Update: second visit even better than the first. Got a pedicure this time and another dip manicure. V paid lots of attention to my manicure and I really like it! I noticed a streak in one of my nails before I left and V fixed it quickly no problem! Great service at this place 😊I called last-minute (on a Saturday nonetheless) and they said I could come in at 5:30 that day. They were busy but got me in and did such a good job on my nails. I asked for a gel manicure, but the tech convinced me to get dip and Im so glad! Two weeks later and Im still so in love with my nails 😍 I will definitely be back and I appreciate the great service.

The nails came out beautiful!! Highly recommend the ombré (mine were acrylic, not dip). I’m new to the area so still trying different salons.. but so far, this one is a winner. A bit pricey but you will definitely get good quality work.

Ive been coming here for years and Sam is my go to guy. He does my nails with perfection every single time and he even convinces to me to try new colors (Im a pink kind of girl) and Im always happy with the results. They always know you by name whenever you walk in and its just like being around family. I absolutely love this place! Anytime I need an appointment, they get me in and on time every time and they never disappoint. The pedicures are A-1 and always relaxing. Try them out & you wont be disappointed! ❤️

This is my second visit to the salon, after being recommended by one of my friends. Both times Ive gone perfect nails, and gone lots of comments on them from other people. They do acrylics very well, and Ive seen that they offer a wide variety of other things. I went the day before Valentines day, and its kind of left a little late, but they still treated me equally. The process was speedy and quick, and they shake them very well. They copy pictures to the best of their ability.

Horrible service did not know how to do ombre grinded down into my natural nail and left it embedded in prints that are still not fixed after a month very rude she copped an attitude was talking in her language and refuse to even try to do what I was asking her to do even with the picture then when I point out that she had did it wrong she got even matter and was slamming stuff around start your name bad job I will not be going back there as she is very unprofessional and damaged my nails and still charged me full price. I wanted to make a complaint on her however she took the complaint picture frame and slammed it down on the counter and said you want that and had it upside down to rocket and see it so I would not suggest that to anyone

Pretty cheap and they good variety, but my nail fell 1 week in to having them. I do work at a hospital setting so all the washing and alcohol on my hands could have been the problem. Paid 45 for a set of acrylic nails. They are pretty so over all not bad.

Vy was great at doing pedicure. She was professional and made sure to keep checking if everything was good. She did a great job and I highly recommend her!

It was towards the end of the day, and they might have been understaffed, but the service was really lackluster. I hope its generally better for most, but I have to rate based on that experience.

Went to this salon as I needed a pedicure & my usual place was too far to go now since moving. I called ahead of time to make an appointment, despite that I still had to wait over 40 minutes to be seated in the chair. The pedicure I received was rushed, my feet weren’t exfoliated properly, & despite asking the tech to please spend a bit more time on my big toes as those are prone to ingrowns for me, she didn’t. Also the way they do pedicures is strange, they apply lotion on your legs & feet & then dunk them back in the water?? For the lotion to be washed off? How does that moisturize the skin? Lastly when she polished my toes, she immediately wanted to ring me up to get me out. No time to allow my polish to dry nor a drying light or fan. I had to walk out with wet polish on my toes. I guess waiting for the polish to dry wasn’t an option since they had overbooked themselves & had people waiting. Which isn’t really the customers fault that you have so many people waiting. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place & I wouldn’t return.

I got gel manicure and regular pedicure. Pedicure was good. However manicure was poorly done. I still have full size cuticles on like 3-4 fingers. Tech was not aggressive enough to really clean and remove all dead skin and cuticles. And there was no filling of my nails on the side to make it a clean square look. Yes it’s just gel manicure and not powder that requires a lot of skills, but if you charge $30 per gel, I expect just as good and clean experience. The techs were nice, but I really don’t like the fact that I have to check the work after the tech!

V does a great job on nails everytime! I make an appointment and rarely wait when i arrive . Very nice salon will always go back. V is excellnt on nail art.

Ive been coming to G Nails for almost two years. I have not had a bad experience here and will continue to patron the establishment. Ive had almost each tech do my nails; Justin, Sam and Kim. Very polite team and Ive called for an appointment, come inside and maybe waited for a brief time but never for a long period.

