Hailey and Jared are my cleaners and they are really nice and friendly. They work hard the whole time they are in my home and leave the place looking great. They get along really well with my dog and he loves to see them when they arrive. I recommend Maidpro to anyone who needs help with keeping their home looking good.

Haley and Jared were the ones that came to my home.They did a nice job cleaning the rooms and the bathrooms. Theyre both very friendly and ask questions as they clean so that I could give my input. They clean the whole house in the time allotted. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rachel sold me 7 to 9 man hours of cleaning for $310. The crew that showed up said they only do 5 hours on Wednesdays so they could not clean the whole house. Rachel still charged me $310 because the computer system decides what to charge. Thanks Rachel!

They only cleaned my kitchen (sans the oven) in a move-out cleaning. I called to complain and they only discounted the service by 10%. They did offer to have someone come out and clean again but I didnt trust them anymore and I needed it cleaned in a short period of time so I had to go back and finish the entire cleaning myself. Im so disappointed! I even left a generous cash tip for the person who was to be cleaning.

She was very professional wore a mask had foot things on gloves and clean this place until it was sanitary. More like Maid Mediocre. Get your cleaning service done elsewhere. The prices Gina quoted me on the phone for the services I was told I would receive were never rendered.I was told a move out cleaning would include an oven and refrigerator cleaning but on the day the cleaners came out to my 600 sq ft apartment I was told they ran out of time to actually clean my fridge and were told my oven was self cleaning so they didnt even bother touching it.Communication between Jennifer, Gina and the actual cleaners is obviously lacking. Very unprofessional.
