UPDATE: I wanted to post an update on my review! The lady called me and explained because I got a gel pedicure that it was the correct price and that I was charged accordingly. I do have to say that I did still ask for a price sheet and wasn’t provided with one. I will give them another try as I really did love the service provided!I went today to get a pedicure and this was my first time going. When I arrived they asked what service I wanted and I said a regular pedicure, nothing fancy. they took me back and started and I asked where the price sheet was and they didnt give me one and instead she just told me the price and it was $40 which I thought was a bit much for a regular pedicure. the nail tech did a wonderful job, no complaints there! I went to check out and there was a price sheet right there on the counter and and the lady had charged me $41 but the sheet said $30 for a regular pedicure, she gave me the deluxe without my permission. I paid the price because I had other things to do besides argue with them about a price. I like them but wont be going back due to taking advantage of people and their money.

A beautician friend of mine recommended this place! I went once last August before a friends wedding, but havent had another manicure done since COVID began. I was very impressed by the precautions they have to keep everyone safe, and the experience was wonderful! Giang Le was amazing and she listened to everything I wanted and needed with my hands and nails. Often, I struggle to let people do my nails since they usually rip my cuticles, but she was gentle, professional, and balanced my needs with her knowledge and experience. Ill definitely be back, given their precautions and level of professionalism and care!

First time I’ve ever been to this place & I’m loving the way my nails turned out!! Very reasonable price. $55 for these. I can’t stop looking at them! ❤️ I will definitely be coming again! I didn’t get the name of my nail tech but I will for sure be asking for her again!

If you truly want a good manicure pedicure This Is The Place To Go Lan is always a busy gal but can usually squeeze you in... this time I did Pink fingertips in honor of breast cancer awareness month for October..Another lady was getting her nails done for Halloween and they did an amazing job on her nails as well.. ALL hand-painted.

I used to get acrylic nails here and they did not do the best job and I’m pretty sure being a teenager with money they would take advantage of that because every time I’d go they would NOT stick to their prices it would always be higher than the prices actually said and the quality was honestly horrible sometimes like they didn’t even try, they just cared more about the money. They have an $18 refill when goteanails has a $1 fill for a broken nail, goteanails has better prices and better quality. Sucks I wasted so much money at this place.

This is the only place I go! Very Covid safe and I feel very comfortable! Super clean! I was impressed with the extra precautions they are taking! Everyone there does a amazing job! I highly recommend this place!

Ive been there several times hoping the service will improve but Ive been disappointed time and time again.

Went in to have a single nail repair. Only cost 4$, but they only run card for +10$ so that sucked. Plus whatever clear the gal used started peeling off two days later.

Theyve done a good job with manicures and pedicures for our young daughter. She loves picking out her colors, sitting in the special chair, and getting some pampering.

Always like going there but the technician this time was different one. Didnt think to really inspect toenails. Got to the car and realized that the big toenails werent properly polished. Had to put another coat on myself. Didnt have time to go back in as I was getting ready for vacation and had other errands.

I got pretty fortunate and called to see if I could get in and they got me in right away. I dont typically get my fingernails done so I went for a pedicure. To my surprise the seats were full so naturally I was worried even though I had called 15 minutes prior. I waited about 5 or 10 minutes for them to finish up then they promptly sat me down. The pedicure was nothing short of great. She did a great job with every part. And I didnt feel like she was rushing to get me out of there at all. I really enjoyed my pedicure considering it is only 25 dollars and they dip your feet in wax and finish with a warm towel. No complaints here! Especially if you are looking for a quicker place but no shortage on the quality!

Lan can do whatever you want and she is fast and the job is always well done. I will always trust her with whatever i want done. They do waxing also.

First time I have ever been there. I am so happy with everything. I just got acrylics with color, and their new cat eye polish line is so pretty. I will definitely be going back. Loved every second of it.

My daughter came in to get her first set of acrylic nails. She was not asked what shape she would like. She was nervous and did not feel comfortable to speak up about the shape of the nail, she wanted oval. I called the shop to explain the situation, I was told that they would be charging her 15.00 additional to change the shape to oval. We will not be going back.....