Some may think I am biased because I am out from out of state, but this place didnt do a very good job and was waaaay overpriced. Got mani and pedi for 2 people, late afternoon day before a wedding, costing over $100, and didnt get the full treatments nor did the job last 24 hours. Went here based on reviews, and was so disappointed and upset because I spent so much for a job not well done.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!!! I only went once and that was Thursday! I was told that I could not get what I wanted! SAM, totally messed up my nails! Instead of cutting them to the length I WANTED, he dremeled them very short! He did not file them, so they were rough! I had to fix them when I got home. My polish was not dry! Granted, I got there at 6.. They close at 8! BUT, I could not get a quality fill and I was desperate! When I called to speak with the owner or manger to rectify the situation, I was hung up on THREE times! I had to go someplace AND PAY MORE MONEY for a new set of nails!I will NEVER return to this place!!!!

Saw the reviews so I thought I would try it out for the first time. Came in for a manicure but they recommended dip powder. So I was like sure! She kept cutting me when she was filing and my cuticles were bleeding on 3 of my fingers. It burned when she was cleaning my fingers. Just a bad experience but facility was nice and clean.

Horrible got the basic pedi and the dude chopped off so much of my middle toe nails thay they bled. And then and when and got a manicure and the polish started peeling before I left and the next day 2 nails the polish had been chippied off horrible experience

Not pleased with the work done to my nails by Justin. Sorry Justin you need more classes to understand the value of beauty. Nails maintenance is not cheap but your work is. I choose dip powder to make it easier for you but even that didnt help to get quality nail work. So sad to loose another customer.

I can be really picky when it comes to my nails. This was the fourth nail salon Ive gone to in a month and I will definitely be back weekly for my fills and designs. Mike did an AMAZING job and Im extremely pleased with them.

Charged my card even though I repeatedly asked for the price beforehand. Charged it and showed me the price on the receipt. Unprofessional unethical. Dont go here. There are better nail salons.

If you value your eyebrows do NOT GO HERE .I specifically told the lady if she did not know how to do them to not do it.She proceeded to wax my eyebrows and screwed them all the way up and then tried to go back in and pluck all of my hairs out and cut them to try to fix the mistake. So now my left eyebrow is thin . Not to mention she messed up my arch completely . I DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I’m late with the review I came here in February 2019. I just moved here from OKC and sad looking for a nail shop to try and I saw that this place had good reviews so I decided to give it a try. I would go back, the guy who did my nails did an amazing job on my pedi not so much on my nails.... he did not trim my cuticles I also wanted almond shaped nails and these were kind of oddly shaped. And the polish was kind of lumpy.

I got a pedicure and a manicure. The salon was clean and technicians use safety protocols.

Very friendly staff. Clean environment. Will go again.

I had a full set manicure done on Sunday and I mentioned putting the powder under the tip of my nails because thats what I was used to where I went out of state. He had never heard of that! Your nails are thicker at the tips and last longer!

They deleted this post once before, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they deleted more bad reviews in order to keep a “good” overall rating. Terrible.The lady that did my nails rushed the entire time. She filed the skin around my nails until they were raw and I could barely sit through the rest of the time getting my nails done, multiple fingers stung so badly while she continued to rush through the process. After I asked her multiple times if she could be more careful with the fragility of my skin, nothing changed. I was cringing in pain the entire time I sat in her chair. Not to mention my fingers look like a child painted them. They are definitely about quantity, not quality! After all of the endured pain and embarrassment, I paid $64 for my visit. Definitely will not be spending another penny at this place.

I walked in without an appointment for a set of gel nails. Angela was my tech and I highly recommend her. Its been 3 weeks since I got my manicure and my nails are still in place! No chips or lifts. Amazing! Wish I lived nearby. Angela would be my regular nail technician.

I made an appointment for a basic pedi and gel manicure. When I arrived they didnt have anyone free so I had to wait 15 mins. Which is fine. My pedicure I wanted red with white polka dots and Im upset because it looks like I did them. Not what I want when Im paying for it. Even later during my manicure the lady who was doing it laughed at how bad it was. While getting my pedicure done I asked if he was going to do my manicure and he was shocked I even wanted a manicure (even though I said it when I made my appointment). And then he tried to push pink on me when I wanted red. My manicure I ended up bleeding a few times. And I was for one of the heavier glitter colors and you can still see my nail under it and the color is uneven. Would not go here.

This was my first time visiting G Nails & Spa and I absolutely loved my experience! Julie was my nail tech and she made sure that I was okay, she made sure that I had the color and shape exactly how I wanted it. I even had a cut on my finger right by the cuticle, I told her about it and she made sure she was extra careful since it was so sensitive. She was just so kind and friendly. I’ll definitely be going back again soon.

Excellent services! The staff always kept asking if I was ok. Nail services are great! The facial experience is excellent! Quick way to ease stress and tension! I will return.

