Without boring you with all the details of how my insurance company messed up my existing/new policy … the quality of work by Mallory Kostner (Atkinson Ins. Co) was beyond exceptional. She spent three weeks seeking resolution … filled with followup emails, voicemails, and endless conversations to help resolve the issue. When timely answers and results were not coming, she quickly escalated her issues to supervisors and higher-ups. More impressively, she completed this all the while mixing in her own wedding and honeymoon. Lovely to work with and for my family the best value. I have been a customer for over 2 years. Previously I was with the same company my parents and grandparents used for 30 plus years. So I just did what they did. I can say that 30+ year relationship did not give me an special treatment or pricing.I decided to shop around once I bought my second house. Atkinson saved me well over $500 a year on home and auto. Just today I let another company provide me with a quote. They were $800 more expensive.We have had a home claim and it was handed with efficiency and care. I could not be happier. My favorite thing is that they are a broker. Not an employee of a specific insurance company. I feel they look after me first and foremost.Im paying less with much better coverage than the state minimum my previous carrier had me on.