Excellent services

After a mishap and some miscommunication, I went back and all was easily resolved and look great after! I can tell they all do their best and strive to make the customer happy.Also, prior to this I took my daughter in for her first pedi/mani and they did excellent, my daughter messed her flower up within the first hour of them being done, and they fixed it no hesitation or extra charge.

I love this place. I always go and see Lan. Shes quick and does an excellent job. I went a year ago just to have my nails done just once and now I cannot stop going. And dont forget about the pedicure. The deluxe pedicure is outstanding and just $35. The regular pedicure is great too but trust me...pay for the deluxe. I finally got my husband to go and he couldnt believe how great it was! Now he wants to go back.

I have been going here since 2007 - they are wonderful. They do accept appointments so if it looked like the nail techs were turning away walk-ins it was because they were waiting for a scheduled appointment!

I have been going to this nail salon for the past 2 years. They are always friendly, and the place is immaculate. I love Lan, she is the owner and one of the nicest people I have ever met. I love her husband Shawn, he is so friendly and polite. I have never been disappointed. I would definitely recommend this place.

I am loyal to this nail shop. Ive had pedicures, manicures (shallac/ gel fill), eyebrow wax. All have been great. I appreciate the service the Lancelot and the ladies provide.

The owner ended up taking over halfway thru my appointment when she could tell I was not happy with my acrylics. Im so glad she did. The gal that was doing them originally, kept adding more gel onto them making them super lumpy and uneven. When the gal that runs the place took over, she filed them down and made them look way better. Finished them up and did a great job with nail art. However she missed some of the sides with the Polish. Overall, I was mostly happy with the outcome until several nails started lifting the very next day. 4 days later I glued two back down. It keeps getting worse but there is hardly any grow out. IF I go back, I will only make an appointment with the owner...

What a wonderful experience. Im terrible at painting my nails. I have an appointment at 4 and just needed a decent painting job. What I received was a 100 times more than I expected.They did a mani/pedi for me at the same time. My nails look absolutely perfect.Thank you I will most definitely be back and Id bring anyone I knew with me.

Went there for the first time today and they are AMAZING!! BEST nail experience ever! Dont confuse this salon with the one bearing the same name in Gresham. This one in Beaverton is the real deal! I will be back! Btw, make sure to bring your own nail files or you can purchase them there. Very sanitary!!

Lan was fabulous working on my deluxe pedicure. This place is a gem.

The owner is rude and unfriendly – not nice to her fellow employee that is not of her ethnic background -which was very upsetting to us as well.

Best deluxe pedicure in town. Salt scrub, paraffin wax, hot towel wrap, awesome calf and foot massage, including hot stones all for $35.

Did a good job on my toes and got very busy while I was there. The atmosphere felt off and not relaxed or happy.

Never had one of these before but it seemed like a good place. Feet felt good afterwards, they gave me a leg massage and a foot massage, hot wax is a little hot at first… And surprising (The wife didnt tell me they did that).

Lan is the best... I had a negative experience one time here and she took the time to call me and ask me to come back. I love these ladies. 10/10 the best salon Ive ever been to. Lan will fix any issues you run into with anyone there or any imperfections.

Do not go here! This place gave me the wrong type of nail I requested, did a poor job with the application of my nails, was not friendly, their salon was dirty, and 2 employees sat in the chairs watching videos on their phones while people were turned away to come back at other times. First I told them that I wanted, White Powder French Tip and when they started to do them wrong I told them and re-explained what I wanted and she said it was too late and explained that I should not get them because I would need to get a back fill. I know because that is what I always get. What really made me write this review is that ONE WEEK after I got a brand new full set, I had two nails completely fall off in one day. Not break but fall off, doing laundry. This place was sucked and I will never return.

Had a mis-scheduled pedicure appointment at another nail salon and was looking to get them done the same day. They could fit me in a half hour from when I called and the technicians were friendly. Relaxing leg massage and great job with the Polish. I will go back.

I had solar tips, pink&white, they seem to always use two people, one starts on the nails, then another finishes. Did a very good job!!