Welcoming atmosphere. This was my first time going to this establishment. I had a new set of nails put on and I am very pleased with that part of the service. What I didnt like was the tech getting upset with me because I pointed out flaws in his polish job and asked that it be fixed. Although the polish I have on isnt without minor flaws its better than it was.

Since the beginning of this year Ive gone to multiple nail places because they never get them right for some reason, or you can notice other things that make you not want to be back to certain places. Today for the first time I went to G nails and I loved the work. No waiting time, he did an amazing job, all I did was show a picture of what I had in mind and he worked his magic (bit pricey, but worth it). Definitely will be back.

Just got my nails done here. I was the first one in when they opened and the tech quickly started working. It started off good but as soon as more people showed up, she started rushing through everything and the application started to get sloppy. I had to ask her multiple times to fully coat the nails and she was obviously annoyed. She didn’t even let the time run down on the setting lamp before she was snatching my hand out of it to smother more polish on it. I understand they want to tend to their customers quickly, but they shouldn’t sacrifice quality over it. It’s so frustrating that you’re paying over $30 on a manicure, and they rush through to get more money. Overall I didn’t like my experience. They should focus on providing quality service to all clients, rather than sloppy work that’s fast.

Been coming here with my mom for the last 4 years even though it’s like once every other month or 2 and it’s safe to say they have been nothing but amazing to us and I love their service I highly recommended this place and I could never be more grateful for their kindness and positivity.

Loved the cleanliness, free wine, professional coats everyone wears. The staff has a nice humor to them, very sweet. I would give it a 4.5 just because my toe nails had a bit too large of a layer on them and one sort of bubbled and popped when I left so it came it not so great. But if I had more time I would have gone back and Im sure they would have fixed it. Best customer service and wonderful for the price.

I forgot the name of my tech but she is pregnant and did a great job on my pedicure. She was very sweet and friendly, offered me drinks and took out my ingrown toenails. She was very gentle and my pedi looks so cute!

My thumb nails are comically short. After telling the tech 3 times I wanted the other nails shorter to match how short he made my thumbs, I finally gave up. He repeated each time that they are even when they most certainly are not. I normally tip, even when they dont look great because they may just ne having a day, but this time I did not seeing as he denied my request several times. Im already self conscious of how my thumbs look and this just makes is sooo much better (sarcasm). On top of that, he had just finished doing a neon pink dip for another gal and then began on my WHITE nails... you can guess where this is going. I have bright pink specks in my nails and pasted to the underside of my nails. The white isnt even opaque, and the shapes are uneven and same with length. Very, very unhappy and will not be returning.

So professional and always do a wonderful job! Highly recommend! I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and I’ll never go anywhere else. I always leave here happy with the results!

I took my mom and sister to get our nails done for my moms birthday. Me and my mom got acrilic nails which is $25 each, and my sister just got a regular finger paint which was $8 in total that is 58 this man made me pay $68!! He took 10 extra dollars and when I tried to ask for receipt he just gave me a weird look and threw it away. Also I asked for round nails and he ignored me and left them square. I am very disappointed ☹️ they were a good nail salon. I definitely wont be coming back!! Make sure you watch all your money and to ask for the receipt.

Love this place! Owner remembered my name after 1st visit. HUGE selection of polishes whether for acrylics, gels, dip-n-powder or just plain nails. Competitively priced -- comparable to most salons. Everybody speaks English. Very clean, plays good music. Appointments accepted but not necessary - they are always welcoming no matter how busy they are. In a hurry? Theyll come do your manicure while you get your pedi done. Also do waxing and microblading.

Julie is excellent as is Britney. Especially for my three services needed this week. I loved the pedicure and manicure and brow waxing I recieved. Great work, service, and I consider them my friends! Merry Christmas to me! I feel and look great.

I been going to G-Nails since I was in the 11th grade 😍 I’m now 23 ! I have tried other place but yet this is the best hands down ! Nicole and Sam always do the best nails .! This shop is kinda like a 2nd home to me ❤️ You can talk to them about anything ! Most shop they only talk to each other nope not here ! They don’t forget a face . Always professional and a relaxing atmosphere! They feel like family! The service is outstanding! I drive from NRH to this salon. Its worth it. I get my pedicures and nails done on a regular. I always tip at least $10.00 for each service. I wont go anywhere else.

I had my nails done here for the first time on 4-8-19.I have never been a fan of men doing my nails but i have to say Sam did an excellent job on mine! I will definitely be going back!
