We have received superior service from Michael St. Claire and his staff at Farmers Insurance. Especially important is that any questions are answered quickly -- insurance is critical and it is reassuring to know that whenever we have emailed a question to Michael, we have received a quick response. Moreover, this is insurance for a second home in a different state and we were so pleased that the process of setting up the insurance with Farmers was efficient and yet thorough -- we were required to add a more extensive deck railing but this told us that a physical inspection had occurred and that the policy that was crafted would be reliable and would meet our needs completely.
