I have had multiple people in the past in my lashes and gave up for a few years. My little sister started getting hers done and they always look so good, I took the plunge and tried it one more time and I will forever have lashes. Usually when if you come out in between a few fill, it looks crazy. Even though some might come out, they always look amazing. Also in the past it’s always taken someone like three hours to do both of my eyes. Deanne takes Tops 45 minutes in and out, not only did she do my lashes She did my brows too. I’m very thankful I found my lash lady for life❤️❤️❤️❤️

Deanne is absolutely amazing!!! I was referred to her because in the past I’ve had terrible lash retention. This is my second time seeing her and I am very satisfied with the results my lashes are now lasting the 2-3 weeks! She is very professional and has given me tips on how to retain my lashes for a longer period of time. She is highly recommended!! 💕

I have been going here since November, and I will not be going anywhere else after coming here. They do an amazing job on my lashes every time, are fast & efficient, and super friendly. Tracy is super accommodating and understanding with my schedule, and is very good about fitting me in last minute if needed. 10/10 would recommend coming here!

The girls here have been WONDERFUL to me! Ive gotten whispy lashes done and dip manicures. My first appointment as a new customer they did charge a $20 deposit that went towards my lash payment. (I understand why they do this, some people make 2hr appointments and then dont show up) They always greet me with a smile! Ive had Cindy for my dip nail manicures. Sweet sweet lady! Always engages in conversation, asks me about my day and she makes sure she is as gentle as possible. For my lashes Ive had Tracy and Nancy. Both of them very sweet. Tracy is one of my favorites. Shes quick and precise. She was the one who offered me colored eyelashes! I didnt even know they existed! Tracy kept up a good conversation and generally cared about me. Today I had a big bunch of my lashes fall out. I got them done 3 days ago. I messaged Tracy and she told me that she could fit me in tomorrow so she could fix them for me! She was willing to stay an hour late so that I could come in after work! She cares about her clients and she wants them to be happy! Ive been going here for a couple of months and Ive never had a problem. Tracy has told me that if I ever encounter a problem (like I did today) to call or message her and she will fix it, because she wants her clients to be happy! Im not sure why some customers are saying that they are being charged fees? The only fee they charged me was the $20 deposit for being a new customer.. That was it,, and again,, it went towards the payment of my service. Never charged another deposit again... I understand that you cannot please every single customer,, but these ladies work very very again. They are always super busy, they have a ton of happy happy customers! Ive referred my coworkers and friends to them! The atmosphere is wonderful.The staff are very nice and caring. 10/10 would recommend.

I wanted to get eyelash extensions for the first time ever and and was looking for a good place to do them. A few of my friends recommended this place to me and let me say, I was not disappointed! Deanne was my lash stylist and she was so friendly and professional. My lashes ended up looking AMAZING and she made sure to give me all I needed as a first timer caring for the lashes. If I could rate this place higher I would! Great job!

My mother and me have been going to get our nails done by Deanne since 2015 when her staff and her were located on Broadway Street in Portland. She has always done great nails and designs, no matter what the holiday or special occasion was on the horizon. I highly recommend anyone to stop by if you’re wanting a simple manicure and pedicure, acrylic nails and anything else that you are seeking. Deanne and her staff is well capable of doing it all!

Tracy is very professional and friendly. She did such an amazing job on my upper eyeliner and eyebrow Micoblading/Microshading; she made me feel very comfortable during the process. Tracy also does a fantastic job on my eyelash extensions, so nice being able to just wake up and go without spending extra time getting ready in the morning.

Deanne D does all my self-care needs, she literally does everything!! I get my eyelashes (4x’s now), my nails (2x’s), my waxing, and now my eyebrows micro-blading. She does exquisite work every single time. I’m never dissatisfied. My nails are so on-point, I never walk out with looking like I have grow-out! She’s my best ‘beautify Me’ specialist in all my20+years I’ve been getting done. Thank goodness my youngest daughter introduced me to her this year. I have been here three times for lashes. Not happy with this last visit. I asked for fuller lashes, but there is so much glue that it is irritating my eyelids. I would go back to take them off but I am out of town for my 50th wedding. I am currently very uncomfortable with these lashes. I paid $150.00 for these lashes and very disappointed. A couple have come out cuz they are very irritating and I can’t help from rubbing them. I do know that they are cluster lashes, not individual. I do know that they shouldn’t be irritating me like they are. I am beyond disappointed!!

As someone who takes pride in their appearance, I am a loyal patron of many local businesses. Especially local business that promote services in which In could enhance my beauty. So, you could imagine my excitement when I saw the voucher for a classic set. Before purchasing said voucher, I made sure to read all policies. I made sure to screenshot them as well as contact the shop. After scheduling my appointment, I was told last minute of several fees. Almost as if it were being made up on the spot. Out of suspicion, I asked to speak to the manager. The young woman who in was on the phone with, lied. She stated that the manager and/or was not there. However, when I stated that I’d be more than happy to comeIn and wait, the manager was instantly found. I asked about the several fees and stated that they failed to put said fees on Groupon. To that, I was told “we just started doing the fees and Groupon has no place for us to add that information.” A little puzzled, I stated that Groupon did in fact have many places for them to add that information; I then proceeded to re-read their own policy to them. The policy in which they uploaded to Groupon. After a pause and stutter, the woman on the phone claiming to be the manager and/or owner began to speak fast and very aggressively. I asked for her to speak in a kinder tone( as I was not yelling or even upset). However, she continued to be rude and verbally abusive. With that being said, I asked for a refund. The lady on the other end told me that was “groupon’s problem” then hung up. With that being said, I filed my claim with Groupon and I should be receiving a full refund soon.For those of you who are confused as to what the issue is, let me elaborate. The fees were not the issue, the blatant lying and disrespect was. If you come up with a lie for an answer when I ask you questions, that’s a problem. As a business owner myself, you never disrespect a patron or speak to them in condescending tones. I offered several solutions. 1) waiving the fees as it wasn’t stated previously (also, the added fees would but the price of the voucher back to its original price; meaning that I wouldn’t have saved any money (which is the point of Groupon.). The second solution I provided was to insert said fees onto the Groupon ad. In doing so, people wouldn’t be blindsided. It is sad that this encounter happened the way that it did. I and my daughter will be taking our business elsewhere. This was truly a disheartening exchange. I would rate this business location a ‘0’ if that option were available to me.

