without driving alllllll the way to Fort Worth. This place has it all: great customer service, beautiful nail designs, and cleanliness. I did a Paraffin pedicure and my feet and legs felt refreshed. T (I am probably have it spelled incorrectly) did an amazing job. He also gave me advice on how to help my toe nails hurting. I highly recommend this place to anyone, even if you have a nail person already this is the place to get your nails done in Bedford. Thank you for the professionalism Concrete Nails!

Great customer service, beautiful salon, lots of colors, plenty of seating. Go see Jimmy! He’s great with shapes, has attention to detail, and precision with fine detailed designs. They have so many sns dipping powder colors. Also, their interior is beautiful, very clean, and plenty of seating for either pedicures or manicures. And this is probably the first nail salon I’ve been to that has ample employees, so you’re taken care of right away no matter how busy. There’s even one person who is constantly cleaning the nail clippings and such which I appreciate lol.

Ive been coming here for about 1.5 years and have never had a problem, always leave feeling 10x better than I come in. The manager Jimmy is really fun and personable. I love Cindy and schedule my appointments to her availability - shes been doing my dip manicures and knows exactly my preferences (down to the 2-3 colors I use lol). Hanna is newer but will definitely be my go-to for pedicures - the neat/cleanliness she leaves me feeling, her massages... she may seem quiet but shes very sweet. Shes definitely the one you want after a long day!

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years and every time I go, everyone is friendly and it’s always clean. They always offer drinks and I have never had to wait. Today I went for a pedicure and had my nails done. Cindy and Tina were very professional and always checked to make sure I was comfortable through my visit. The first time I visited I had Bill. He is the only nail tech I’ve come across in years that made my full set dip powder look brand new, not one week old by leaving a huge gap. I used the restroom and didn’t have to squat and rush because it was clean and welcoming. The entire inside of concrete nail bar is so immaculately decorated and breathtaking. Getting a service here makes you feel sophisticated. I came back with my boyfriend and got a pedicure by Paul and I’m sooooo pleased. Paul listens and is so skilled at creating exactly what you want! My boyfriend has very problematic callouses and nail techs usually will only scrub so much and then tell him they can’t anymore it’ll hurt but the woman he had as a nail tech was able to scrub away soooo much more callous than any other nail tech and he was caused no pain. The entire staff has been so quickly attentive and so nice and welcoming every time I visit! & they’re not expensive!!!!!! Yeah, believe it or not this awesome gem is not over priced at all!! I 100% recommend concrete nail bar for full set dip powder, complimentary beverages for pedicures!!! I’m looking forward to my next visit!

I had Henry. He was extremely rude when he messed up my nails. I asked him to fix them and he told me that it looks different in the light. They were all unevenly done. He got black powder all over my hands and when I asked him to help get it off, he told me to take a shower, because my skin is too light and he cant get it off. My sister got the same black powder and her nail tech was able to remove it. On our way out Henry made a rude comment about my sister using the bathroom saying she must have stomach issues. I do not recommend this place. Terrible nails, and rude staff. I paid $65 for crooked unshaped nails!

I went to the Concrete Nail Bar for my first manicure ever. After reading the reviews, I thought a male perspective was needed. Upon walking in, and completely clueless, the staff seemed to be stunned to see a man walking in alone into the place. So between their shock and my awkwardness it was a bit uncomfortable for both at the beginning. I checked in and I was assigned to Kate. She was very nice and shared some tips on how to should keep my nails growing strong. She was very gentle and I really enjoyed this experience. The price for the service was just right, especially since I took advantage of their happy hour. I am very pleased. She did a much better job than what Ive been doing myself for years. I will definitely be back soon!

This place is awesome! I had gotten my nails done at a place in Mansfield at a friends recommendation, and they looked good. However, they were very brittle and within 24 hours one had already broken off. It was Christmas Eve and I called Concrete Nail Bar and Jimmy was very nice and told me to come on in. He was very respectful and nice when I showed up and immediately took care of me, made my nails stronger, and didnt even seem bothered when I asked if we could paint my daughters nails for Christmas. Everyone was interacting with her (shes two) and seemed very happy, patient, and relaxed. Everyone was singing to the music and smiling. Not at all like the rushed atmosphere of most places. Not to mention the salon is very spacious and beautifully designed. By far the BEST experience Ive ever had at any nail salon. I will definitely be back!

Let me start off by saying that my nail tech yesterday was so sweet, patient and eager to please. She did such a great job, even after I asked her to start over because I didnt like the length.With that being said, I still was not a huge fan of what I asked her to do, so I scheduled an appointment for today to get them redone. I spoke with who I assume was the manager and let him know that the nail tech did everything I asked her to do and even asked me if everything looked good throughout the whole process. I personally was not impressed with my decisions, which is why I came back. They wasted no time getting me set up with Ms. Emily who did an amazing job, AGAIN, she remembered me from my first visit a few weeks ago. She knew exactly what I was looking for and knocked it out of the park. When I was finished, I was very surprised and pleased, that my service was discounted today. They didnt have to discount a service that I was unhappy about because of my own requests, but they did and I think that speaks volumes. They were already on track for a 5 star review based off of my last 2 visits. Pedicures are amazing and could always be a little longer, but that is because both techs that I have had were so great at it. The shop is super clean, organized and ventilated (you guys know what Im talking about, the smell of acetone doesnt smack you in the face when you walk in the door.) I really appreciate all of you! I am very picky about my nails, and know that I am not easy to work on but I never feel that way here. 5 stars all the way across the board for real!

I came in with my newborn baby for an eyebrow wax only. I only brought my baby because I had nobody who could watch her and it should not take more than 15 minutes. I was hoping to make myself feel a little more groomed before returning to work. When I entered, nobody greeted me and one lady simply pointed me to the desk at the opposite end to check in without saying a word. I’m carrying my baby carrier back and forth around the establishment. When I was finally helped, the technician told me to leave my six week old baby in her carrier ON TOP of a counter OUTSIDE of the room where the waxing was to take place with NOBODY watching her. Truly my blood is boiling. I will not be returning.

I had high hopes for this place. I really wanted to love it. It’s in a convenient location for me and the inside is big and clean. Unfortunately, I will never go back. Twice now I’ve regretted going at all. One time the lady forgot to put down the base layer to my gel nail manicure and the color immediately peeled off as soon as I got home. I came back and they apologized and fixed it. Fine. A second time I got gel nail and the lady wasn’t paying attention because she was too busy talking to a coworker and cut my finger. Not only did it hurt and bleed for a long time, but then I had this ugly cut on my finger. Then the next day my nails all started cracking and chipping off. I made an appointment to have them fixed and when I got there I still had to wait for 20 minutes. They were, again, very apologetic but I’ve now wasted my time twice.

Jimmy was amazing!!! I asked him for a fill and to take my nails from an almond to shorter coffin shape and he did it perfectly within 45 minutes! He was so nice and upbeat and offered me drinks multiple times! Jimmy is the best!