I came her as a gift from my boyfriend as a birthday gift this place is so lovely great customer service the environment itself is so clean ! I have been getting my lashes done by Deanne for about 5 months now. IM OBSESSED AND ADDICTED to the way they make me feel. I have a 3 year old and we all know how hard it is to do our make up with toddlers. My daughter always wants to do her make up too and it makes the process so long and difficult. Lashes allow me to wake up, look in the mirror, feel absolutely beautiful, and not have to stress about getting ready.Confidence is something most of us all struggle with. When i leave the salon i always have a huge smile on my face and i feel on top of the world. SELF CARE IS IMPORTANT! i am so grateful to have a lash lady who fits me in asap and allows me to have ME time. Anyone thinking about getting lashes..DO IT! Deanne is the best at making you feel amazing about yourself. I promise you that you wont regret it. Sooo worth it!

I am writing this review a month after coming here and I got to say I am very impressed. I love getting stones on my nails but every Salon I have gone to they always fall off within the next 2 days. This nail technician actually listen to me of my concern about the stones she guaranteed me that they last a lot longer than two weeks so I took her word for it .and a month later my stones are still intact. I think I finally found the salon I want to go to all the time for my nails I dont remember her name but she was friendly very communicative and also gave me recommendations when it came to my nails.The picture of course is after a month later.I will definitely be coming back

Had a amazing experience!! I decided to try a new salon for my lashes I had a pretty bad set on that damaged some of my natural lashes and Tracy was not only able to remove them and give me advice on my natural lashes but she was also able to give me a whole new set that felt way better on the eyelid than the ones I previously had on. Afterwards I wanted removal of the current nails I had on and then a full set and she was able to take of the acrylic with no pain inflicted at all. Tracy took her time and was very careful. Then Tanya did my fullset with encapsulated flowers and I absolutely love them. She took her time and she asked questions about designs and also so added her own ideas just to give it that unique authentic look and I am very happy with how they turned out. I left the salon feeling beautiful. Perfect spot to get all your beauty needs taken care of.

Tracy is amazing! Being that this was my first time she was very patient and answer all my questions and concerns. She explained the process and was very informative and advised me to what is best for face and eyes. The salon is an all in one place where you can get eyelashes, nail, brows the whole works done. Got a Groupon and had all these little fees added on to where I had to pay more than the Groupon in store. Had to pay for a manicure kit cause I didnt bring my own (wasnt told I had to), then colors available were all gel so had to pay for that. Poor experience and will never go back

Tracy did an amazing job on my lash extensions!! Quick, high quality products, and easy to schedule with. My lashes always stay on an incredibly long time (over 2 weeks!!), and because she is so knowledgeable and experienced, full sets and fills take half the time of other estheticians I’ve seen. I go to her exclusively for all my beauty services, from nails to waxing, she is detail-oriented and very reasonably priced!!! Highly recommend!!!

Been following Tracy for 5 years now and Ill never stray! This location is GORGEOUS. The massage chairs are the best Ive ever been in, and I get a pedicure every two weeks. Pedicures, manicures, lashes tinted, brows waxed & tinted, I get it all. I used to get lash extensions and they do the best job ever!

Today was my second time getting my nails done here. The first time I went was because my bf got me a Groupon so I could try them out since I moved to Beaverton haven’t found the perfect nail spot. I made an appt and when I told the girl doing my nails that I had a Groupon she said I couldn’t use it because I had to make an appt with someone else. The second time I told my sister and my mom, made an appt and told them about my Groupon, they said I couldn’t use it because it’s only for 1st time customers. Doesn’t say that on the Groupon, so I said I’ll use it on my sister. Then when we got there they said I couldn’t use it because she wasn’t getting a full set only a fill and to use it next time with a new person...I had to tell her to honor it since I was a returning customer and had brought more people. My mom ended up paying almost $100 and I almost $90 with the Groupon!!! To say the least they were nice but the whole deal with the Groupon was a turn off how they kept saying different things. I won’t be going back or referring them since I didn’t have a pleasant experience.

I havent had a set of lashes put on in several years. After searching the web, I found Beautify Me Lashes and Spa. After looking at the website, I also decided to get my nails done too. I let Tracy know what I wanted: the most natural looking lashes and an ombré manicure. She immediately told me what she would do with my lashes and advised that I should get a classic cashmere set. They look beautiful now. I have had several compliments on my lashes and asked if they were my own. They mimic the length of my lashes (I have been using a lash serum to help my skimpy lashes) but thicker and more lush than my own. They are exactly what I wanted and more.She then did my nails. I have small hands and small nails so I never want to get them too long. The ombre manicure started with two colors of acrylic to get the natural look. And they are also perfect and I have gotten lots of compliments on them.The entire staff were very attentive and always double checking if I liked the results while occurring and if I needed anything.I will be going back here over and over again.
